These guys definitely deserve the 5 stars. We were first time RV buyers and after much research we landed on this dealer. We bought a 2020 Grand Design in a sellers market and they did not gouge us on the price. They gave us a very fair price. Rick the salesman was spot on and gave us excellent service. Daniel the GM was there for us as well when Rick was off. Aaron the finance manager, did just what I asked on the finance side as far as how many companies to run it thorough.Their service after the sale has been above and beyond. Someone swiped the the light switch on the oven and they have done just what they said they would do and replaced it.I highly recommend this group! For all first time RVers you can trust them. Just do your research and know that used campers don’t have warranties so buy the warranty.

Simply put: if you are in the market for a new RV, or looking to upgrade your current rig, you absolutely MUST consider Campers Inn RV of Myrtle Beach. We drove down from Pittsburgh, PA and were completely blown away by the professionalism, knowledge and atmosphere. David, Steve, Aaron, Mike, JR and everybody else - if I could give each of you 10 stars, I would. At no point during the exploration phase did we feel pressured, nor did we get any “salesman” vibes. Everything from touring various units, negotiations, finance, and service felt like VIP service. They even rolled out the red carpet on pick up day (see attached pictures)! Having experienced the opposite at several other dealerships, this was incredibly refreshing and made us feel great knowing who our money was going to. While Campers Inn is a fairly big company with multiple locations, they have a “Mom and Pop” feel which adds to the experience. If you’re looking for the gold standard - Campers Inn RV of Myrtle Beach is it. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again, team! - Logan and Valerie

While on vacation in Myrtle Beach in my brand new camper, the AC broke! It was a sweltering 97 degrees out and the folk at Campers Inn RV saved my day. Not only did they have what was in stock to replace my broken AC unit, they worked to find a subcontractor to install it at my campground since all of their service people were booked up and on the road. What could have been a disaster turned out to be a great vacation thanks to their professionalism and empathy to my situation!

Everything from our first step onto their lot until we finally drive off with our new camper was exceptional. The staff are so accommodating and pleasant and treated us like a part of their family. They definitely made us feel like we were VIPs. They kept us updated throughout the process. Once our new camper arrived we couldn’t wait to pick it up. We were greeted outside by Jenn, who stayed with us until we drove off the lot. Stan, our salesman, was amazing to work with and Bruce our Service Rep for the day was awesome. He went over every inch of the camper with us explaining everything. This is not our first camper - we have been camping for years. But, this experience was so awesome from beginning to end. Even Schuyler, our doodle was a VIP! If we ever buy another camper we will be heading back to Myrtle Beach to Campers in for sure.

We had an amazing experience trading our trailer and getting what we really wanted at Campers Inn RV in Myrtle Beach. Two weeks ago we were camping near by and decided to stop by. Well... we ended up doing the trade!!! From the beginning we had a great experience, Stan was our sales rep and he was great and communication was on point! Rick at finance was very kind and helped us a lot with the numbers. Finally, today we went to pick up the RV. As soon as we walked thru that door, Stephanie greeted us by our name, Stan came excited to see us and say hi and Terry gave us a very, very thorough tour. He took the time with us, answered all our questions and gave us tips based on past experiences.I have to say that I am very pleased with them, I truly recommend them if you really want to have a positive, exciting experience buying your new Home away from Home 😊

We’ve now bought 2 fifth wheel trailers here within the past year and I will say salesperson Tommy is great to work with and financing with Aaron was also great. Unfortunately customer service is where Campers Inn of MB dropped the ball. We traded in our 2021 Solitude 310GK-R and purchased a 2021 390RK-R and during our PDI it was noted the screen door was sticking badly and it was supposed to have been addressed. We had the trailer delivered to Carolina Pines where we have a annual spot and it became apparent immediately nothing had been done to resolve the sticking door. 2 days later the door was so badly warped we couldn’t even lock the trailer so Campers Inn sent a mobile tech out who determined the door needed to be replaced under warranty so it was removed and now taking up my storage space. This is where I have a problem, why should something I’ve never used be a warranty claim that I have to wait for approval and then another door to arrive god knows when. To me good customer service would be to pop a door off one of the many Solitudes they have sitting there on their lot and make me happy and replace the door on the one on the lot whenever it arrives. This doesn’t seem complicated but apparently once you’re out the door Campers Inn MB could care less about it’s customers, come on Campers Inn and do the right thing. I should also mention on our 310 we purchased in November 2020 there were 4-5 overhead lights that were cracked and were to be replaced under warranty, we’ll when we traded it in Labor Day weekend the lights still hadn’t been replaced 11 months later! So I don’t have a lot of faith in their warranty promises. Pathetic!

They greeted us the second we stepped on the lot and the whole process couldnt have been more exciting and streamlined. There wasnt a hint of pressure to add things to the bottom line as we were doing the financing. We had 2 minor concerns while we were there and they quickly took care of the issues. We stayed nearby for 3 nights and had a concern. They sent someone to our campsite within an hour and he quickly fixed the issue. Although Bill couldnt solve my problem (my awning wouldnt fully retract due to a beating it took from the wind and couldnt be repaired), he was able to figure out a way to get it to retract enough so that I could make it home safely. My wife and I planned to attend the Grand Design RV Rally at Myrtle Beach the week April 25 2021 and about a month before the Rally we received an email from Campers Inn RV dealership and was wanting to know if we had any warranty issues that needed to be addressed for they would have mobile techs on site to take care of minor issues. Well now that you asked, yes I do! Our Solitude 373FBR oven range pilot light would not stay lit and the master bathroom faucets run really slow, almost to a trickle. Within a few days a return email said we were set up for Sat afternoon visit from the mobile tech to review/repair those issues while we were at the rally....We pulled into the rally and sure enough, a mobile Tech by the name of Bill Townsend from Mobile RV Medics / Campers Inn showed up and addressed those issues. He adjusted the flame on the Pilot light on the oven to where it doesn’t blow out and tried to clean the master bathroom faucets and to no avail said they needed to be replaced. He said I will order them up from Grand Design and have them shipped here to the rally.Amazingly on Wed Bill Townsend showed back up at our Coach with Faucets in hand and he said give me a few minutes and I will get these changed out for me. And he did just that. Seemed like it only took him 15 minutes to change out both faucets and test. No leaks are a good thing. With that he was out the door and onto his next job.My hats off to Bill Townsend and the staff at Campers Inn to take care of the minor issues we had with our Grand Design. They deserve 10 stars if I could give them that rating!!

I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I am 76 years old and a veteran. I purchased a 2021 Gran Design travel trailer. I was told certain things were to be done by the dealership. I was presented with a $600 dollar bill. I did not agree with the bill. When I questioned it the manager came over. I told him I was going to pay the bill but certain things were not my responsibility. I was told to pay the bill NOW.We went to the service desk and he requested a copy. Again when I questioned it I was told he was not going to discuss it and to pay it NOW!!!!! It was totally disrespectful and embarrassing. I was told by another employee Oh that’s the way he is.I don’t care even if I was wrong ( and I wasn’t) that is absolutely no way to be treated on the floor in front of other people. I have purchase 3 units from them but NEVER again. My wife was with me and could not believe the way I was treated. I had a paper of what the dealership was supposed to do. I didn’t write it they did. Again it was rude, disrespectful and totally uncalled for. This was supposed to be a great experience and it ended up being a day from HELL.

My husband and I bought a RV coach from the Conway store about 1 1/2 weeks ago and had a wonderful experience with the entire Campers Inn Team. Mark worked with us at the Conway store, was not high-pressure at all. We closed the deal a week later at the Myrtle Beach store and dealt with several team members there. Colby did our walk-through and did a very good job! Then we were taken back into the store to load up the shopping cart with all of the start-up essentials - Paul helped us with this. Paul was very knowledgeable on which items he recommended. Then comes the big sign the papers deal...Aaron was the guy for this part of the process and was very good. He did not put any pressure on us whatsoever and wanted to make sure our entire experience had been good thus far - which it had! Oh...I forgot to mention that Mark called my husband while we were on our way to the closing deal (we had a distance to drive) just to make sure we were good with everything, did we have any questions, etc.We decided to take our big coach on an overnighter on Memorial Day weekend. We did experience a couple issues with the RV: 1) water heater would never switch on, 2) the co-pilot window had a significant leak (this RV was pre-owned but in immaculate condition) during the monsoon rain that hit us while checking into the campground. So guess what? We get to try out the Service department at Campers Inn!! My husband spoke with Mark about the issues and Mark was genuinely upset these things had occurred and instructed my husband to get the RV to them that day (Tuesday after Memorial Day). The check engine light came on while my husband was driving the RV down to the beach...so something else to look at! The Service dept called my husband the VERY next day with an update on all the issues which have not shown to be a huge deal, but very fixable. My husband and I would recommend Campers Inn RV dealership to anyone looking to purchase a camper/RV. Weve had a taste of the entire team and every bit has been great!! I told Mark the clincher for us in this huge purchase would be to see how their Service dept would be...because youre ALWAYS going to need a Service dept to deal with and so you want it to be well run and know what theyre doing. And Campers Inn Service dept proved to us we could rely upon them for very good service!!Campers Inn RV gets 5 stars from us!!

The only thing to save this review from a one star were the efforts of Chris Williams, Sales Manager, and Dave Torok, our sales rep.On June 23rd we purchased a used Thor Outlaw RV we had told our sales person that we were in town until July 7th, conveniently that was the first day they could deliver the vehicle to us. We called later in the week and convince them to allow us to pick it up on the 6th. We were told that on pick up day it would be a VIP experience and that we would be able to walk through our camper with a very knowledgeable technician to show us all the bells and whistles that we just purchased. Furthermore because it was a used vehicle they were going to test it out from tip to tail and fix any mechanical problems that were present and give it an oil change. We understood that any sort of cosmetic issues would be our responsibility. We received a phone call at 12:10 to reschedule our 1 o’clock appointment to 3 o’clock to pick up our RV. Once we got there at 3 o’clock our sales person introduced us to our technician and the tour began. From the beginning the technician didn’t seem as if he wanted to be there. It was painfully obvious that he had not previously tested out the camper. Specifically, he couldn’t get the awning out for the back and had many problems with the auto leveling system. There were keys on the key ring that the technician stated he wasn’t sure what they went to. It was also apparent that the camper had not been cleaned or detailed or any other preparation‘s for us to take it that day. The technician stated that the oil had been changed in the generator but wasn’t sure when the oil in the truck had been changed, just that he knew they didn’t do it.Upon seeing how they oversold this vehicle and the feeling we were getting during the walkthrough, we decided at that point that we just wanted out of the deal. We were worried that there were many other parts that weren’t tested and we were not very comfortable driving home this vehicle that for which we had just paid a lot of money. After speaking with Chris, who I do feel made every effort to get us out of the deal, it was discovered that the loan had funded and the bank would not let us out of the loan. From our perspective it appeared as if they put us off for 2 1/2 weeks to pick it up to make sure that the loan cleared and that we were in this for the long-haul, whether we wanted to or not. When we returned the next day to pick up our RV, it had been cleaned, everything seemed to have been taken care of and Chris assured us that once we got the oil changed that he would reimburse us for our cost. Approximately 30 miles down the road the air conditioning went out of the vehicle. Fingers crossed that is not the first of many things to go wrong with this RV.

Lesson to management. If you dont have a unit on the MB lot, but do at your Conway lot, let the salesman escort the customer to see it. Dont send them to see it on their own. The salesman went to ask manager if he could escort us over, the salesperson came back to ask us how serious we were in purchasing, not wanting to play our hand, we said if its meant to happen, and we felt good we would make a decision. Seems like they then lost interest in us, and sales said management couldnt spare the salesperson at this time. We left with all intentions on seeing the Coleman 17b at Conway location, but passed a Camping World on the way to see the unit at the Conway Store. Seeing from the road a 17b on their lot we stopped in. We looked over the Coleman but decided against it. Long story short, ended up with Rockwood 2305 s, and never made it to your Conway location. When we told sales our budget was 12 to 14k, it seemed like interest was lost on sales/managements part At Camping World, our 14K budget soon turned into a 26k sale for them.

Within 20 minutes of getting back to the RV the repair was done and the leak is gone. I also want to give a shout out to my salesperson Kelly Dement back at the Fredericksburg location where I bought my RV. 5 Star Service from this dealership. My wife and I were on the hunt for a Travel Trailer that suited our needs for 3 months prior to purchase. We did the homework like many others would do. YouTube was a solid tool for personal experiences and lessons by other RVer’s, so we had a solid idea what to expect. Following rotation through the easily found dealerships in the Myrtle Beach area, we stumbled upon Campers Inn RV due to my inability to “settle” for just any unit. **Be advised, this dealership is easily overlooked due to its location, but don’t let this deter you. The Sales Associate was outstanding and knowledgeable, but didn’t get discouraged by the questions we asked. What I found by shopping around the area is if you appear to know “too much” about brands, capabilities, or possible problems with a unit, the sales associates tend to “disappear on you”, Michael did NOT do this nor did he “pressure” us to buy anything. Each persons buying experience is different, but our experience with the staff of this dealership from Management to service department was polite, attentive, and I cannot justify anything less than a 5 star rating. Thank you Campers Inn RV, we are very pleased with our new Grand Design Imagine, and greatly appreciate such a positive buying experience!

We purchased a Grand Design Reflection 367 from them in the middle of March 2019. This is our 3rd camper purchased in the last 5 years and the first one weve purchased from Campers Inn of Myrtle Beach. We decided to purchase from them because 1) they carry GD campers, and 2) we have had 2 other friends purchase from them with nothing but positive things to say about the sales AND the service. If you are reading this, then you know that service after sales is super important and often the most frustrating part of working with an RV dealership. We worked with John Bair (sales) and Aaron Brown (finance). I cant compliment them enough with the level of service they have provided so far. John has been in the industry for many years and knows his stuff very well. He was able to answer all of our questions and help us choose the product that was right for us. Aaron did an outstanding job and got us the finance rate we were hoping for, and he was very fair in the trade value - especially compared to other offers were given on it. Id also like to give a shout out to Mark in the service department who did our walkthrough with us. He has been doing RV service for many years and it was clear he knew his stuff. Finally, Victoria is the receptionist there and she was super helpful in getting some paperwork and things for us. In other words, a business is only as successful as the people who work there. From beginning to end, in each department they have excellent staff. Im hoping to keep this camper for a long time, but when it is time to purchase the next one, Ill be sure to go here first.

By the time we walked into the dealership, we already knew which unit we wanted online. With the help of Tommy in sales, the Grand Design Imagine quickly became ours.We returned a few days later for pickup. What a special day it was! They literally rolled out the red carpet for us. After our photo op, inside more surprises were waiting: a silver platter hosted a chilled bottle of bubbly (non-alcoholic), 2 champagne flutes, chocolates, and a congrats card.Over the next 2 hours, Bruce took us over every inch of that trailer. It had been extensively cleaned and all working parts verified. They had installed a new battery for the rig and even new 9vs in the smoke detectors. No detail had been overlooked.Although Larry was an experienced RVr, they made sure that he understood how everything worked on THIS rig.Zoe the Dog and I wandered a bit and everyone was so nice to both of us. They are certainly dog-friendly.By the time we left to drive away, I believe every single person in that building--Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance--had gone out of their way to speak kindly to us and to celebrate our new purchase. I will most definitely recommend them to friends! They love what they do and it shows

They were nice at first. I was leaning towards them when buying and then they just stopped communicating, out the blue, 90% into it...nothing but crickets. So I continued on with another dealer and got a $1000 better deal and a lower interest rate. When the GM emailed thanking me for the opportunity to earn their business, I responded telling them they dropped the ball. They said I was turned down...but even if I was, wouldnt someone call me? Isnt that the right thing to do? And if I couldnt be financed, then why do have a brand new one in my driveway? You missed out and I made out like a bandit because everything was better at the other dealer. Im super happy, but disappointed in Campers Inn. Im in sales and this isnt how you treat a customer. Be careful, it seems youre only a number here.

While staying at Lakewood Campground we had never been to Campers Inn. Surprised at items in stock but reason, I am writing this 5 star review is I noticed a triple axel toy hauler. I noticed it was 5 o’clock salesman “John Bair” replied, no that’s why we are here to help our customers! He had already locked all the campers for sales. He unlocked it here is the kicker....stay as long as you like!! Anywhere else you would have been thrown out!!! My next camper will come from “Campers Inn” I will refer everyone to them because that’s true customer service!!!

We’re on an 18-month trip and currently live full-time out of our camper. We called Campers Inn RV to install several gate valves on our Solitude. They made our appointment first thing in the morning and had all the work done by early afternoon; including a couple small, value-added fixes just because they noticed a problem. They then worked directly with Grand Design to get the repairs covered under warranty. Highly recommend this location and loved the customer service from our Technician, Colby Musser and our Service Advisor Jeff Jeannin.

A BIG shout out to Bill Townsend for his continued expertise and professionalism during our recent service needs. Not only did he show up in a timely manor, he diagnosed, repaired, and educated us on the problems every step of the way.As 1st time owners our service issues have been stressful, but Bills willingness to repair our unit as if it were his own has been a comfort each and every time. THANK YOU Bill, youre not only excellent at what you do, but youre honest and trust worthy as well. Cant leave out Jeff and Chris at Campers Inn who have always been so patient, and polite when answering our calls for help! We couldnt ask for a better Team to deal with.Coy & Lori Beale

Never have I been in the negotiation stage of a camper purchase and felt so disrespected, ridiculed, and belittled. When the salesman says “I’m not trying to be argumentative” in the conversation, well sir if you’re not then you’re certainly being confrontational! I would never suggest dealing with the folks at this dealership. At the end of the day, for me, it’s the overall experience and not the best price that earns my business.

Professional and pleasant to work with. They fixed a slider issue for us and worked with our extended warranty company. The slider issue dug up the flooring. I cant even tell where they fixed it. Floor looks beautiful. Slider works wonderful. They said it would take 3 days, was completed in 2. I would highly recommend this group.

I was put in contact with this place through COSTCO. During the first call, I explained what we were looking for and they didnt have anything for us. A few weeks later, the GM sent me an email asking for a second chance. He asked, how can I earn your business? I replied with a lengthy email listing the options we wanted, needed, and wished for with a list of 6 or 7 models that would fit our needs. His reply was, we have several of these in stock. We took the 2-hour drive on his word, but when we arrived we were informed that they just moved all their smaller models to their dealership in a nearby town. We were matched with a salesman who was very nice and helpful, but there was nothing on site we were interested in so we drove over to the sister site. When we got there, the dude that called us into his office seemed disinterested and asked what he could do for us, so I read my list of RVs perviously sent. He informed us that there was no such models on sit. So, I have no idea why the GM would mislead us, but I suspect it was for a bait and switch type deal hoping to sell us one he had in stock instead of what we truly wanted. I emailed the GM to ask about the misunderstanding, but he did not reply. A few days later I got another email from the GM asking how he could earn our business. I replied that there was nothing he could do. I do not recommend this business. Stay away unless they actually have what you want at a price you are willing to pay. But beware just the same.

As a widow, I was very careful with my choice of motorhome and dealership. After extensive research and visiting numerous facilities, I selected Campers Inn of Myrtle Beach. The support and help I received was above and beyond my expectations. John Bair, the sales manager, leads a team of caring and knowledgeable professionals willing to go the extra mile.My purchase was modest, yet they treated me as if I was buying a fleet! Now the real story: even AFTER I gave them the check, they were there for me (questions and directions galore).I would unreservedly recommend John for a fair and satisfying experience that lasts.

After checking for the recall problem I asked if he would just make sure that everything was ok with the roof which he did. He also took pictures of everything he checked to document that as of today their were no problemsI cant say enough about the helpfulness of Bob and Jeff your service manager. Nate did our walk through and made sure all our questions were answered. Huge thank you to Skyler for the set up at our first site while we were having our hitch done by the service department. We wish we had all the names of the guys who put the hitch in and making sure everything was perfect when we got hooked to our new truck. Needed a plumbing part for my trailer while on vacation in December. I stopped in only to find they were not open yet. They were not due to open for 30 more minutes. One of the employees had seen me come to the door and came out to ask if he could help. He then let me in and found the part I needed and sent me to the cashier. She then opened her register early and checked me out. The staff went above and beyond what I expected and I give them a thumbs up. If you need help while in the area I would highly recommend going to see the staff at Campers Inn.

We had a fabulous experience with Campers Inn, in Myrtle Beach. We found our unit online and drove 9 hrs to get it. Rick was very quick with answering emails and any questions we had. When we got there he made sure it was all ready for us. We bought a hitch, looked over unit, did paperwork, transferred our stuff to new unit all within 2 hrs. Aaron did an amazing job explaining our options and made wrapping up paperwork quick and easy. The staff was so friendly. We have bought multiple campers before but never had such a positive experience.

While visiting Myrtle Beach, our full-side slideout operation on our Winnebago motorhome became intermittent. Campers Inns mobile RV service was outstanding. They came to our campground, diagnosed the problem identifying the replacement control module needed. In the Service dept, Chris searched and located a replacement control module and got overnight delivery. Technician Bruce was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job from diagnosis, installation, and operation verification. I highly recommend their RV mobile service.

What an awesome experience! It started with Mark at the Conway location where we looked at some new and used trailers. We decided on a beautiful 2018 Keystone and arrangements were made for delivery at the Myrtle Beach location. What a VIP treatment. We were greeted at the door and introduced to our contact person, Mike. Next, we were given a complete and thorough walk-thru by Jeff. We were advised that the ac didnt work when they brought it from Conway so they replaced it! ( We were buying it as without warranty) Lucky us! Next, we were taken thru their parts department by JR with the option to purchase the basics like sewer hose etc. A checklist was provided. Next off to finance which was very quick, efficient, and stressless. We were then escorted to the waiting area to wait. Meanwhile, our truck had brakes and sway hitch installed and our unit was waiting for us for final instructions on the hitch and brakes. Jeff even noticed some screws missing from the hatch door and replaced them before we left. It was the BEST experience ever all the way around. Thank you Campers Inn RV!💞

I highly recommend Campers RV at Myrtle Beach. We purchased our first travel trailer from Mike at Campers RV at Myrtle Beach and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman or customer service. We told him the price range in which we were comfortable and he showed us campers that he knew he could get us in for that payment. He wasn’t pushy at all and he didn’t hover over us while we were trying to look. They went above and beyond for us and got us in the camper we loved! We also worked with Jim during our walk through on our camper. He took his time explaining every aspect of our camper and how to use or hookup everything. We felt confident in being able to set up our camper on our own by the time we left. We went straight to Ocean Lakes and set it up with no problems. I definitely recommend Campers RV of Myrtle Beach to anyone wanting a new or preowned camper, the sales team and customer service is top of the line!! You will not be disappointed

I can’t say enough good things about dealing with Campers Inn at Myrtle Beach. Mike and Aaron did a great job helping us through the decisions and purchase of our new camper. Mike helped us tremendously getting us together with someone to remove our old camper from the site. They worked with us in storing our camper until we were ready for delivery. They went through a checklist and showed us how to use our new camper and finally delivered it to our campsite and helped with the setup. I would definitely buy with them again and recommend them to anyone considering a RV purchase.

Went to Myrtle Beach for 5 days in an campground just so Campers Inn, a mobile outfit, could work on our RV. The tech came out and worked 8 hours on our water heater but only partially fixed it. We were told we needed a new one after he spent all day on it. We were still charged over a thousand dollars. All sorts of extra add-ons besides just the labor were inserted into the bill of which I wasn’t given a copy. They were supposed to be out here every day to fix all the things we discussed but they only came out two days and the second day was only for 30 mins. I would rather have had the tech tell me up front he didn’t have the knowledge to fix it instead of spending all day and charging me without it being repaired.
