I called my ins to have my bike towed. It cut off on me and wouldnt restart on a busy highway. The young lady had called me after she got the information from my ins co to correct information they were provided. Told me it would be a little over an hour. Then called to tell me they were close to my location. The driver Ben was great as well. He was super careful with my motorcycle. Even helped me push it to where I wasnt in the heavy stones to get it in one of my spots. Definitely would recommend this company

Had a lowered Audi towed with them from roadside assistance. We had to take it to another repair shop instead, so we used them again. My son had to leave work to meet them, which I found odd since we did not need to do that the first time. It was $85 to tow it like 3 miles. My son made a mistake and had it towed to Autocare Specialist instead of Autocare Services. Was his mistake as they did confirm address. We then needed to get it towed to the right place, and my son was told he had to leave work again to meet them. I called to see why that was the case and to see if maybe they could offer a discount as this would be third time using them.The lady informed me that he had to be there, and I asked why and in a dismissive tone told me so he could pay of course, as if this should have been obvious to me. I think we live in a time where we can pay in more ways than in person. Just not a friendly or great experince. They were going to charge over $100 for this tow.I called another company and they are doing it for $55. The other company also were able to process this over the phone.The actual tow driver was friendly and did the service well, that is why this is not a 1 star review. The customer experience as well as price were not good.

The worst ever towing service I’ve ever had in my life. Lied 4 times in one evening!!!I called them at 7pm, they gave me an eta: 9:11pm,Around 9pm I called them, a lady answered the phone and told me that the driver is on his way to tow your car. I said with myself; 30 minutes should not be a problem. Around 9:45pm I called for the 3rd time, same lady answered the phone and told me that the driver is not yet on your route, will be there in 20 minutes. I said wait wait at 9pm you told me that the driver is on his way, now you’re saying that the driver is not even on his even, she replied no sir We got very busy and the driver had to drop off another car…, at 10:15pm for the 4th time I called, she answered again and I asked that where is the driver, she told me that I need some details from you, the address to tow your car, and to where drop it off. I said wait wait why you’re playing with me? I gave the address and details at 7pm, she said our driver needs it again. I said wow it means you’ve played with from 7pm till now which is 10:20pm. What a great customer service your company is offering, wonderful! And at the end she said that there is no driver at the moment, And I’ll give update in an hour. SUPERB COOL, how about letting me know next month huh!!!!Avoid this towing company if time is VALUABLE for you!

Had my car towed here on a Friday because my starter went out. Asked them when I could be serviced and they stated Monday, okay no problem I understand that shops don’t often do repairs on weekends. I call Monday to find out if my car has been completed to which they stated yes. Came in Tuesday because they closed before I got off on Monday. Got my cousin to drop me off because I was under the impression that it would just be a simple pick up. Paid my invoice and they stated they would pull the car around. 15 minutes go by so I check back in and they state that the car is not starting and to give them 20 minutes. It has now been about an hour and no word. As a mechanic it is your job to make sure the part is working before stating that the car is done. Guy told me that it was a refurbished part after the issue of it not starting again when I was under the impression that I was paying for a new part. Very unprofessional

Called when i locked myself out of my car at Tanger. They were quick and professional price was fair, service was excellent. Shuan came out in the rain and was the best! Kathy called me a couple of times and kept me in the loop the whole way. You would expect to pay more for the service i received, highly recommended.

We had an alternator go out in our Infiniti, after calling it in Ben showed up after only 15 or so minutes and was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Next time you need a tow, call quality towing!

I was driving to a friends and had to pull over die to what ended up being Covid-19. I was taken to the hospital by EMS and had my van stolen while in the emergency room. I had to stay quarantined for 20 days and on day 20 I was back on the ER for an emergency gallbladder removal. During that time Quality Towing had picked my van up. Once I had regained my health I went in person and called to see if they would work something out with me for the now $1000 they wanted. The woman was obnoxious! She would not come down $1 not would she tell me the managers name. When I went to get my personal belongings out of my van (it is a work van as I am a plumber) I found out they never even had it locked up in a safe area. It was left open on the parking next to Ked Plasma. I have since contacted an attorney

Gentleman driving the tow truck was actually earlier than expected giving the timeframe from Geico very professional clean truck clean appearance very well spoken took the time to make sure my vehicle was perfectly aligned to his machine I couldn’t be happier I will definitely use the towing company from now on

My one year old lock me out my car, lucky the truck was running and A/C was on, I quickly call quality towing and DANNY show up In less than 10 min and got my truck unlock, I was so happy my daughter was out the truck, I totally recommend them..

If there was an option to put ZERO stars I would definitely had done so.Extremely disappointed in the fact that I am a resident on one of the properties that this company manages, and they towed my car that’s ON MY LEASE. I called and the rudeness that came from the woman that answered was beyond proper customer service. All she cared about was telling me the address to where to pick up my car and that I had to pay a fee in cash before 11 a.m or else the fee will increase.Also the excuse I was given on why my car was towed was because I didn’t have a tag on my window. I dont see why my car needs a tag if it’s on my lease. On top of that excuse, there are other cars on the property that is there every day that do not have any tags in their windows what’s so ever.

Today I experienced the rudest, most unprofessional service in this area. I was assisting my 73 year old mother with retrieving items out of her car. From the moment you would expect a customer to be greeted, we were faced with borderline harassment from the front office to someone in the back who I assume is one of the owners. I understand that there are procedures to be followed, but the way you go about enforcing those procedures at this location was the worst I have ever experienced in 47 years.

These guys got me out of a bad breakdown late at night and got my truck towed 60 miles from where I broke down. Top Notch!!

I was here for the weekend for an event. My tire got flat and I ended up needing help because I didn’t have everything I needed to change it. Called and spoke with the front desk lady who had someone to me within an hour & 10 minutes. Jonathon was extremely nice and made sure everything was set for me. Even answered all my questions I asked. I’m not much of a google review kind of person, but I was VERY impressed with how friendly & professional everyone was to me.

My son was involved in an accident and this company towed the car.my son needed to get items out of the car but they insisted I had to be there. Everytime we went there we couldn’t get in the yard ti the car cuz they had no one available to open the gate. Also it was hard to find! Finally we get there and they wouldn’t allow my son back there only me! I had to go back there alone the cars were so close together plus the airbags were deployed it was very hard for me a 60 year old woman to get his belongings out of the car. I had to get stuff bring it out go back etc plus it was 100 degrees out I would never ever use this company again. They r just ridiculous with their rules. Went there on 3 separate occasions only to be told no one could open the gate . Terrible customer service!!!

I was working for a customer and she had forgotten to give me a parking pass, so this company was told to tow my vehicle. By the time I got down there they had my truck lifted and ready to tow. I explained that it was a mistake and I had permission to park there. This was confirmed by the customer and the person that called for the tow. Quality towing tells me it will be $80 to drop the truck. A decent company would apologize for the misunderstanding and be on their way. Not Quality Towing, they chose greed over empathy. The kind lady I was working for said she would pay for it but had to run out for the cash they demanded. In the meantime the driver sat with my truck hooked up while he was blocking traffic (pictured) on a busy street inconveniencing countless people for 25 minutes. This company is ruthless and inhuman, and their drivers lack social skills.

They are a really crazy tow company.My car was towed and when I tried to get my belongings out of my car they wanted to charge me extra to do that.

ETA for towing was within the hour. Two hours later the car was picked up. That I could live with. The driver was very nice but failed to leave my key with my car. When the car repair shop closed they reported still not having my key. I was still in the mindset that things happen. I decided to do a contact us form on their website requesting verification the keys were returned. I received a phone call asking why I didn’t call instead of “keeping on” emailing. 1. I only sent one email. 2. Don’t have email as an option if you don’t want customers to use it. 3. Take some customer service classes. Again I will say the driver was very nice but the lady who called me was beyond rude. All of this has resulted in a hotel stay and a delay in our return home and her concern was why I emailed instead of calling. Unbelievable...

Towing company said the vehicle wasn’t in the drive way when they “arrived” and no one was here. They also said they called multiple times which is a lie I have no missed calls. My car can not be drove because it is broke down ( reason for the tow). These people LIE. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO GO TO.!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The receptionist has the worst attitude and lied about the timing of the tow causing my friend to miss the tow truck all because she quoted the wrong time frame after she KNEW I had someone coming to meet the driver. Definitely would NOT recommend at all. They deserve zero stars and need to change their company name from “Quality Towing”!!! If anything it’s the worst possible towing experience I’ve encountered! Use Coastline Towing & Recovery instead! They’re 10x better and so much more professional!!

My Wife locked our keys in the car. GEICO roadside assistance hired this company and they came out at 10:35pm at night and got them out in a few minutes. Very polite, professional, and prompt.

The woman who I spoke to on the phone is extremely rude and considering you’re dealing with people on the phone who are obviously needing a tow truck and probably already having a bad day, she made it worse. Probably shouldn’t be in customer service if you have a bad attitude.

Left from sumter sc for myrtle Beach my motorcycle broke down and was stranded. Called 6 tow companies that claimed to not have gas . Called quality towing and Jonathan came right out and was out of there towing zone. Towed me and my bike to the beach this man saved the day.

I’ve had my cars towed quite a few times by numerous companies and I always dread what will end up happening to my car once it’s all over with. This is where I finally found someone who’s cares about my vehicle just as much as i do if not more, Jonathan over at quality towing showed up on a pristine and clean rig and I could really tell he’s not only a professional at what he does but also takes pride in doing his job right and seeing a smile on the customers face in a scenario where a happy customer is highly unlikely. Brakes gave out while visiting family down in Myrtle, 4 hours from home. Johnathan came told me the exact problem with my truck and was so helpful and professional. Dropped me off at the dealership as well. Honestly for such a terrible situation best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a tow company.

Towing was perfect, didn’t leave no damages on the car and the driver, Jonathan was kind enough to give me a ride back to my car.

So our car broke down in MB. Geico sent “Quality towing.” Quality called us with in 10 min & got our location. 30 min later, Kevin showed up with a flat lat bed. He was very professional & efficient. Took my 2018 Ford fusion in to get a replacement tire. My account was charged twice. Contacted the office to let them know. The first person I spoke to seemed concerned about the issue. However someone else took over the phone call and was very rude and stated there was nothing they could do until tomorrow and abruptly hung up the phone on me. I immediately contacted Allstate due to this being a roadside service I was recommended by them. Had I checked the reviews and star rating prior to I would have never accepted this recommendation. Everything went well up until whoever it was that took over the phone call. Terrible attitude and very unprofessional.

At the end of our vacation our SUV died. Eric came out and was very helpful and nice. The next day we ended up having to have it towed and the gentleman that showed up was very nice and was quick! I highly recommend!

This is one of those companies that goes around subdivisions and towes cars parked in front of their own house. By the way it’s cash only when you go to pick it up. You can make a great living being honest in this country you really don’t have to make others’ lives miserable to make a quick buck.

Quality towing needs to do better on towing services. My residents has a full parking lot and the one day I needed to park four building any from my house they tow. There reason was because I was in a handicap spot but it was no where in site noticeable that it was handicap. No signs were visible and driver had no right to take my car. Which I only live 3 miles away and it’s costing me 210$ to recover it. This is in my opinion the worst service ever. I understand following the rules and do so everyday in parking with this community.the tow quality towing In different property management need to do better and working together so Incidents like this no longer happen to hard working people like u in I. I really hope the public sees this and understand that they are In the word

I had a wonderful experience with this company. My car broke down on Hwy 501 in very busy traffic. Not only did Quality Towing take a short amount of time to get to me, but the driver Danny was also kind enough to help diagnose the car issues and tow the car back to my house, placing it into the garage!!! State Farm suggested this company for my roadside pickup. Waited 2 hours when given a shorter wait time. Called in for Eta and front desk is very rude. Wouldn’t suggest this company if all possible. On top of things no discount was offered due to all the troubles. Also wouldn’t let me pay with debt/credit. Very sketchy to say the least. Not even worth one star.

I had a very pleasant experience with Quality towing today. I had a BMW, that is AWD, that had the steering locked up ... and was not in an ideal location to be picked up. The tow driver Lars was very knowledgeable, professional, showed patients and was very thorough in making sure my car was correctly secured and able to be towed safely. Highly recommended.

Called at around 9:00 PM today and 12:00 AM the night before because I had no where to park at my place (people not living there taking up all the parking) the receptionist woman that answered was rude from the start. I was told by my apartment manager to call quality towing if there are any illegal vehicles. The receptionist told me I need to speak with my manager about it. No manners at all, not one “yes sir” or “no sir”, didn’t ask about what complex i live in. I wish i could trust the towing service i was told to always call.

Through Ford Roadside Service, Quality was was tasked with towing my vehicle. I just got off a 12 hour shift at the hospital, I am a nurse. tired and starving. I called quality to confirm the over hour wait it would be for the pickup, as is was 750pm. They confirmed it would be likely over an hour. I told them that I was going to walk to the bar across the street to get something to eat and she said that was fine and would call me when the truck was 10 minutes away. So about 30 minutes later they called me that the driver was there.. I said ok Ill be there 5-10 minutes, likely under 5. she said ok and hung up. so as I was walking to my car they called me back and said that they couldnt take my car since I was at a bar and couldnt be liable for my car cause I was drinking. I stated that I wasnt drinking and offered my receipt. She said the driver had left. I said apparently its safe for me to sit in my car, alone, in a dark parking lot, as a female then it was to walk across the street to the bar where I wasnt alone. I was offered no apology. I ask for the driver to call me. and was declined. So now its 830pm. I have to work tomorrow. My ride home already on their way, now having to call Ford back and wait for another tow. Here I am writing this review sitting in the car, constantly watching my surroundings because I do not feel safe

This company was referred by my auto insurance Geico while i was at the beach. Somehow i left key in trunk and Danny from Quality towing came to the rescue. He was able to unlock the front door really quick without any scratches to my Cadillac SRX. Then he helped get the key fob which was stuck under tailgate by lock. Definetly went above and beyond the call of duty. Danny was friendly and knowledgable of unlocking safely without damage to vehicle. Would definetly recommend them for services!!!

Absolute worst experience with a tow company ever. My wife’s car had an overheating issue and was picked up from my house. There was no physical damage, just a thermostat issue. “Quality” towing picked up the vehicle on their flatbed and brought to my service facility. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the front bumper was ripped from the front of the car! Terrible company and even worse management. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you need a tow or have roadside assistance through any company, be sure to request their services not be used, it could cost you ^+$1000 like it did us!

We have a 45 ft motorhome. While bringing it to a dealer for service for a different issue, the air brakes locked up. The dealer was not able to handle this major repair as the unit has a Freightliner chassis. We contacted Quality Towing and Service. Rick and Jonathan arrived and immediately assessed the issue. They were able to release the brake and move the unit without towing. After they got the unit in the shop, David quickly assessed the repairs and got us on our way. They were professional, friendly, and helpful. They clearly know what they are doing. We would not hesitate to contact them for assistance in the future.

If I could give a zero-star that is what this place would get. We had the unfortunate privilege of having this company tow our vehicle from an accident scene because they are registered with the police department to do so. Went in person and were not allowed to pull plate or personal property despite offering to pay tow bill and giving them vehicle. They wanted us to drive 4 hours away to get signed title instead of doing it through the mail and letting them keep the car since it was totaled. Their only interest appears to be racking up storage fees and police sanctioned auto and personal belonging theft. We are in the process of taking legal action just based on principle. Avoid this place at all costs. These are the type of people that give the automotive industry a bad reputation. Treat people like people, do not act like vultures taking advantage of an already bad situation and set of circumstances. Most often youre dealing with insurance companies and will get your money. Before you respond with a generic feel free to contact us and discuss response, know I was there in person from four hours away with cash in hand but no title. We were threatened with Police removal. If you want advice on how to get your customer service game up, feel free to contact me and I can show you how a successful company is run.REPLY: We did call and make arrangements. Anyone interested in hearing those arrangements or any phone call between their staff and myself feel free to message me and I can email recordings to you. None of your policies or state laws are posted. Once I arrived, from 4 hours away and decided to give you the vehicle you DEMANDED us to hand deliver the title along with a CASH payment. When I asked for a written policy so that we could retrieve the license plate it was refused. Then we tried to reason with your staff offering a cash payment and promise of notarized title mailed to you it was refused. We had all documents you required per state law, current registration and current drivers license and proof of insurance. No where or at no time was a title ever discussed or mentioned until we offered to surrender vehicle to you. Then it was deemed we were a problem and threatened with police removal by some junior tow truck driver. After checking with Local and State Police, State Law requires you to accept ALL forms of payment including check. (Which I understand them adding time of waiting for check to clear but wasnt an issue in this case at all) You refusing payment due to not waiting for the title in the mail is an unreasonable requirement not mandated by state law and I can forward you a correct copy of those statutes so that you dont run afoul again and break the rules again because God knows that this police contract is the only real business you are getting. Yes a grievance was filed with Myrtle Beach PD over your abuse of authority and refusal of a cash payment for both storage and towing fees in person. HINT when someone is offering you full payment in this day and age, you take it, that is how business is done and you keep customers happy. When you piss customers off you dont get any more of it. Enjoy the van and all of the fees and wasted tied up space in trying to file and wait for the title.

THERE WAS NOTHING OF QUALITY WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD REALLY CHANGE THEIR NAME!NOT TO MENTION THESE PEOPLE TOOK THE LAST MONEY I HAD TO MY NAME OUT OF MY PURSE. OF COURSE “THEY ARE NOT LIABLE” BUT THEY DON’T MENTION THEY LIKE TO LIE & STEAL TOO!IM SAVING YOU THE HEADACHE NOW, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS, THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY HANDLE SITUATIONS. AND ITS JUST ANOTHER FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS THAT LIKES TO DISH ATTITUDE BUT CAN’T TAKE IT!

Rental cars get u everytime

Kevin was very efficient and careful when towing my oversized F350 Dually with oversized tires and lifted. He worked slowly, but efficiently to insure no damage was done with my truck. Great Towing Company! The girls in the office go above and beyond for the customers! They have outstanding customer service! Quality has a NAPA there with exceptional mechanics! The drivers are very knowledgeable, hard working, and will go out of their way for a customer! Sometimes they do get very busy but that means they are doing a great job! Keep up the great work QT!

The owner/manager is horrible and he straight up told me to my face he plans on selling my personal items from a buddies impounded car. I have a pressure washer in there for work. I offered him cash for it, but he doesnt want that. He knows hes going to keep that car and all the items in there because my buddy doesnt have enough cash to pay for the impound.

Hunter was our saving grace!!! My family and I were on vacation and needed major assistance with various issues. GREEDY HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and my husband didnt know to put to put the parking receipt in the window and an hour later they towed my vehicle for 160 cash. Way to take advantage of your tourists. What hospitality. I hope Karma gets you and your company sinks.

Do your best to not get towed to or have this company work on your vehicle. They fixed my sons truck but then after his friend picked it up for him, it broke down again about 10 minutes away. They refused to tow it back to their shop to make it right. Meanwhile my sons friend is on the side of the road. We had it towed FAR away from this shop. They dont care about the customer or their safety. They just want to make bucks.Edited after the owners response...ok to be fair: t didnt exactly refuse to tow.. they would only tow for a charge of $200 more. I should have said they refused to make it right after my son spent over $1000 at the shop and the truck didnt make it more than 10 minutes away. Maybe what they did wasnt illegal but it sure was unethical.

Well I think alot one star reviews is because they were towed in a spot that they should have never been. They are only doing their job when they have to tow your vehicle. Our car would not start I called them they were there in 20 minutes On a Sunday even. The dispatcher was very nice and the tow truck driver was very nice. Clean vehicle as we had to go in the tow truck to be towed home. If you ever break down they are their company to call.

Very happy with the towing service that was provided for me today. Nick was my tow truck driver and was very kind and openly answered any and all questions I had for him. I would and will continue to use Quality Towing & Service Center for any and all future car problems I may have. Highly recommend them if you need your car towed for whatever reason. Nick was also very careful with my car and took care to make sure that he was not going to damage my car in anyway when he hooked it up and let it down. Two thumbs way up! 👍👍

Scam business

My friend broke down and her bike went off at 9 pm at night on 501, out of all the tow companies they came immediately. And treated that 1300 lb harley like it was a baby! And anyone that knows bikes or Harleys, u know the kind of care that is needed. Also it didn’t slip off the track once! She was calmer after that. So thank u very much!

Beyond nice people. The company was very patient with me and my nerves. The truck operator explained all that he was doing and even taught me about my car just in case I have another experience like I did. Im very pleased with the whole situation and would highly recommend them. Friend had a vehicle towed Woman behind the counter could be a little bit more friendlier I mean after all she is working with people and they were very helpful and help me get out before the rain today thanks guys maybe you can give your secretary a happy pill get are some candy or something
