Blaire was very professional and responsive. I had needs for graduation at CCU and I described over email what I was looking for and she came through. Gave me a reasonable quote, and even offered to store it until I arrived in Conway. Very courteous, knew me as I was walking through the door! Have shared with others my experience. Will be back again at sons graduation in two years, fingers crossed!!

Owners truly care about the customer experience and are actively involved in the day-to-day. They were able to design the awning the way I wanted it, worked with me on the timing of the install, handled all the permitting and installed the final product upon permit approval. I would definitely use them again in the future.

This company saved our a$$ when our tradeshow display did not show up on time. I called them an hour before closed the day before the show, requested a sign to be made by the following morning. Branding a new business with our logo in a big way with our new pop up banner by Fast Signs in Myrtle Beach! The best people and service in the sign business! Prior to hurricane Mathew I had requested that FASTSIGNS remove all of my commercial For Sale signs along the coast so as to prevent damage. Charged 3600 for our company sign (way over priced) and was suppose to be back lit. The humor here is an electric company installed it. While they were installing it they couldnt help but make negative comments about it. Owner said he would fix it... that was 4 months ago. Very disappointed. I paid fast signs 2000$ just to have a sign installed and then removed because they didnt pay and pick up the permit they claimed was issued. A permitting process that I paid for. They claim that every company installs a sign before picking up the actual permit. Makes no difference if you guys and every other company does it this way if its the wrong way. To everyone who uses this company. Beware of having your sign installed before having your actual permit in hand. They installed my sign before picking up the permit. According to the city the permit is not valid until its paid for. I now have a $2000 piece of wood sitting behind my Porta potie that I paid for. No permit. No sign. On top of it they even tried to charge me additional money after knowing full well that my permit which they had not picked up was revoked. I disputed the charge and fast signs fought it. Horrible experience with them as far as professionalism and customer service. I cant think of any other time in my life I have ever written a good or bad review for a company but they take the cakes as far as worse experience ever with a business. I wanted other customers to know so maybe this wont happen to anyone else. Get your permit first in hand. They lied to me and told me they had one yet they never paid for or picked it up. on top of which caused my company to be in violation of my business license causing me issues with the county. $2000 for a sign I had to chainsaw down myself and for a permit I paid fast signs for that I never received. Thanks guys for all your hard work. It really paid off for you guys. This review is for life. Enjoy that fact and think about it when you attempt to scam someone else. No sign, no permit
