I absolutely disagree with all these lesser ratings. These people Cody and Jessica are awesome to deal with they did me nothing but a solid deal, the delivery guys are great. total total solid operation from start to finish!!!

Bought extra firm mattress and foundation here. Used it for about 6 months and now slats inside foundation r broken. If i get new replacement one i prob wont shop here again.

This place is awful. They told me that they would deliver my dryer on Wednesday 12/5/17 between 3 and 5. They never came or called. I called them and they told me they didnt have the one I was purchasing. They would have it today 12/7/17. Still no dryer. Do not shop here. Please go somewhere where they respect you and your money. Will be reporting to BBB.

Do not go here ! the customer service here is awful. My aunt bought several pieces of furniture here in 2016. She have been running behind them for over a year trying to get one of her dressers replace and her china closet. the repersentaive jessica pushed her off and the manager cody avoided all emails and calls from her regarding her issues and simply replied back on01/18/2018 by saying the prevouis company american trade furniture went out of business and its a new company and its nothing he can do about it. please dont waist your hard earned money here.

Brought a recliner from this place it broke in about 3 days called manager back to get a new one Cody gave me the run-around for a month all the furniture is cheap and made out of plywood do not spend a dollar in this place just spend a couple extra dollars and get some furniture thats going to last you instead of the paper mache furniture they got in there the guy in the front names cody. He is going to be the one in the front telling all the lies. Responsed to mt review the other day because he knows just who he cheated. Told me i had recliner for 7 months. If thats true then everyone needs to ask there selfs one question before you give this thief one dollar for your hard earn money and that is do I want to spend $500 or more on an article of furniture and it breakdown in 7 months because knowing what I know now the answer would be no not at all I bought eight pieces of furniture from the thugs in that store ask them to replace one piece that was broken because I figured hey just spent 4000 with you guys only want what I paid for but no couldnt have that I got a month of the runaround about how hes trying to call Ashleys and to replace the furniture they are not picking up the phone for him apparently but he does so much business with them but theyre just not answering the phone for him and I shouldnt be complaining because I had it for so long why the whole time he got four five of the same chair in the back of his Wearhouse but it would just be too much work for him to swap my chair out even knowing that I work out of state and how hard it is for me too do the back and forth with him he still gave me the run-around and Im just here to let you know once more dont spend no money with these thieves

I bought a sofa and recliner about 2 months ago and as soon as they delivered it I saw the zipper on the bottom of the back cushion on the sofa was broke. I called them and since I had a warrant on it the sent someone out to fix it. Well it is not fixed and still doing the same thing. I have called them now for two days and cant get anyone to respond or even call me back. If it cannot be fixed then they can come and get it. They are not very reliable. Think twice before you buy from them. Fed up with them and the run around I am getting.
