Great customer service. We were at our vacation home and the refrigerator went out. The actual owner of the business came out to repair the unit. He understood we would leaving the next day and it a point to respond to our needs. Quality organization definitely use this business.

I was having issues with my Ice Maker and had another company come out (Appliance Medic of Myrtle Beach). All I got was reasons why they couldnt do the repair. From we can get the part from our supplier to we cant test the ice maker to its the filter and we cant solve your problem and I need to collect my 80.00 service fee? Oh also the Labor fee was quoted at over 500.00 dollars to replace a ice maker!!! Thats was Just the labor!! They did nothing for me to solve my problem. I have owned a repair service business for over 20 years. If I ever came to a customers house and couldnt solve their problem, I would never ask them to pay me!! So let me share some good news!! I called Mr. Appliance and my concerns went away!!! This company is very professional from their customer service reps to their repair techs!! Derek came out and had my ice maker repaired in less then an hour!! He was very professional knowledgeable and easy to talk to! The repair and service fee cost me about a 1/3 of what the first company wanted!! I will recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone and everyone!! Thanks again Derek and company!!

Derek was awesome. Came out quickly to look at our oven that broke due to a malfunctioning self clean. He found the problem and ordered the part. Was upfront about pricing and the value to fix vs buying a new unit. I will definitely use again for any issues!

Derek was amazing! Booked an appointment online on Thursday afternoon, and he was in and the problem was fixed by noon Friday! He contacted me very shortly after I booked the appointment, and called as soon as he was finished, and explained everything that they found and how it was dealt with. DEFINITELY recommend this company, they were a breeze to deal with!

Derek called me back on a Saturday, spent 5 minutes on the phone with me to diagnose the issue with my Westinghouse side-by-side and told me how to remedy the problem. Problem solved! No charge. Great guy. Knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

Called these guys and they came out when they said, told me what was wrong, how they fixed it and didnt pad the bill. will definitely call them again. Honest and fair.
