Don’t shop here! If you do check tags or they will make up their own prices. A whole bin of toys were 3.99 my son grabbed the only on without a tag they charged $9 unfortunately I didn’t catch it until my card already went through and they won’t refund. Rip off and horrible service! Go to the one next to it..much better service and prices

Went to this store 4 times in one day because they have great stuff. This is the place Ill be going when we visit again.

My family and I went into this store after trying to shop next door at Beach Bums. We had such a better experience at Pacific. Marci was amazing! Very sweet and friendly! We chatted with her for a long time and ended buying the whole family gifts there. We even came back to purchase a couple more items before leaving town. Marci has great customer service! We will definitely go back when we are in town.

I typically don’t like to post reviews, but I was not impressed with the services at the Pacific store on Ocean Blvd. I bought some items from the store and when I asked why the charges were so high the lady on the cashier said the taxes were 11%. I related to her that the taxes in South Carolina are supposed to be 9% the lady was like ‘’not in the city’’. As a visitor to the state I did not want to argue. I paid off the bill and walked out to other stores around the area and when I asked what the state sales tax was they all said 9%.I return to the Pacific store on Ocean Blvdd. store and ask another gentleman on the register what the sales tax was and he said I think it’s 11%. I voiced out it was 9% for state law they got confused and did not have anything to say they will not reimburse me for my taxes.The store clerks are ripping off people.

Excellent service from Marci! She gave us a great deal on some super cool tshirts! Very friendly and helpful too! Definitely stop by when you’re in town!

Their items are very expensive and she didnt tell us how much anything was until we paid for it all we only bought very little items and its was almost 300$ so if your wanting something then you better ask how much it is

Went to Family Kingdom came back less than an hour later to our car gone. They literally sat and watched us get our two toddlers and newborn in their strollers (which took about ten minutes) without saying anything to us. The sign didn’t really specify we thought that was part of family kingdoms parking.. had to walk with my kids three miles to pay $200 to get our car back! Also let me add they obviously have a money scheme between them and Quality towing considering they refused to let me pay with a card and after reading all the reviews seems like they have one big set up.

Super expensive! My son just tripped over the conch shells that were sitting on the floor in the isle. Landed on his face and scuffed his knee.

Owner is a sneaky devil! Do not park at that place!! He tries to get peoples car towed. My mom and boyfriend walked in to the store and shopped while me and my dad went to ride the roller coaster. The owner tried to get our car towed while my mom had just left the store. Advice don’t even shop there cause you can trust them to not tow your car even while your shopping in the store. Money hungry and dirty is what he is!!!!!

Scam outfit... Look at other reviews about them towing cars and operating a scam around this. My personal opinion is that this indeed the case. Happened to my wife and daughter. They went in the store to shop, they left, spent 15 minutes shopping next door. came back, and car was towed. All of this during a dead time at 1130 at night. $200 later we got our car back. Beware of these scumbags.

Honestly Id leave no stars if I could..... Prices marked with 3 different prices for a necklace. 24.99 9.99 and 11.99.... They charged 24.99 when the sign even said 9.99. Sweat shirts buy one get one half off they charged us full price... Didnt realize until we get back to the hotel we were not charged correctly. Im furious.... I will never go back again.... And I used to recommend this store more than the rest of the shops...

NEVER PARK HERE!!!! I my family parked here to shop at 3 shops located next to each other. We walked out not 5 minutes later and our car was loaded on a cotton tow truck. Such a scam....cost $160 for them to lower my car from the tow truck. There just happens to be an ATM locates right inside the store to get money. The tow truck sits in the parking lot. As we were pulling away another car was being put on the tow truck. So immoral to do this to people just trying to enjoy their vacation. Shame on them!!!!

Some of the signage outside is misleading, but even so the prices are good. Some very good bogo deals, decent apparel at good prices.

I was about to go into the store ran across the road to use the rest room and by the time I came back went into my car to get my wallet I saw I TOW TRUCK blocking me!!!! Telling me that its paid parking and I have to pay 30.00 or my car would be be towed and say that the owner specifically called him for this car when there was 3 other cars parked in the same area. So the fidget spinner I saw in the store that I liked ended up costume me 30.00 more. Do NOT BUY HERE THEY JUST WANT U TO PARK IN FRONT OF THERE STORE THEN CHARGE U OR TOW U IF I DONT PAY!!!!!!!!! ITS JUST A SCHEME I BET THEY MAKE MORE THERE THAN WHAT THEY MAKE IN THE STORE!!!!!

This place is SUPPOSEDLY HAVING A STORE CLOSING SALE. EVERYTHING IS SUPPOSEDLY 50-80% off. Its so unorganized and everytime I asked a staff member a price, it was originally what was on the bottom sticker. Or if it was actually 50% off then they had the prices hiked up to double the original price. SCAM ARTISTS!!! But they do have a 1.99 table full of clothes that should be garbage. Its just thrown on there--looks like an OLD flea market table. The staff was very unprofessional---one kept vaping and coughing everywhere cursing aloud in the presence of customers and kids. Will not return---definitely confirm the bad reviews and staff is possibly the reason for closeout. Also I forgot to note the guy outside the store trying to get you to sign up for blah blah blah to win a free vacation smh

Very bad service, my wife took a box that was already open and took out a mini lamp and she went to where the owner could try it and he took it out too and she did not like its light and he forced her to buy it saying that she opened the box and the box did not have any seal that prevented opening it 🤮

ZERO STARS! We saw a set of three stores with a parking lot out front, and we decided to stop and go in to check out the baby shirts (for my God Grands). We went into Beach Bums first (parked in the shopping lot but in front of Pacifics Store). We were going there next. However, less than thirty minutes out of first store, our car is GONE! It was TOWED BY PACIFICS! $320 cash. Conveniently an atm with a limit of $600 was just inside door. Partnership with tow truck! Signs posted for costumer parking...yes...but we were pending costumers! The police says they can do nothing! We could not afford this at all! I dont understand! We had to pay it to get our car back!

Worst place I have been to in my life!!!Women accused my 8yo of trying stealing a pack a of candy that she had picked up and was bringing to me to BUY her!!!Talked to management about her and he told me that was fine to put the candy back in the container she had got it out off!!!!
