Amazing donuts some may say best in the US. It was a nice flashback to the times when Indiana used to have one. I missed having these donuts fresh. If you see the HOT sign on, you better stop in and get some, because there is nothing like a melt in your mouth fresh made Krispy Kreme. We bought 4 dozen in the 7 days we were here. I will settle for the speedway and grocery store Krispy Kremes back in Indy but will certainly miss the availability of fresh made!

Usually I love Krispy Kreme. At this location the “Hot Now” sign was illuminated, but when I entered the store, the conveyor belt was not running nor had it been… the doughnuts served had been microwaved.

Everything was fresh it was on the boulevard we passed it a couple of times glad to see it each time and then decided to go there we ordered a variety of good donuts mostly frosting but some glazed a Boston cream or four ... no jellies because we was in the rental car and did not have to, rather did not want to pay the expensive cleanup cost, that we may have incurred with the children in the car overall it was a great experience it was next to the beach everything was fresh as I said it definitely stood up to the Krispy Kreme standard, and the next time Im down in Myrtle Beach South Carolina I will be stopping there for a donut or two when I want one Ill probably grab a coffee with it..I hope to see you there!

The donuts were not hot and fresh. They were cold and stale. The donuts were also very small. Lastly, they messed up my order.The associates were friendly though.

Worse service ever. Krispy Kreme sent out email for dozen chocolate glazed today only $6.99. So we sent our daughter to get some. After driving 45 min to one store only to find out that it was closed for maintenance so she figured what the heck I’ll drive another 15 mins since she’s already down that way. She orders, show them the coupon, they proceeded to tell her that she had to get another dozen. Being young she did. She walked out of the with a dozen chocolate and another dozen glazed for $18. When we called to question them they argued on the phone with my husband. We told her to take them back in and get her money. They could even do that. They continued to argue with her and wouldn’t give her back her money. Told her she has to come back in the morning to talk with a manager. Beware of sending in young teens because they will do their best to take advantage of them.

It seems to me like the doughnuts are getting smaller. They needed more help there. Took a while to get our drinks and didnt have a good selection of doughnuts out either. Still love the company though.

Never been in a Krispy Kreme. You can watch the donuts being made and they have such a variety but of course its the original glazed that were there for. They give a fun hat with purchase and move along the long lines swiftly. Giving you quick access to your freshly made sweet sugary goodness just in time not to drool in public. Mmmmm... will be back.

It wasnt my best Krispy cream experience. The doughnuts were still fresh and amazing as ever, but the people there were very sluggish and took 10 minutes for four doughnuts. All in all, it may have just been the workers there at the time that gave me a lesser experience.

Door was locked and employees said they were closed at 5 in the afternoon but when I ordered through DoorDash my order was able to be picked up and delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. I usually love Krispy Kreme’s and they have wonderful service but this one is just either poorly managed or the employees are breaking rules.

Where to start... the selection was terrible to choose from, my original dozen donuts I got were deformed plus I believe they were old, the donuts made my daughter sick. I had completed a survey for a free dozen instead the cashier use my free birthday dozen and kept my coupon... go to a different Krispy Kreme.

People at the drive through were SO rude when I was ordering. Told them to forget it and went down the street to the other location. These people should not have been let out of their house, let alone working in a customer service type of position. Absolutely disgusting humans.

Donuts were good, but they lose stars because of their website donut availability list. On it they said they had raspberry filled and blueberry pancake donuts, but when we got there they said they didnt. They also said they didnt have the Oreo cookies and cream donut on the website but then when we got there it was available.

Had a little-ish, like to think innocent slip up here due to careless operation of cash register. Was up charged for items. Ie. Ordering a 2 dollor coffee, being charged for a 6 dollor coffee. Donuts were ight. The amount of people not wearing mask, and the general just vibe of the store felt.. unclean? No social distancing with guest, and very limited customer service. I think a lot of that is just myrtle beach vibes though.

Unfortunately unhappy team members work here. You could tell this young lady didnt want to be there that day. They closed a Krispy Kreme near us years ago, so we wanted to reminisce, the donuts were not as we remembered... More cake like now.

The customer service was below average. It was only one young lady working the counter who appeared to be new because she was not able to make a customer a Latte and the customer was not happy. She let them know that she had not been trained how to make it.. Eventually a small/short lady came from back to Assist she was rushing and not taking care of one customer at a time. I think some in-service training is needed. The donuts were fresh and tasty.

Best location in Myrtle BeachI’ve visited this location every year for the past 12 years, definitely the cleanest and nicest.It’s very cool to get to see your donuts being made, part of the experience.Employees are usually nice, a little slow, but things are usually busy when we visit.Krispy Kreme owns the hot glazed donut, they cannot be beat at their own game.We typically visit at 10pm when the Hot sign is on and it’s definitely worth waiting in line.10/10 💛

Smelled line oil when we walked in. 6 doughnuts were $9 and not really memorable. We have had these doughnuts before at the casino in CT with a completely different experience. Next visit we would like to try the doughnuts next door to them

Hot and ready sign was on and still had to wait 15+ minutes on a half dozen. Workers were very poor and were in no rush to fix the situation or speak with the new customers coming in. Also it was 2 hours before close and they only 3 types of doughnuts besides glazed. I purchased a half dozen and a chocolate glazed with sprinkles and was definitely the worst doughnuts I have ever eaten. Would not recommend going here!!!!!

I am from Atlanta,GA. And the donuts there are bigger and fresh. The donuts here tasted terrible. I should have gone to the one up the street from them. I mean the ones in the grocery store tasted better than this store. Just awful.

The lady or young lady waiting on me was not very friendly at all, the donut case was full and had a good variety. When I ask about different kinds she asked like it would kill her to answer me.

Went here an hour before closing and even though they had racks of fresh donuts they wouldnt sell them because they are for tomorrow. Sounds like laziness to me

The staff at this location are way nicer than those at the Krispy Kreme a few blocks north on King’s Highway. If they have fresh donuts being made, they’ll go back and get those for you to fill up your order rather than taking straight from the ones at the front counter. Reasonably fast service as well and everyone wears their mask properly. Definitely recommended over the other location.

Went by the location on 501 across from Tanger but they didnt have the mini donuts ready so I drove to the MB location at 1st Ave and picked up several for some teacher friends

I placed my order online. Gave them ample time to prepare it before I showed up. I get there and its not ready. No biggie She pulled the ticket. Looked at my order and started preparing. I sit and wait. She gets it to me, and once I get home there is nothing in the box I asked for. She literally looked at the things I asked for and threw other stuff in the box. They didnt even think to ask if I wanted to substitute anything. Really Krispy Kreme....Is this customer service!!

The Hot and Fresh sign was lit up, so we couldnt just drive by. 12 donuts, 4 people, and the donuts were gone before we returned to our hotel. They were simply delicious.

This place has gone down hill. We usually stop here every time we come to MYR and this time the selection was poor. This is the second time we gave been here where the selection is not what you would expect from this location.

Customer service left something to be desired. Ordered coffee one with espresso shots and they couldnt even tell me which one had the espresso in it. Barely had any ice in the iced coffee. Large cups are more like small or medium.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered our donuts and was waiting. Figured we got missed when people who ordered after us got theirs and left. Asked about the order and then waited more. When they finally handed me my donuts the cashier rudely stated yall need to have patience. My fiancé and I saw the hot and ready sign on and decided to come in for some donuts. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had in a Krispy Kreme. The woman “serving” us if you could even call it that seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than work. She never once looked at us and completely ignored any questions we asked. And she didn’t even give us glazed donuts that were hot! The reason we came in in the first place! Got to a different location this one isn’t worth your time.

Was a little crowded but had a great range of donuts and the staff was super sweet.

These donuts were different than other KK donuts. The dough was thicker (less airy), but not dry. They were freshly made hot (the glaze hadnt frosted yet) vs made 15 mins & sitting under a warmer.

Ordered online. When I got there way after the time I was supposed to pick them up. My order was still not ready. I was watching her fill my box and she was just putting whatever she wanted to in my box. I pointed out that some that she put in my box I didnt order. Very disappointed. I understand that they run out of donuts but she couldve ask me what I wanted.

Super slow. 25 minutes just to get donuts after I made the order. Customer in front of me waited 15 minutes for a coffee and 6 donuts. Staff has no sense of urgency whatsoever. Its sad seeing people walking out because the lines are so long because the staff dont seem to care.

Huge disappointment. We went because the hot sign was on. We order 2 hot doughnuts and several others. Not only were the hot glazed donuts cold, but they were also dry. Nothing like a real KK doughnut. What a disappointing start to vacation. If you dont have hot originals, please turn off your sign and let people know that it is not available when they order.

We come here every time we are in Myrtle Beach, which is several times a year. We love watching the donuts on the conveyor belt and the service and selection are always great. Great coffee and fraps too!

Visited this KK anout 7p and was told all they have is the half empty display case...of the least ordered doughnuts...some (not hot) glazed, no chocolate glazed, none of the standards. I asked when they planned to have doughnuts and was told it would be tomorrow because theyre cook was out. REALLY????? Its Krispy Kreme with no doughnuts.

So incredibly slow. Donuts lack the attention to detail that we grew up knowing. In the rack when cooking, no one was paying attention and many were never turned and undercooked. See attached pictures. The staff was extremely unorganized

I went for hot donuts because the hot sign was on and they were stale hard and dry. Went back to exchange them ended up with the same result.
