Claim to have a mechanical issue with drive through on the phone. Go to store and sign says only open to covid testing. Went in store 20 people in line and half testing for covid all within 5 ft of each other. Some with no masks! I am moving my rx to somewhere where they can tell the truth and service your rx needs in a timely fasion. Done with this store

I went to Walgreens on 8/9/21, and Laura and Luis were working in the pharmacy. These two were wonderful. On top of being busy with filling prescriptions, answering the phones, and ringing customers up, they were also responsible for giving out vaccines. In the midst of all that, I observed them deal with an over dramatic, irrational customer. I want to praise them for staying calm and professional while this customer disrespected and belittled them. I hope they get the recognition the deserve for a job well done.

THIS THE WORST LOCATION EVER!! I just waited literally 50 mins in the drive thru to pick up medication, couldn’t get out once I got on line because so many people were jamming me in. After I drive away I realize THE FORGOT ONE OF MY SCRIPTS. I will not get back on line to wait another hour for the one they missed, HUGE MISTAKE

This place is like a second home to me. Each employee knows my name and is always super friendly. Store is kept beautifully neat and it’s always easy to find what you need! If I can get what I need that’s where I go. I know I’m going to sound like an old man, but little things mean a lot to me and the level of service I get there is beyond compare. I wish a great New Year for the whole staff and especially the Pharmacy staff! (I take a lot of medications.)Shop here once and it will your go to Drug Store. Stay safe

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE!!!! I bought 3 gift cards from this store. Two of them were already redeemed. The staff wasnt helpful nor remorseful that my kids opened these Easter morning only to find that nope, they didnt have a gift card after all.

Been trying for 3 days now to call the pharmacy. Soon as it gets down to 0 callers before me, I get disconnected. Instead of calling the patient about a insurance issue, they rather wait and figure you will call when u are in need of your meds and dont really care if you get whats needed in the amount of time needed or the time you have to take to wait on hold and come to the store! Ridiculous!

Terrible. Provided my insurance card which is very clearly absolute total care. Was told it would be 15 mins for my sons prescription. After an hour of waiting. I pulled back around the building asked how much longer. The guy at counter was confused why my insurance wouldnt work. After consulting with someone else. He came back to he window and told me they no longer accept my insurance that I should of gone to CVS. Really nice to wait in the car with a screaming weezing 15 month old. I went to CVS and Walgreens took forever to fax my script over for them to fill. Would of been really cool if someone knew what insurances they accepted. Will never use them again.

I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for 14 years and this place is no different than the rest. Great service, short wait times, very knowledgeable staff. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. They are always available to assist without making you feel like their hovering. Pharmacy always helpful and friendly, shows concern appropriately. Great store.

Very helpful/ Dr sent med to Kroger 1st. When we called there they were rude & not helpful/called Dr back to remind them we prefer Walgreen. Sent script right over & they filled it immediately. Wonderful customer service & on a Sunday!

After talking with a friend about how awesome Walgreens clincs are... I went to find my old review and screenshot it to her, only to see it didnt exist! I went here two years ago when I didnt have insurance, was on vacation, and moving abroad a few days later... and the woman not only gave me the correct diagnosis, but physically took me to the correct aisle and went through the benefits and drawbacks of SEVERAL decongestants. White woman with short light colored hair whose name I dont remember... You the real MVP!

My little boy that’s 5yrs old had surgery an we came to Walgreens to pick up 3 medicine that we needed for his pain so they told us it would be ready in 30-40mins an it was passed an 1hr we waited to we back to them telling us they didn’t have it an that they only had the Others 2 prescription an that we still had to wait another 20 minutes and to pull in behind the car behind us I do not suggest this place for neither drive thru or to pick up any medicine.

Been using them for a year and always have to wait at least 45 minutes for a prescription. Not worth the time when Kroger is across the street and price matches. Finally had enough with this one even though the techs are nice.

Horrible, went to pickup wifes prescription a low and behold everyone is gone and store is closed til further notice. Was some idiot listening to Gov Nickey Halley, who cannot even multiply numbers in her head. The hurricane is 900 miles away and moving @ 10 mph so how many hours is it until the hurricane arrives.....?......? Jerez thats a hard one. Stupid is as stupid does. Damn that is hard to live with. Secondly where is Walgreens contingency plan for customers who need their medication.

WORST PHARMACY EVER! DO NOT SHOP HERE OR FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS! I have been a loyal Walgreens customer in other states prior to moving to MB and was thrilled this location was so close to my home. But, to my dismay, everyone who works there has no idea what they are doing - from the pharmacy techs to the store clerks and EVEN THE MANAGERS! I keep trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves, and each time I shop there, my experience is WORSE THAN THE LAST ONE!THE PHARMACY: Aside from being ridiculously slow and inefficient, the people working there are clueless. I will get automated texts from Walgreens informing me its time to refill my scripts. Once I was there in the store to pick up another script for my daughter so told them to go ahead and fill the one I got the notice about. The tech told me it was too soon to fill. Really? Then why the hell did you send me a text telling me its time to fill it? We went back and forth for at least 10 minutes before someone else working there heard us and came over and asked what the problem was. When I told her, she turns to the tech and says DId you try to submit it and it said it was too soon to fill? The tech Id been arguing with said NO. So the other employee tapped one key to send my script through and BAM! Done. The idiot employee had been arguing with me simply because SHE THOUGHT it too soon to fill and didnt even bother to submit the refill to my insurance company! It wasnt even a controlled substance. Just an average medication Im sure isnt something that can be abused in any way. THE WORST PART IS, IN THE YEAR IVE LIVED HERE THIS SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME THERE AT LEAST 5 TIMES - a TECH TELLS ME ITS TOO SOON TO REFILL WITHOUT BOTHERING TO SUBMIT THE REFILL REQUEST. WHEN IN FACT THE REFILL WOULD GO THROUGH BECAUSE MY INSURANCE CO. DOES NOT MAKE ME WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO REFILL MY MEDICATIONS! But no matter how many times I tell them this, they dont listen and sometimes just flat-out refuse to submit it. Why, oh why would you want to do business with a pharmacy like that?THE SALES STAFF AND MANAGEMENT: I used to be a big couponer before moving to MB. I know how to use Walgreens app to clip their coupons, manufacturer coupons and save a good deal of money. I dont do it much anymore, but recently I decided to so took the time to clip all the digital manufacturer coupons they offered in the app and buy a few of the items that had the best coupons. When I got to the register and they rang everything up, a few of my items rang up at the wrong price. This happens about 80% of the time there - SO BEWARE! Things will be marked on sale and wont ring up that way. If you try to call them on it, they blow you off - as if it isnt their job to honor the posted sale price! Then, even though all my digital coupons were clipped to my card on the app, they didnt come off at the end of the transaction when they scanned my Walgreens card. I had my phone and showed them the app and that all the coupons were there and clipped and the manager claimed there was nothing she could do about it. Because they were manufacturer coupons she couldnt take the $$ off my ticket. NOthing you can do about it? BS! She told me to call Walgreens customer service. Well, I left empty handed cause I wasnt paying full price and called customer service at a later date. Funny thing. Customer service said there was nothing wrong with my card, the app or anything. All the coupons were there and there was no reason they shouldnt have come off my sales receipt, but that when and if that happens, the managers DO - IN FACT - HAVE THE ABILITY AND AUTHORITY TO DEDUCT THE PRICE OF COUPONS FROM THE CUSTOMERS PURCHASES. After this I tried several other times to use digitally clipped coupons from the Walgreens app at this store and NEVER did they work. It seems odd to me that I never had a problem at any other Walgreens, just this one.Do yourself a favor and a drug store worthy of your business. Because this store certainly IS NOT!
