Great place for a quick breakfast or lunch. We stopped by for breakfast. They have a big selection of beagles and breakfast items to choose from. Staff was awesome too.

Had breakfast here this morning. Service is fast, staff is very friendly and personable, and made us feel very welcomed. The food was fresh and hot. We had the bagels with lox and cream cheese, and enjoyed them very much.

The bagels are excellent!! New York bagels!! So delicious!! You have got to try them!!! Great sandwiches and very reasonable prices. Only open until 2.Will definitely be back. I will be getting a dozen bagels next time!!!

The bagel cunumdrum, this aint an authentic bagel. Its so dense its like CAKE ! lol. its the water. My Buddy runs BROOKLYN water bagel in Boston. They actually truck new york water in. This is a tasty baked good, but it does not even rank compared to a really good, Jewish made bagel. See ya at the car show.

As a Brooklyn boy myself these are the best bagels south of Staten Island. All the food is great and everything sits better on a Bagel from Bagel Factory. Staff is friendly and the store is an inviting place to sit and chat with friends.If you git dare and daz is out of your favorite bagel FUHGEDDABOUDIT.....there will be more tomara. We attempted to order through Door Dash which said that the restaurant takes orders through the app then delivers it themselves. About 45 minutes to an hour goes by and we decided to check in and call. The guy on the phone at the restaurant was extremely rude saying that they arent delivering at the moment. When we asked what we should do because we had already paid he acted like that wasnt his problem and we needed to contact Door Dash ourselves (who were very nice and quickly gave us the refund).

The staff is always nice at this location! The tuna salad is very yummy. I ordered the lox spread on a bagel BUT it had 0 lox in it. It was only cream cheese. Each time I order it, theres less and less lox. Its always disappointing.

This pertains to the Carolina Forest location only....the other locations are great! The girl that answers the phone is super rude...I used to order from here a couple times a week..for like 2 years...spent alot of money, last straw was when they messed up our order...how I was spoken to & how the manager handled it. Never be back!!

The young lady at the register is kinda nasty. My second time in here and shes got a bad attitude. The breakfast platters are good for the price but the sandwiches are weak

We were in a bit of a hurry and IHOP had a huge line so we gave this spot a try, and it was great. In and out pretty quick and good breakfast sandwiches, though they have much more.

I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel with home fries and it is so good! the employees were super nice and i love that they offer curbside pickup bc i don’t always feel like getting out of my car lol.

Stay away today. Theres a cruiser rally and the place is crowded inside and people grouped outside as well. Very few with masks. If you want to follow safe procedures, go somewhere else today.

This is one of the best bagel shop Ive ever been to. When I go here I get a breakfast bagel with eggs, bacon, and cheese with cream cheese it was one of the best bagel sandwiches Ive ever had. If you havent been here yet you need take a visit.

We drove by and it didn’t seemed like a good option but DEFINITELY IT WAS. The food was delicious, good price and we liked the staff too. Clean place. They have more than just bagels btw... fries were yummy!

New management has definitely improved the place. Bagel quality is much better than a few months ago. Service is nice and quick.The lox spread has serious salmon chunks, which is a nice touch. But the spread was a bit too loose for me. Overall its a great backup spot if Karate Bagels is closed.

Worst service I have ever had, waited 40 mins for a couple bagels with my screaming kid. I will never go here again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else. Staff was very rude when I asked for my bagels.

My fiancé got the Reuben and said it was the best one he has ever had, and thats saying something because he literally tries a Reuben at every restaurant weve ever been to. His sandwich was huge, and my salmon and cream cheese bagel was the size of my face. Their food was great, and the prices are very fair!

I got a western omelette on a everything bagel. Bagel was super fresh and the omelette was made perfectly. I think I found my new bfast sandwich shop!!

So yummy! I eat here at least once a week or so and am always so happy. Their Asiago bagels are the best!

Woman behind counter needs to be trained in customer service? Takes an order wrong, which is not a big deal, but then yells at me with an attitude when I say don’t worry about it, I don’t have time. I’m sorry, but that woman shouldn’t be dealing with customers, and I won’t be back nor do I suggest anyone else goes there unless they like obnoxious, bad service.

I dont normally like bagels, but my wife and I stopped in one morning to check it out. At first I was a little worried. Its a small place in an unfortunate location in Carolina Forest. They have a wide selection.I ordered the Brooklyn Special (lox+cream cheese). It was the best bagel Ive ever had, hands down. My wife was also happy with her omelette.Overall: okay atmosphere, good service, great food

MEH at best. If Im going to splurge on a bagel and cream cheese it needs to be a good one, not mediocre. Coffee is really weak, another strike. Bagels were toasted without being asked. A good bagel doesnt need to be toasted.

Absolutlry the most ignorant workeri have ever came across works there. I had my 2 kids and my girlfriend with me waiting to order. The place was starting to get busy but noticed a table opening up. As the people were leaving a woman (server) ran over to a couple already sitting at a 2 seat table and told them they can mlve to the both for 4 people I was standingat waiting to sit with my kids. Wow...just absolutley the most ignorant rude act i have witnessed at any restaurant. I habe managed restaurants and have cooked at Epcot Centerin Disney and at a 5 star restaurant in Beverly Hills Ca. The employee walked to the back to hide because my face couldnt be more red. We absolutley will never come back to this place again. I wish there was an option of negative stari would choose it. The good thing is i got to educate my children on manners and kindness. They also were very aware of this terrible humans actions. It took all my being to control my reaction to her action. There were also boths occupied by 1 person that never once offered their seat for us and my kids. If you like people that feel they are VIPS go here by all means...enjoy.

The food is great but the service is slow. Its not the girl in the backs fault they are just under staffed. One person in the front and one in the back is not enough for Saturday morning. I have been waiting for 35min plus.... for a bagel with cream cheese.

Looking for a spot from brunch. And came here And this definitely the spot to have a good bagel. So good.

My first impression when I walked in was a good one! The unique, neon chalk menus on the wall were fun and surprisingly easy to read- even with the customers own graffiti (which is also super cute- they had chalk by the register). The service was amazing; the girl at the register was very polite, waited NOT impatiently for my sister and I to peruse the menu, and didnt look at me funny when I asked for a plain, untoasted bagel! Even the cook was awesome, he made sure to tell the girl which bagel was which, instead of just yelling order up! and throwing the bags on the counter. I hesitated to go because of all the negative comments on here, but Im glad I did. Im a new regular!!

The bagels here are delicious, except for the fact that they are always out of them. How are you going to call yourself a bagel factory when your always out of bagels? Ive gone here 4+ times and theyve been all out. There should always be plenty of plain, poppyseed, everything, egg, bagels as those are the most popular. But instead every time I go here they only have cinnamon raisin, or other random kinds left. On top of that, the customer service here is terrible!!! Will not return.

Anywhere in myrtle that has a pork roll egg and cheese on any bagel is a 5 star.

Excellent bagels however we went there 15 minutes prior to closing and we were handed a take out bag. The lady that handed us the bag asked did we even want takeout. We did not and wanted to eat in. The lady spoke to another worker and she said No, they dont get a choice when they come in 15 minutes prior to closing. I am leaving at 2 unless you want to stay after. Customer service takes a backseat when it comes to leaving early at this restaurant.
