Excellent customer experience with Steve @ Signature Streetscapes! Steve was available to walk us through the entire process from design through post sale. He was easily reached post sale to resolve a small hardware shortage issue. This level of after sale customer service is rare! All product including posts, traffic signs, and especially the custom cast street signs are amazing. Initially, we were looking at typical metal blade solution for the subdivision. Steve showed us their cast product and knew this was the right upgraded solution for us. This custom look is hard to convey online. Needless to say, we were impressed with the product we received. Would definitely recommend for your signage project!

I had a great experience buying a couple of posts from this company. Good transaction and great product.

The only reason for three stars is I have to be honest and say this company produces great products.However, BUYER BE AWARE the company has little attention to administrative detail and when secretarial mistakes are made the company will not take ownership. Therefore, it is solely up to the customers to ensure what is requested is EXACTLY what is on the order prior to signing/paying. The customer is expected to have attention to detail, not their staff.Even when customers show they CLEARLY typed EXACTLY what they wanted to order, and the wrong materials were listed on the estimate, which was then signed and paid for, the company refused to make it right but was quick to say “it was approved as an estimate and as the order of acknowledgement as is; you will have to purchase 3 new posts”. I am just truly disappointed in a company who cannot take ownership of an internal staff error but instead will tell a customer to buy more products due to the error…
