These guys came in and went to work! They were on the job every day and didn’t stop until the job was finished. I know they worked late two of the three days they were here. Very satisfied. My floors look great. Patty was also very helpful at the store. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home and decided to get way over our head in renovations. Because of this we took our first trip into Mill Creek and met David. Shopping around was extremely easy and David was by far the easiest person I have worked with getting a schedule down, being very flexible, and even coming to measure for carpet at our house. We ended up buying our tile and carpet here, and plan to purchase our quartz countertops here when we redo our kitchen.Thank you David for all of your help!

Our tile is beautiful, I only wish we’d been made aware when we bought extra tile that there are no returns on special orders- and it seems the majority of the selection is considered special order. We always purchase extra supplies when using contractors, and have never run into this issue at other places of business. I now have 4 boxes of tile I can’t use. Mill Creek wasn’t helpful when we asked, they already got our money:)I have three more rooms to tile, and I’ll likely purchase somewhere with a better feel for how to get repeat business.Marci Apple

Got carpet from them. The installers were very nice and professional. My carpet had a defect or something of that nature. It has blue on it. They offered to replace it, but that is the only thing they offered to do. I work 2 jobs, attend college, have a two year old and my husband works long hours. Its nearly impossible to be off for them to lay carpet. My husband called and asked about a partial refund, but his phone call was never returned. I was going to get more carpet and flooring from them but since we havent heard back I think Ill use someone else.

Mill Creek in Muskogee and the crew of installers did a fantastic job installing our flooring. They worked late into the night to get the job done and it is beautiful!

The guys were awesome and the floor looks great! We weren’t crazy about the quarter round because the color was off but with our old house we knew that may be an issue.

Dave was super helpful, gave me a good deal on the flooring I really wanted. We will be coming back when we are ready for the next phase of our flooring replacement

I love what Mill Creek has done with the place! The refreshed store located in a high traffic area makes remembering it exists so much easier! I especially love the new management they have running it! The sales team is great with helping you find what you want. Especially when you yourself are not even sure you know what you want. They work with you to keep inside your budget while also maintaining the best quality for your budget. Mill Creek product is A grade in my opinion and not some 3rd or 4th grade where you still find yourself paying A grade price (as found at most of their competitors).HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

After a contractor I had hired failed to complete the job, Rick found me a great tile installer and the end result is amazing!!! Great products, fast installation and fantastic customer service! I highly recommend Mill Creek in Muskogee!!

Purchased wood look linoleum. Installed incorrectly. Looks terrible. Mill creek will not return my calls. Called corporate office. They were supposed to inspect. No inspection yet, still waiting. Does no good to purchase a product and have installed incorrectly by mill creek contractors. Will use a reputable company next time. Update : After speaking with Clarence at the corporate office, my issues have been resolved. New linoleum was installed properly and professionally. Looks great. I have always had great results and quality products and work done by Mill Creek. Glad they stand by their work. Will continue to purchase all my flooring needs. Now I can go to Vintage RV rally and show off my Streamline trailer. Thanks.

Installed wood flooring in upstairs hallway and the product was fairly priced and the installers did a wonderful job. Manager even called next day to see if I was satisfied. Great customer service.
