I was not treated well in this place, I was looking for a helmet, and I bought it, the lady made me very uncomfortable asking my ID to check against my credit card name... Maybe because I am latin, see other low reviews stating discrimination against African Americans.After that I trusted and didnt verify the helmet when I got home I opened the box and the white helmet had light darker spots in 2 places, it seems the gloss was painted on top of not cleaned surface, it is clear is a manufacturing issue, the box they gave me was not new either, so I guess they knew it was a NOT OK item, I didnt remove tags anything I tried to return it less than 48h and change for another one and they denied (referring to company policy) which was never mentioned when I bought it, it is unbelievable a brand like HD allow a branch like that operate using their name, no empathy at all. We are in 2021 this type of tricks or non-sense situations are totally unacceptable, I have being riding HDs more than 15 years. The staff totally unprepared, and turning their backs to the customers, very arrogant, disrespectful. If I could really advice you, please do not spend your money there, because they are not honest people. If you decide to go there take time to check your bags because they are known also for not add all purchased items inside the bags. See other lowest reviews.

Couple of nights ago it was about 41 degrees and raining about 7 p.m. so there were not too many cars in the parking lot not too many people in the shops. Two people working in the HD shop and they were very nice very helpful very informative on the inventory that they get from the bigger stores that sell bikes and parts and service. The small outlet shops get the older inventory which is still brand-spanking-new and a lot of it. So you can find the older t-shirts older leather jackets older riding jackets that are kind of hard to find. So the place was pretty great.

Reasonably priced. A large section for women.

Outlet store. Bought a lot of 100 dollar shirts for 25 bucks. Not a lot of L sizes. But if youre a S M XL 2X to 5X you can find some REALLY GOOD deals.

Shopped here a few months ago looking for a holiday gift. Was shocked when the very rude lady manager Betty used the word ‘n.igger’ referring to her maintence man Pierre. I put everything back I was about to buy and went elsewhere. Don’t support this place

A warm welcome as soon as we entered Joy the cashier met us with a smile and asked if we needed help. Nice selections and some rare finds. They had some Anniversary items we’ve only seen here at great prices! Everyone was very helpful with a team approach to helping us and that was a nice touch. We will definitely come back on our next visit.

Nice store be prepared to spend $$$, went there because the other Harley Shop had no discounted clothing, sent me there to this outlet. No great deals...😐 items clearance were 2019 bike week... now Im not buying gifts for people that have that on there...

Small little Harley-Davidson merchandise store. Same prices as the dealerships. Friendly. Clean. Conveniently located. Very small, walk in...turn around...done..walk out. Unique shirts and stickers. Worth a stop and browse.

I didnt find as much this time, but they still had some great pieces.

Bought a couple of things the cashier was handling things OK the this older packed up or items and did a slick move and when we got home we were missing some of our purchase. DOUBLE check your bag before you leave the store. NEVER will I go back to that store.

Janie I believe that was her name said something terrible to my 5 year old child. My daughter was walking around the clothes rack and she put her hand in front of her and very loudly and very rudely said Dont climb in there. This (pointing to the top) is glass. It will fall and crush your skull. I grabbed my child, looked at my parents and said, lets go. My parents put down the items they were going to purchase and we walked out.

My favorite store at Tanger! Toys for kids and pets, Christmas stuff, wallets, jewelry, glassware, great prices on leathers, gremlin bells, tervis, more than just hats and t-shirts. New stuff every week. Very friendly!

Went in to buy some of their cheap shirts that have holes in them. Crabby old lady (that I presume is the store manager) took the shirts from me and told me to buy more expensive ones and that I didn’t want the ones with holes in them. Whole place smelled bad.
