Was very happy with Floor Authority. They were very professional. Saleswoman couldn’t have been more helpful (had to wait for shipment to come in) and she checked on delivery every day. Floor was installed immediately by very professional people and I absolutely love the floor. I was also extremely impressed with their honesty. A friend of mine, at the same time as I did and also had to wait for delivery, purchased a floor at another nearby flooring store. When her floor came in She had to pay an additional $700.00 to her original quote because of rising prices. NOT WITH FLOOR AUTHORITY. I didn’t pay a cent more than their original quote! I will never deal with any other company in the future. They are trustworthy and lovely people to deal with, hence my 5 Star recommendation.

A neighbor brought me here when I was trying to match tile that was installed in my home 18 months ago. From the moment we walked through the door Annies expertise and breadth of knowledge put me at ease and I just knew that this was the store I needed to work with. Nick Harper @ Four Seasons Flooring did a great job repairing the grout bordering our MB shower floor and wall. He used a professional grout that matches seamlessly with our existing grout. In addition, he provided a professional cleaning product that has worked beautifully in our shower. What a pleasure having Nick address our 6 year old MB shower issues!

Floor looks great. They took their time and did not rush the job. This was very evident as they had to level my subfloor, and their was some moisture and had to weight a couple of extra days before they could lay the floor. I am sure that this put them behind on other jobs as they would come each day to find out that it was still not dry.

A week ago my husband and I decided to look at places to redo our entire homes flooring. Today as I was next door to this flooring place we were supposed to check out together at 4, an employee busted in the dollar general next door with such attitude and demanding voice and words where I took my phone out incase he hurt the employees. I will never go here because that guy was terrifying and beyond rude and aggressive to the people in the store.

Changed my review. As noted previously, they do a great job. Attention to detail even behind the toilets and under door jams -they to not cut around them but place flooring under them. Very well done. I had a problem after the install (quite a few months later as this is my vacation home so I was not here at the time of install) and they came right over and are working on fixing it so they truly stand behind their work.

The entire Staff is happy and eager to help the customer. They are actually trained very well and are extremely knowledgeable about the product they are selling. When we were in the showroom, we received great pro tips and pointers on how to install our new floors. Since this was the first floor that my Wife or I installed this was really helpful. And a couple days later I got stuck and called the store, R.T. walked me through my situation over the phone and we were off and running again.

I went to the 3550 North Gate Drive on 2/19/2020 with a kitchen plan and dimensions of two showers i want to tile. I am a general contractor but they couldnt give me a quote because they had to come out and measure the showers. I guess Im not qualified to measure on my own. I am really curious how they handle someone coming in to get quotes for a new house. I guess they have to go measure what doesnt exist. IM NOT IMPRESSED NOR WILL I BE BACK.

Allison was more than helpful. My wife & I had a horrible situation with wet carpet & pad due to a roof problem. Approx 1/2 of our Master Bedroom was flooded & with my wifes Asthma we were very concerned with the prospect of mold. We were in the process of leaving for 10 days for Thanksgiving with family. Allison arranged a crew to remove the wet carpet & pad the following morning after meeting with her @ the store. She then dropped everything & rushed to our home to give us a installed price for the carpet we choose & set up installation for the day after we returned from Thanksgiving. It was unexpected to get this level of service in todays climate. It was a wonderful experience & we will be recommending Four Seasons to everyone.PS: The installation crew also did an excellent job & we love the new carpet!

They answered all our questions while never being pushy. The installers John and Shelton did a wonderful job while always keeping us informed to what they were doing and why. They were respectful of our home and furniture while they were working and cleaned up every night before leaving. The whole team made a huge job easy and stress free.
