Amazing service, got me in and diagnosed right away. Thought I had a busted radiator hose and had a bad water pump. They fixed both issues for what other competitors in the area quoted for just the hose replacement. In and out in great time too! Made a 5 hour drive home and didn’t miss a beat. Thank you guys! My daughter is a student at CCU and was having some issues with her Ford Escape. Since were not locals and dont have an established mechanic in that area, I looked at reviews on google and yelp and came across Chris and his shop. Fortunately, the reviews did not disappoint. He was very communicative and did his best to thoroughly troubleshoot what the issues were. In fact, after my daughter picked up her car, he followed up to make sure it was running ok. While I dont know that his prices were cheap in any way, I do feel that they were reasonable. Overall, he was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Should we have future needs, we wont hesitate to take the vehicle back to him. Would definitely recommend!

Went in with an electrical ghost in my car. I figured it would take a few days and cost who knows how much. It turned out to be the ignition cylinder didnt recognize the key being removed due to dirt. My friend told me how good this place was so I decided to give it a try. Dropped my car off at 1 pm for them to check my tires gave them my number so we could keep in contact on the status of my car. I had to call them back to see if they were gonna use used tires or new since they were supposed to look at them and let me know. So of course they informed me I needed 4 new tires ok that’s fine. 3 hours later I had to call back to find out when to pick it up. They told me the next day because of a mistake in delivery of the wrong size tires so instead I was just gonna take it somewhere who could fix it today. On the way there they called back and told me they would push me through to have my car fixed today. Great 👍 got there to get my car everything is fine but my money to pay for my tires were missing. The lady at the front was helpful with great customer service so it’s not her fault but Do not leave anything valuable in your car. Went to the bank specifically to get money to pay for my tires and somehow it got missing while it was getting fixed. So I probably won’t be back here heard good reviews but unfortunately for myself I can’t say the same

Best mechanic on the beach! and his secretary Tera is the sweetest and hard working people ive met.when I was there I saw her call around to 5 or 6 places checking prices for someone so she could help them save money while checking out customers, paperwork stuff etc. and chris can fix anything im convinced. u can tell that he really loves what he does and hes not a crooked mechanic. if somethings not broken or doesnt need to be replaced then he wont try to do it just to make money. chris is honest too and thats something u dont find anymore with mechanics. I am old school and its nice to know that here they value those old school principles. I could send my 92 year old mom here and know that she wouldnt be taken advantage of. oh they also will take you home while they fix your car for FREE!!! thats cool too because taking a cab would add more cost to your bill. New owners and Pricier than Basil, Specializes in Foreign Cars. Shuttle service is only provided at convience and not a guarantee, maybe we just had an off day experience a couple times but miss the old owners and would not recommend unless you are a Foreign car owner.
