Loved it! Cool staff, got me exactly what I wanted. Prices are not crazy. Good selection of sneakers, pants, shirts, caps ect.

They make you spend your money .... I wanted a refund on a pair of shoes and there refund policy states you can .. But they tell u something different and customer service dont answer.your forced to buy things you dont want. This is so unfair. Who wants to shop like thatJimmy jazz has been around a while. But they want get anymore of my money unless I am sure of what I come to purchase. But with this poor experience i will not be back.

This is one of my favorite stores in the mall. I bought a pair of Jordans and Timberlands from there. The workers are very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Went in there tonight. Poor service, the girl was more interested in playing on her phone. We asked if there was a size 13 in the shoe my son picked out and she said probably not without even checking. This was our first visit to the store.
