Every once in a while they promote a sale on their social media pages. They recently had one for $10 kimonos and I loved one. I sent a message asking if it was still available and it wasnt. They sent me a picture of a different one that was close to the original kimono and I passed on it. This next part is where exceptional customer service took place. A few days later, they found an extra kimono that I originally wanted, they put it aside, and messaged if I was still interested in it. Of course! So we made the easy payment transaction and the delivery was quick and my kimono was beautiful. When I go to Myrtle Beach, I always stop here because its my go to place. I have had so many compliments on items I have bought at Bijuju and tell everyone about this place. Thank you for wonderful customer service!

I just found this place on my vacation I fallow so much in love that I came 3 times, they have everything so nice and in good prices, customer service was so nice with us including my little girl. My husband came back a 4th time so he could buy me a gift before we leave, I am looking forward to comeback next year and also see the website for the fall and winter, but by now I am very happy with everything I got. My mom had bought a headband I fell absolutely in love with and after getting there and finding out they had one in stock I decided to look around a bit more. After looking I found a great purse I love! The girls Bianca and Julia were awesome. They were VERY helpful and they had an amazing personality. They answered any questions we had and they told us about the sale that was going on for that day! They were friendly and helpful. Great customer service and they went above and beyond for us! I will be coming back for future purchases Bianca also explained to me (after finding out I live in Florence) that I can buy online and also have my items shipped! Deff will be purchasing more now! Thank you girls for the outstanding customer service on Saturday and I hope that I see you in the near future!

We LOVE Bijuju Broadway Boutique❤️ We visit Myrtle Beach every year in the summer and this is one stop we make while there! Since I am not there in the winter, but home in Ohio, I take full advantage of their online shopping...especially for their pashminas!! The staff will go as far as take photos of pieces you request to see close up!! Great customer service, beautiful products, great prices (usually some kind of sale), fast shipping, and when you open your package, they not only wrap every item up in tissue, but hand write a “Thank you!” note!! Love this place💝

This is a really cute shop and I always end up stopping in when I come down to Myrtle Beach. They have lots of cute jewelry, handbags, wallets, watches and clothing at reasonable prices. The staff is very helpful and will do their best to find what youre looking for.

Bijuju is a very refreshing shop. It is very bright and clean. The workers are extremely personable and professional. I actually walked in the store, liked what I saw, briefly chatted with the workers, and left. I walked about two minutes away from the store, only to turn back around and go inside again. I just couldnt pass it up completely. I purchased to items, and everyone notices them. I love it, and I cannot wait to purchase some other items. Found this store in Charlotte on Rae Rd by accident, very impressed. The staff person was very helpful, showed how things worked and even modeled some things. We were very impressed and managed to spend more than a few bucks and was very pleased with our purchases. We will definitely be back and am telling friends about this place - will be checking out Myrtle Beach stores too now that we know about this place.

This was the first time I have ordered from Bijuju and I was amazed at the quality of the bag (and the ring)- fantastic and incredible for the low price. The bag has already been noticed by everyone in my office, wanting to know where I got it, and I have been stopped on the street! Customer service was superb, the rep told me about a sale that I would not have known about, and I got the ring for a great price. Not many companies have customer service like that. Bag and ring arrived quickly, packed like Fort Knox. I want at least 4 other bags on the website, and will certainly be a regular customer.Thanks Bijuju.

One of my favorite places to shop! Love to go into the stores and look, and I can spend even more time online finding so many neat pieces of jewelry and things at such great prices. I love their pocketbooks and other things that I dont know Im missing until I see them! I live here, but if youre vacationing, its even better. Beware the beach stores. While visiting my in Myrtle Beach from NY in May, my Mom took me to Bijuju. On my most recent trip in July, I couldnt wait to go back. We actually hit both stores in Broadway at the Beach on this trip and both stores were awesome. The store itself, the merchandise and especially the help are all amazing! Whether picking something up for your self or trying to find that special gift for a friend, Bijuju is the place to shop! I cant wait to go back the next time Im in Myrtle Beach! Im a frequent shopper at the Blakeney location in Charlotte, NC. I have never had a bad experience, in fact, I always enjoy my experiences. The last two times Ive been, I received what felt like a personal shopper kind of service. The (same) saleswoman assisted me both times with my accessories for a wedding and my birthday plans. She was very knowledgeable about fashion, and was very honest about what she felt would look best with both outfits. I was very impressed and thankful for her assistance! Overall, the quality of the accessories has been pretty good, but not perfect. I will definitely continue shopping here for my accessory needs!

I was recently at Market Common to visit the shops looking for a new purse when I came upon the Bijuju Boutique. I saw some very nice purses in all styles as I was looking through the window displays so I stopped in to browse. Even though there were a lot of lovely purses, I just didnt see exactly what I wanted but Phoebe was right there to help. I described what I was looking for, she went in the back & came out with the perfect purse!They not only have purses but so many wonderful things throughout the store including scarves, jewelry and accessories - all at very reasonable prices. Everyone working in the store was so very nice & extremely helpful. From the minute I walked in and was so very nicely greeted by the employees to the time I left, I knew I would be back to shop there again.

I am just back from a vacation in Myrtle Beach, where the highlight (seriously) - other than the Atlantic Ocean - was Bijuju!!! I absolutely love this store. I love this store. It has so many fun, girly things to look at and try on and the prices are really reasonable. They also run great sales quite often and give frequent buyer points, etc. Every single time Ive gone in there the sales girls have been absolutely adorable. They are super friendly and very helpful if youd like suggestions, but theyll leave you alone to browse all day if thats what you want. One time I wanted to match a dress I was wearing to a formal occasion, but didnt want to drag the dress with me to the store. The sales girl at Bijuju looked up the dress online, zoomed in to see the detail (rhinestones, etc) and then helped me decide which necklace would match best. The outfit turned out to be a smashing success. I highly recommend this store for jewelry, watches, hair accessories, scarves, etc.

I searched for my wedding jewelry all over Wilmington, boutiques and department stores alike, with no luck and very little help. I was just about it give up when I stumbled upon Bijuju. I entered the store with an exhausted look on my face and a fabric swatch in hand. Thats when Brittany J. came to my rescue! She asked if I needed help matching the swatch and suggested the perfect necklace and earring set. She was so friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back!
