On 4/28/21, my husband cut our HTC internet cable by mistake. I immediately called them to put in a repair request. Nick, the repairman, was at our home in a little over an hour. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had our internet up and working within half an hour. He also placed a work order with HTC to have our cable buried deeper. What service! I have never had a repair done that fast. Thanks, Nick, and HTC.

Great job. They had to dig my yard up and youd NEVER know they had done it. As a new client we had a total of 5 interactions with HTC staff, they all were courteous, very friendly, and did a great job!!

Horrible!. Stay far away! They are great while you pay your bill before the due date, but let something like the covid-19 pandemic occur and they no longer want anything to do with you. Been a customer for 3 years between my old address and new address and never been late on a bill until now, and they are very condescending and unwilling to work with anyone! Ill never be a customer again and neither should you!

HTC Customer Service and Technicians are incredibly friendly and will help you to the best of their ability. BUT, internet with HTC is awful! Throughout the year, it will have a month where it will drop at least once a day and stay out for minutes to an hour. Multiple technicians have attempted to fix it. They gave us a brand new modem, router, extender, replaced the fiber tips, etc. They ended up telling me I had to go buy my own wifi USB and then maybe an Ethernet over PowerLine...HTC costs me money because I run a business.Im currently sitting on hold with technical support, again, and am number 53 in line...

While connection speed was great, they are overpriced and the customer service was awful. Weve been with them for three years and Ive continually tried to get them to authorize my wife on the account. Every time I speak with them they say the issue is resolved and then every time she calls they say she isnt authorized. Customer service reps are extremely rude. Wed have gone with ANYONE else if wed had a choice.

Wish there was a negative starThey honestly dont know how to treat their customers I have had htc for about 4 years and I have had rigged equipment put in by there guys and then i had to pay for them coming to my house to correct it and now I called them stating my box wasnt working I even swapped boxes with the tech on the phone like he asked and he still couldnt get it to work so he stated he was sending someone out mind you I was unplugging wires with him on the phone and a tech guy comes out today no one seen him pull up he comes in and plugs the box in and states that was the issue so because he states it was not an actual problem with the device or wire I will be charged for him coming out we explained I unplugged it after already running test over the phone with a tech and he didnt want to hear it and left so I then watched my cameras and found out he walked around my house before even knocking on my door to look at their wires outside I already called them and they cant not charge me I really wish there was a better cable company around here

I wanted internet service and the sales lady on the phone in Conway started to be rude. Basic service might not be enough bandwidth for my door bell. I stopped listening at that point. No southern hospitality with her.

It would NOT ALLOW ME TO LEAVE ZERO STARS!! My entire neighborhood has been without electricity because the non English speaking subcontractors that they hired, recklessly dug through our neighborhood. Electric, Cable & possibly Internet has been disrupted. When I tried to contact them to see if they would mitigate the damages, YOU CAN NOT GET THROUGH!!!!

This is from Rhonda Powell. Im useing my husbands cell phone because mine is broke. I went to use my Land Line phone and the service is cut off. I made the payment last week and mailed it. I didnt think Monday was a holiday and mail didnt run. Most importantly, I never thought that HTC would disconnect our service that quick. They didnt get the check yet, thats all. Ive been with this service for over 20 years, never am late and let the bill double, ever!!? And the first time I do, as a long term customer, they disconnect our service Plus they dont let us know, and last, I called the bank and then HTC, and they still charged us $15 late fees. If there was any other phone service, Id drop HYC, and still might. They treat their be customers bad and in this case, are Wrong and could of atleast waived the late fees, or left our service on! Again, Ive never been late on a payment!!?

I dealt with Ashley in transferring my service from Spectrum to HTC. Very professional and extremely helpful. Really nice to be able to go to their River Oaks office (close by) and walk right up to the counter to be helped. Spectrum/TWC is more like the DMV, where youre given a number and wait in the cattle hold.

Was good service at first. Had cable and wifi for 2 months . Cancelled cable 6 months ago and still getting charged. Dont trust this company.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I used this company for over a year and recommended them to friends and family that have moved here but when I called to connect at a new residence I was moving to that they did not service to they failed to tell me all the information I needed to know and now am paying over $100 for there mistake, months later I get bills being charged when I was not using there services bc I was told nothing about returning a modem when I cancelled the service, the modem now connected to spectrum which all could of been avoided if the first person I talked to told me to return the modem and now to return the modem spectrum will have to come back out, I’m so disappointed in this service

Absolutely the worst internet service I have ever experienced in my life. They say a standard package of high-speed internet gives you up to 100mbs download which is pretty good, if only you actually get that. However, Im not receiving anything more than 1mbs, to be more precise Im receiving 276.7kbps which in next to nothing. Extremely dissatisfied with this service, if you have other options, I suggest you choose them over HTC.
