Fantastic staff. Im working on redoing and restoring an home that is 80+ years old. China sinks in the baths are from the 1920s they actually were familiar with them and knew exactly where to get the parts to fix the deposits and etc. All their staff is friendly and super helpful.

Terrible service dont ask for help with anything the workers can barely take time to look up from their computers to point in a general direction no help at all

Came by today to purchase a soaking tub and faucet, no one came to the door after knocking and calling customer service number posted on their door. By appointment only but no one is will even answer the phone. Too bad a competitor is across the street!

Not happy, drove all the way from the other end of the beach to buy fixtures for a reno. The store is closed except for appointments only. They missed out on a nice sale and I wasted my time.

This location is a must-see for renovators and new builders alike.
