My hometown Target is always kept clean and neat. The employees are super helpful. Ive noticed that my Target still makes sure to sanitize heavy traffic areas--they seem to go above and beyond to make sure the customer feels their health and well-being is top priority. I dont notice this type of commitment, from other stores employees in my area--yes, you will have several people at a given store doing the right thing, but at Target, it is the majority of their employees doing the right thing. Thank you Hammond Target!!!!!

Not the best target. Ive been to way better targets than this one. They dont have hardly anything for clothes. They have household items, bathroom supplies, but everything I was looking for they didnt have

Do not buy your baby toys here. If you do inspect them closely at the store. I don’t know who handles these toys or what sort of trash they get ran through but I bought two fox stuffed toys and one of the stuffed animals had dirt that did not wash off and possibly could be ruined from my attempt since it’s plush. The other fox toy had sticky brown stuff on the tail that I didn’t notice until coming home, both items say they can’t be run through the wash but the thought of what this brown sticky stuff could be on the tail has me gagging while trying to scrub it off. I haven’t been to target in years and I’m unimpressed considering the prices are a tad higher, I won’t be returning because of the quality of items. Rant over.

The selection was good but there was only one cashier. I had to use the self checkout. I think I should have had an option. When I have a lot of items to purchase its faster for me to go to a cashier than do it myself.

Good “cheaper” jewelry that doesn’t turn your neck green (most other places I buy from do within hours of wearing) but I haven’t yet had any green on my neck! Has lot of cute toddler girl clothes but I have two toddler boys and the selection is minimal ..I still choose this target every time!

Very friendly staff, good location. Not to hard to get in and out of. Hard to find a good parking spot usually. It is close to a lot of the big attractions like boardwalk at the beach, Wonderworx, Wax Museum etc. FYI They will price match if you have the add as well.

We placed multiple orders while on vacation. They were ready quickly and the target team members were friendly and professional.

The two gentlemen working in the electronics department were awesome today. They were so patient and considerate with my grandfather as he picked a new phone and plan. One even brought a chair over for him to sit on because he had been standing while signing up for his new phone plan. Thank you to Target electronics for making this experience great.

I love target. My favorite thing about target is that even tho they are all the same you have a different shopping experience at each one and can find different things at each one. I have never had a bad experience at target.

They would not let me in the store, not because of my mask, but because I had my bike and they said they could not verify that the bike was mine or theirs. They basically called me a thief and said my bike took up too much space. Then they compared me keeping my bike by my side the same as driving a car through the store. I told them that it took up less space than me pushing a shopping cart and they said it did not matter even though there were patrons riding their own electric carts which was bigger than my bike. They were rude and would not accommodate my need. They told me to leave my bike outside and I explained that I did not have a lock and my previous bike was locked up and stolen and I could not risk leaving it alone since it is my only transportation. They told me to leave.I called the general manager and he/she never called me back.Corporate has not responded either.Other stores happily accommodate my need and are happy to allow me to shop.I guess Target does not want my money. So be it! I am sure if they do this to me, they must do it to others. And if not, then I have been discriminated against.Simply not tolerated! I will not be returning there anytime in the future.I do not normally post negative reviews, but this needs to be stated and people need to know.

Tried to purchase a birthday present for my five year old and was told to come back in 2 days. (I live 45 minutes away) The item “wasn’t supposed to be on the shelf”, so they would not sell it to me. This is not a new item and has been out for at least a year. I was not offered any reasonable solution. The manager, Jordan, wasn’t accommodating and lacks customer service skills.

I love Target! My daughter went to target for me yesterday to pick up a gift for a friend, Belinda at guest customer service was so very helpful! Shes the best!

Online process was very easy.

Not like the Target in my hometown. Cartwheel did not work right with their Wi-Fi and store seemed cramped and Walmart-ish.

Only one service person at desk.....took to long. Also, when a price dispute arose, did not accomodate customer. Becasue the description online saide 2 panels per package, I purchased only 2. But package only contained 1 panel, went to suppliment curtains, curtains were placed on $19.99 but really was $24.99, no consession made for me or price. Spent an extra 30 mins in store, when this shouldve taken only 5 mins.

Everyone was polite. The cashier was willing to allow me to do multiple transactions. When there was an issue she couldnt fix she had me speak to the manager. He was able to solve my issue in a timely manner.

When I tried to ask a question of an employee in the womens junior dept, she ignored me and walked away.No one at dressing room for assistance.My frustration at lack of help was so great, I parked my cart of merchandise and left!If you want to grow sales, you need to give better customer service. Mark in electronics was exceptionally knowledgable and extended his name should we return to change our cell phone carrier. He also acknowledged his team members expertise, in particular, Candice. Give this guy a raise, he helps promote the Target services available in an incredible way. First time we were ever sure we would come back!

Sorry, not a good Target evening. The Starbucks has absolutely no seating due to COVID, route customers to the pick-up counter in a way that crams waiting customers into a small area, and felt depressing. Store shelves looked picked over and sloppy. I blame COVID times, but still...

I just picked up an online order at this Target and they are not practicing social distancing nor are they concerned about the surfaces the public is coming into contact with. The employee had her elbows on the counter while manipulating her hand held device. She asked me to sign it which I told her, No. The employee next to her told her she doesnt need to sign it, so its clear Target is not educating their employees about the seriousness of this virus and the precautions they should be taking. After I left, I called to talk to the manager. I was told he or she was not available and they hung up on me. I called back again and supposedly spoke to a manager who was very defensive and told me they have a team who is wiping down surfaces every 30 minutes. This Target just lost a customer.

DEVIN was my cashier and is an absolutely joyful and positive spirit! He is so delightful and sweet! KEEP HIM! PROMOTE HIM! His attitude should be looked to as an example for not just retail workers but for ALL people at their daily job! Devin, you are wonderful. Keep shining the way you do and you will go FAR in life!

Frustrating app to receive cartwheel discounts and we are very tech-savvy.First, to find the product on the app you need to scroll a ton of items to find the product.Second, in a alternate search method, that was really nuts, the isle number was listed for the product that was on sale, but the product on sale was not listed in the isle selection.Why not use a scan method? Easy, simple, scan and go!

I love Target. I know Im getting quality goods and receiving a discount for using my Target card makes it a win-win!

If I could give them zero 0 stars I would. I went in there on 4/8 around 3:30pm. I walked in and put my son in the cart my husband came in and as we walked through the store the security guy followed us around the store for 45 mins. When I asked him was there a problem? And why are you following me? He said no. I filed a harassment charge with target and the police department.

I’m giving 5 stars to the Starbucks employee that worked last night (9/21/2019)She was awesome, friendly, and worked good under pressure with a long line of people.If I could recommend anything- having two people on night shift only because who wouldn’t want the extra hand during the last hour of the night knowing people are going to hit Starbucks while the store is trying to shut down..... Also not sure if I’m complaining to the wrong place but these baristas NEED TO BE ALLOWED TO BE TIPPED!

Only self checkout available on a July weekday between 9 am and 5 pm. This is apparently a self-service store. You put the items in the cart and no matter how much you have, there is no employee working a register.Avoid this location at all costs, its the worst Target on the planet. I wish I could give them a negative number of stars.All area Walmarts have cashiers on duty even at 3 am, in case you were wondering.

I was treated like a criminal for the first time in my life at MB Target tonight. I tried to return a gift that I had been given, of course I did not have a receipt, it was a gift. Customer service chic sized me up and decided not to exchange or give me a store card/credit for this item. I requested the manager and he decided the same . Said due to the price of the item and electronics it was not returnable with out a receipt. News flash, my item was only $65 and no it was NOT an electronic device. I worked for Target for a number of years and this would have never happened at my old store...EVER! I understand it is the holidays and there are thieves out there stealing stuff, but come on, if I were stealing a $65 item, wouldnt I try to re-sell it elsewhere rather than get a store card??? I will never return to this store, thank God no one was around, I was humiliated... I have the mind set to contact corporate to complain!

Absolutely bad! We were not greeted upon arrival, and nobody helped us find shoes. Booked a lane without bumpers, but there were only lanes with bumpers. Kids kept getting in our lane and in the way. There were WALLS of food left on the sides of the lanes. Nobody has cleaned this place in at least several good years. Arcade was pretty poor, stand in line and get a coffee? Not exactly what me or my wife would call fun... Manager was too busy to take our complaints. Will not be bowling here again. You screwed up, Target!

I love Target. They have great selection and good prices. We picked up a toy that we thought was 19.99 because someone had accidentally put it back on the wrong shelf. It was actually 29.99. We mentioned the price when we were checking out but when it was explained to us that it was full price, we said it was fine, wed pay the 29.99. But they still marked it down to 19.99 for us! Thats customer service. Thanks, guys!

No one spoke to me even to ask if I needed help I could not find what I needed and they were so busy putting away merchandise that they ignored all their customers. I was looking for cookie cutters and no one asked did I need help. I am usually a Walmart shopper and after todays visit I will continue to be.

I couldnt get an in store sale price without having a smartphone to download the store app. Not everyone can afford a smartphone or Targets overpriced items. And not everyone wants an app for every store they ever walk into. I certainly did not have the time to download the app at the register, as suggested by the cashier, since I had kids to pick up from school clubs, dinner to cook, papers to grade, holiday cookies to bake and gifts to wrap. So over Target.

We have always had a good shopping experience in the store, but just wish we had one in North Myrtle Beach. We hate driving to Myrtle Beach for anything. Myrtle Beach is not safe and so we dont like going anywhere near Myrtle Beach SC.

Excellent place. Beats out walmart in many ways. I find a lot of clearance items here. The target redcard is very useful also. Clean bathrooms and very reliable employees. Top notch, they deserve a lot of credit.

Love the staff here. As a local, this is my go to place for most of my shopping. There is a Starbucks here and there is ample handicap parking for those that need it. Having a visible security prese cell is very welcome as well. The company is LGBT friendly as well so thats a huge plus!

I usually only go to this Target if I want a coffee. Instock is very poor here, good customer service is few and far between, and they have less product than the other Target. This location is also a bit more expensive than the other Target down the street.
