Hi this is Bo Davis I have been going to Praxair in Lake Welding for over 20 years I know David when David the salesman had started working with Praxair did thousands of dollars of business with them Ive done thousands of dollars a business with Blake welding on Davis transfer trucking company and use both of your facilities to fill my needs I have bought welding machines I buy all my gas from you and I bought a lot of galvanized paint by the gallon from you when I walk into your business establishment was waiting at the counter where all the gentleman was in the back talking to another gentleman he was very timely and getting out to take care of me but I asked for some particular items one item in particular was galvanized paint by the gallon it was very adamant that we do not carry it was to the point of basically pissing me off because he wouldnt even look for me as long as hes work there they have never sold paint and I says Im sorry youre wrong Ive been doing business with Praxair when it was in Grand Rapids and Lake welding so I know the product he wouldnt even volunteer to look it up he basically told me I was wrong wrong wrong I compose myself in my wife brought up the cans of paint but showed it to him and I basically said look it up I said Im looking for 6 gallons and I used to after 5 minutes of insisting that they dont he doesnt care
