My AC stopped working and I called Omar and asked if he was able to stop by and he said yes. . I sent him my model number and he was able to tell me I was out of warranty before be came by. We bought our home 2 years ago and we were experiencing air flow problems in our master bedroom, it was typically 7-8 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. I was interested in a consult/estimate for a mini-split system and contacted Omar. He observed the issue and examined our installation and determined that the issue was related to the duct installation. He was able to remedy the issue for a very reasonable fee, which included all materials, andhe did not attempt to sell me any additional equipment or service. This is the company to call if youre looking for excellent service and value. My family arrived at our condo on a Friday evening to find our AC not working and 80+ inside temperature. I searched the internet for an AC contractor that was available on the weekend. I called Omar, explained my situation and he was able to work me in at 8am the following morning. Omar notified me when he was enroute and arrived on time. He diagnosed my original 1985 air unit and reviewed a few issues that I was unaware of as well. He then offered to reschedule his Sunday and replace the unit. He sent me a quote, that in my experience was far better than a few commercial companies I had talked to. Omar changed the inside and outside units within 4 hours, replumbed the AC condensation line and install 2 emergency shut off protection switches that were not there in the original install. During the hottest week of this summer season my air conditioning system broke down.Omar cooling and heating came highly recommended by our neighbor who just had their system replaced a short while agoI contacted Omar and explained my situation and that I had been without air for one week.Since this is the busiest time of the year I thought that there was no way he was going to be able to respond for at least three or four days. To my surprise and relief, Omar assured me he would be out to my residence by 9:00 AM the following morning.Omar and his assistant arrived right on time and immediately started to diagnose the problem after I answered several questions that he had.Omar took me through the steps he was taking and in a matter Of 15 minutes he had the problem diagnosed. It seems there were two problems, 1) a bad Capacitor which he immediately replaced and 2) my system had way too much Freon which had been put in by another contractor. Omar immediately bled the system making sure that the system had the proper Freon level.Almost Immediately after adjusting the Freon level, the air coming from the vents began to cool. We went out for two hours and when we returned the house was completely cooled.Omar is a very Honest, Dependable, and knowledgeable heating and cooling professional. I would recommend Omar to anyone who is in need of heating and cooling repair or replacement.Update:My HVAC system that was 16 years old finally needed to be replaced.
