We ordered a 22ft awning. Waited patiently for approx 2 months for the installation. It was very nice, until it stopped working within the first year. In April 2021 They sent some men to look at it and they looked said they didnt know what happened to it or how to fix it and left. Never heard back from them. I called the office in May and the woman told me that my case was handed over to the owner and he would be contacting me soon. Never heard a word. I called back in June and spoke to a man who said he is the NEW service manager in charge of all service calls and he never was told of my case. When I told him that I was told that it was handed over to the owner he asked ME why? What can the owner do he doesnt repair awnings?. I said I dont know but thats what I was told. Then he assured me that he would be out within the week to look at my awning. Its been several weeks, still no word. Now its July 26 and I am calling the office and getting NO answer. They arent even answering the phone. This was a BIG investment. Their service is literally non existent. If I dont hear from them soon I will be filing a small claims suit.

When the Sunsetter is extended, it cools down the whole front of the house from Florida beach sun. When the Sunsetter is not extended, it adds a decorative interest to my otherwise flat-looking little house!

The paperwork is under my husband William Brooks. We are pleased with awning Quality. We are giving this 2 stars as the salesman came to the house and told us we could have the awning installed under our room line. We did not want the awning to block our windows. When The installers came they told us they could not install the awning under the roof line. The awning had to be over the windows. If I had known I would not have bought the awning. Be sure to talk to an installers before buying. I am going to give it a month. May have it uninstalled and resell it on eBay.

This guys is a total liar and a terrible person in general. He will Lie constantly and has told customers lies about his competitors that the owner will steal personal items in customers houses and that she stole from him but THESE ARE ALL LIES AND NOT TRUE. Tom Barnaba is the liar and will say anything and everything to get a check from you and then you are lucky to get an awning once you hand it over. If you do, dont expect to hear from him again if you need any assistance. Once the check clears youre on your own. Ive worked with both of these companies and I cant tell anyone reading this enough to not give him your business.
