We had a great experience working with Paul at Image360 on the exterior signage for our business. They were very communicative and helpful and did a great job. I definitely recommend this company.

Avoid at all cost! We were trying to have a vehicle wrapped from them and they never delivered and only offered half the deposit back because they feel they did work without ever taking possession of the car. We spoke to Paul on September 23 and was told the vehicle would be wrapped on October 6-9 if we approved the artwork within the next week. We visited them in person the next day, the 24th, put a deposit down on the quote given to us on the 24th and waited a week and heard nothing! We then had to call/email them to get them started on the artwork (which they only did 2 mockups not the 3 promised with vector logos we provide, colors we provided, designs we provided) within an hour late on a Friday. We then expected the next week for our work to start and again radio silence. I again email and then get a speak to the owner David who was clueless about the job, said it wasnt on their work board, would offer me half my design fee back ($250 of $500) and then stated they did 4-5 hours of work which they normally charge $60/hr so only taking $250 was fair. I said wait a minute my quote was for 6 hours of work at $500 so youre over charging me giving me half back is not even giving me back anything. David said that he didnt care that he was already giving me a deal and that he would only give back half or nothing. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company and will see how it all works out. If I was you Id go somewhere else to get a wrap done!
