Been waiting about for weeks for a quote on a door now so I would say they dont want my business🚪

2-weeks now and still waiting for door quote ! Sad.

On top of everything. Great place.

Called for pricing and references for window installers. Said Id get a followup. Got a partial unusable response so I called back. Answerer would not find sender to get it fixed. Called again later. Made contact with a salesperson who said hed come out with an installer, but hed call back on an installer the next day. That was 6 weeks ago. No callback yet.

Cox did an excellent job with some some custom millwork for a peacan table I built. Very fair pricing and customer service was exceptional. I would recommend Cox Millwork to anyone.

They can do about anything wood wise at a reasonable price.

I am a local contractor and I never seen such poor customer service I dont know how they do any business will not call you back even after calling them twice a day for a week straight wth
