Great buying experience. Even though they had sold the bike I wanted originally, Zach went through the inventory and found me one with less miles around the same price range. I showed up later than expected after driving 100 miles, and they still got me on the bike and out the door in about 2 hours. Laura was super kind and even though she was swamped with work, went above and beyond to get my paperwork done as quick and efficient as possible. Hit a little bump with the bank right as we were finishing, but Glenn was able to help me out and I couldnt be more appreciative. I have to say with this being my first ever motorcycle, the buying experience was SUPER easy. Tyler did one heck of a job showing me the bike since we were long distance apart and took care of all the financial needs. All paperwork and everything was 100% done before I even walked through the door, they loaded the bike for and showed me how and secured it properly. I’ve read a lot of bad reviews about this place. I’ve only dealt with the service department and so far they have been great. Of course there are long waits on getting stuff done but the whole world is short staffed. They have helped me out a ton on my boat.

Redline Power sports was great the whole time they were helping me! Taylor worked with me the entire time and I have nothing bad to say at all. I was in the store a total of three times (due to my own indecisiveness), but all three times were a great experience. I gave Taylor an idea of what I wanted to ride and he went through everything that would have been up my ally. This is my first time financing a motorcycle so it was a bit nerve wrecking; however, Taylor was able to take the down payment/ monthly payment price I asked for and make it happen. That being said I have no complaints from them. You can’t test any of the machines there due to the location being so busy. Which is fine by me. I’m just getting back to riding and the location honestly intimidates me there. So it’s understandable they can’t let everyday customers test ride. Because of the location they are in, they do offer delivery for there machines. Which is also an amazing service they offer! Lastly, the gentleman that handled my down payment (I can’t remember his name) thoroughly explained everything to me because I was a first timer. He also was open to any questions I had. Redline was a great experience over all and I will go back there!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I pre-ordered a Sea -Doo months ago. Sara kept me up to date with the order status regularly. When I arrived to pick it up, they were ready with all the paperwork to get me out the door quickly. Tyler was great with preparing the Sea Doo and trailer for delivery and briefing me on all operating procedures. Laura processed all the registration and sales forms fast and efficiently. Overall a fun experience.

Great service, reasonable prices and inventory beyond anyplace I looked up and down the east coast. They were easy to deal with and accommodating for some of the custom changes I wanted on the SxS I purchased. If you are thinking of buying an ATV or SxS you should give them a call or stop by the store, I think you will be glad you did.

The salesman, Johnathan, was super nice! Didn’t try to push me TOO hard on in-house financing, though they do offer. I just prefer my lender. The transaction was quick and easy since I walked in with checks. Now, dealing with the service department for my first service after running in the motor has been a pleasant experience as well. They have a great selection in the show room!

Redline has it all, but the most important component of a good sales experience is the team, and unquestionably, working with Taylor was one of the easiest sales experiences Ive ever had.First time and new riders might have already experienced the following: Youve just completed your Motorcycle Safety Foundation training, or perhaps had a good friend show you the basics. Youve mastered the art of doing slow donuts in parking lots. The time has come to purchase a bike, and thanks to our culture (and probably a know-it-all friend or family member insisting a You NEED to buy an (insert make/model), you head off to your first dealership a little excited, but mostly nervous. And thats when it happens...a commission hungry jackal swoops in and tries to casually incentivize buying something entirely out of your price and skill range. Being a novice (and not without a little bit of inflated pride in the measure), you nod and agree, allow yourself to be seated on 3 different bikes, and before you can ask anything pertinent or worthwhile, the salesman is asking you what your credit looks like -- no, wait, never-mind! All of the sales and professional staff at Redline take pride in what they do, and as soon as I met Taylor I knew I was engaging a sales professional. Initially, I was looking to buy new, and Taylor educated me on numbers and factors I hadnt considered (advantages of having a bike broken in, what precisely comes with a new price tag). Taylor asked critical questions about intended usage and preferred riding style, and long before we ever looked at models he made sure he understood what I was looking to ride -- not what would line his pocket. After working with me for three days, I began to suspect my job at the time wouldnt support me, and when Taylor called to see where I was at and I had to postpone buying, he listened and leant some encouragement -- it wasnt about the sale; it was about the person.Sure enough, as soon as I secured solid employment again, he was the first man I went to see. Things worked out great -- by waiting, the dealership ended up having the exact make/model I wanted just a few model years old and with only 2,200 miles...and knocked 5 grand off the price tag.An amazing sales experience, through and through, and Im looking forward to doing business with Taylor and Redline for years to come.

We purchased a used 2016 Polaris RZR from here on 10/02/2021. We drove almost 4 hours. Our sales rep was Tyler Rapp, he was great. Awesome to work with. Great inventory, VERY CLEAN. EVERYONE was very welcoming and treated us like family. We got the machine home the same evening and the check engine light came on. I understand that this is a used machine but it was disappointing bringing our new toy home and something already going wrong. Turned out to be a small issue (needed a new belt) I reached out to Redline. Glenn, the sales manager immediately contacted me and was happy to help us. He sent us a check in the mail paying for our replacement part. We are beyond satisfied with this purchase. We will be happy to drive 4 hours to give them more of our business in the future. You will not regret working with this team!

I just purchased a used KTM and wanted to make sure it was a 100% . I Took it to Redline Powersports and Honestly glad I did. I made an appointment to bring it in and the service was great. Unlike most shops that price gouge, they were honest and efficient and only charged me for a minimum amount to check it out. To say the least I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional place to get service and if you are looking for a new ready to race Ktm they got you covered. The showroom made me feel like a kid in a candy shop!

We went to Redline in Myrtle Beach when we moved into town with CASH in pocket to buy a Ninja we found on the website. Found the correct bike, sat on it, and loved it. My husband, who has been riding his whole life and has his endorsement, asked to give it a test. They said no test rides. We showed them the cash in our pocket, told them we were looking to buy outright with no financing, can we just take it around the parking lot. Again, we were told absolutely not. Then we were told the most insane story Ive ever heard. We were told for our next step we should find the same bike on Craigslist and call the owner and tell him we are interested. Then go to that location and test THAT bike. After that we can return to Redline and buy the new one. I was speechless. Literally. Left the store without uttering another word, for fear of hearing another sentence like that one. Luckily other places are willing to earn my cash. Let the buyer beware, enter at your own risk.

Salesmen did not acknowledge my presence until I was ready to leave after pacing the showroom floor 3+ times. Called ahead and still no interested salesman until Tyler introduced himself.Price was $20,400.Placed an order with my dealer, same exact machine for $16,465.

I had an excellent experience with Taylor and the rest of the team at Redline Powersports! Everyone was super friendly and helpful as I looked at various Can Am Spyder models.I really wanted the RT Limited in Petrol Blue and when they didnt have one on the floor (it had been sold right before I arrived) Taylor researched and saw that they had one still crated out back and asked one of the guys to bring the crate outside so that we could peek in and see the color and sparkle in the sun! (Its a super sparkly blue green and perfect for me!)I got a great trade on my Harley, and they stayed late on a Friday night to work through the finances and paperwork with me and put a rush on getting it out of the crate and put together for me for next day pickup!Excellent experience all around! I will point put that they do Not allow test drives due to their location and the heavy traffic on 501, so if you havent ridden one (one of my friends let me try hers out), you may want to wait until they have one of their can am company sponsored test drive days).I found it to be a super easy transition, and much easier on my body than the Harley.

Had a great experience buying our new AlumaCraft boat at Redline. Zach, Glenn, Laura, Patrick and the guys in Parts all made us feel appreciated.

These guys are great! Drove almost 9 hours up one way from Alabama, just to pick up the only KLX 250 Camo edition I could find in the South East! Austin in sales was very helpful from the moment I called them to see about it, all the way to the end when he helped me strap it down into the bed of my truck! It was my first time financing anything on my own, and Laura in finance made me very comfortable. She even told me about some of her hilarious Dr Pepper incidents. I definitely recommend doing business with them if you’re ever in the market.

I needed to have the break in service completed on a KTM. So I called around to a few places for the best price and Redline Powersports was much less than places closer to home so I made an appointment and rode my bike 2 hours there for the service. When I got there they told me it was going to be double what I was told over the phone. When I explained this to the service person he asked a few questions that I didnt have good answers for but trusted me at my word. When the bill came it was slightly more than what I was told over the phone but it was still less than their competitors. For this reason I will drive the extra hour just to give my money to a honest company.

The entire Sales team were on point, went over everything in detail with me, helped me on price point that I desired and had me in and out the door in less than 2 hours. Couldn’t be happier with my new purchase.

I came from out of state to purchase a Honda rancher from them. They are great people to work with and have a great inventory on hand for you to look at if your unsure as to what you may want to fit your needs. Their inventory on there website is always real time unlike some of these other dealers that keeps products up on the webpage months on out to make it look like they have all this inventory on hand. Definitely “dropped the ball” on the service of my Kawasaki sxs. The oil was changed but nothing else was inspected or adjusted to specifications as outlined in the service invoice I was being charged for. I specifically asked that the parking brake be adjusted. It was not and there was no explanation as to why a major safety item was not addressed. Most expensive oil change I’ve ever paid for even after being discounted for their admitted mistakes. Never again…..

Sean hooked me up with my first street bike with exceptional customer service. All staff was friendly and made the experience super easy.

Once again Redline never fails to disappoint. I dropped by to use a gift card I had which they gave me for store credit for parts that they ordered that were wrong for my motorcycle. A refund for their mistake is totally out of the question I was told. Upon arriving which was against my better judgement but hey I had the money on their store issued card so I wanted to use it. Evidently no one can check the balance on a gift card except for the manager which wasnt in today. Not even the general manager knows how to check it as I was told by the parts guy. The balance was written on the card by an employee when it was given to me but he did not initial it so I guess they needed to be sure it was valid which I understand. We are only talking less than $35.00 which there probably isnt anything in there priced that low that I would want so I was going to be spending more for an item I wanted to use up the credit. There must be a reason I have 2 Kawasaki Mules that did not come from there & a third is on order for a model that was just released. Try to buy / spend local & not even able to. Like other reviews stated, good luck getting a call back from anybody when youre trying to spend money. No one should have to beg to make a purchase. Take a short drive to a dealer eager to earn your business as well as retain it.

Everyone that I dealt with on a personal basis was very nice and helpful. JP is a young man who is very friendly and easy to talk with and made the experience very pleasant. The young lady who does the finance part is very kind too. Worth the trip and got a nice Mule out of it!

Drove a couple hours just to buy from this place. The have good inventory and great service all the way around. Very clean inside and out. Plenty of room if you bring a long trailer like I did to move around without having to do a lot of backing up. Would recommend the drive to stop in this place. Dealerships near me dont have the inventory or the service to match this place.

Got the bike, they wouldn’t let me test drive it. So I purchased the bike and only put 4 miles on it. And they would not let me return it. They would buy it back from me for $4,500 less than my purchase price with only 4 miles on the bike. I do not recommend purchasing from them. I am now stuck with a bike that I do not want!!!!Update:9/8/2021After I posted this review, redline called me to give me $10,000 for my motorcycle and take my review off. I told them at that point I would still be losing over $2,000, I told them to give me a day or 2 to think about it. I thought about it and said yes I would go ahead and take the loss. I called cliff at redline back so they could buy my motorcycle back. I left him a message 2 weeks ago on his voicemail and I have yet to hear from him or anyone at redline.

Went in to buy new motorcycle was total a price was going to the bank for a counter check I was told not to worry about it th ey would waive the fees at the end of the transaction I paid $2,500 in fees for $5,000 motorcycle I was under the impression $500 docking fee and 400 for destination charge and somehow that change to 1,300 and 700 the funny thing was the dealer told me that he was a ex police officer that was told to me so I would trust him if you need a motorcycle do not go to this place theyre only worried about the money and Mariah to get what they want as I left I was told my paperwork was under the seat didnt find out all the extra charges till I got home

Living almost four hours away the sales team was very helpful in my search for a side by side. Baden helped me find what I was looking for with their abundance of inventory. Arriving the next day to pick up my new side by side was a breeze. I few mins of paperwork and I was on my way home. I can’t thank the friendly staff at Redline Powersports for all their help. Would definitely recommend them.

Im in the market to purchase a new motorcycle, and even with all of the shortage issues going around, I was willing to make a 2-hour drive to Myrtle Beach. I spoke with Jonathan and he said that they did have one in the crate but would need to be unpacked and inspected. I dont blame him for the current condition, but I told him that I was willing to drive down there if they could have it available for that Saturday as I work during the week.Upon discussing price, I realized that they were looking to tack on about 30% or more in alleged setup fees and other shipping charges. If you look up the 2021 MT07 by Yamaha, you see that it is fully assembled in the crate. And they have the audacity to tell me that its $1,200 for that service. I dont blame Jonathan on the price, but I definitely do blame him for submitting my information to their spam and marketing communicators. I explicitly requested that if a deal cannot be made over the phone, to not be put on any marketing material or any additional follow-up, to which I am receiving messages on the next business daySo as long as youre willing to accept that they will charge you 30% over MSRP, and that youll be put on their marketing emails and text messages, by all means, this is the place for you.Edit on June 22nd: I attempted to reach out as stated, but as I expected, no reply after leaving a message and no returned phone call. Is it because I am out of state? I dont know, but theyre not doing anything to try to earn my business

Took my bike in for some new rubber. I was told one price then it ended up to be 100.00 more. I was told a hour wait then I waited all morning. I don’t recommend this place for service. I would recommend armadillo cycles down at the beach.

Good work. Quick and extremely professional. Can be pricey but good quality work isn’t cheap and cheap isn’t a good quality job.

We always love going to redline!!! They always treat us great and recognize us when we walk in the door. Weve started going on the group rides theyve been working on getting together on some weekends.

I negotiated my entire via text messaging with my salesman Glenn. I found ho. to be efficient and knowledgable. On settlement day the process was simple. All the necessary documents had been completed and ready for signature. The finance department was friendly and efficient also. I would deal with Red Line again without hesitation.
