Im sharing this for my mother who is 93 years old. Bought new pair of hearing aids, before she moved down to Tennessee with her daughter. She couldnt hear TV for months. Seen a hearing specialist, who told her hearing AIDS Were used and the volume was set not to be turned up. She paid over $1,000 for them. This is what you call taking advantage of older people
I wouldnt go anyplace else. What a great job these people do
I love Hear Michigan, but this time was not a great experienceI went in because my only ear I can hear in with help from a hearing aid was broken and needed help with repairing it.Very intimidated. I asked the person trying to help me that I read lips if they could remove their mask as we were all vaccinated… They told me they would not and I just had to listen better. Then we tried and he got frustrated with me and told me to listen harder and concentrate…..not a friendly experience
I have never left this office without feeling 100% satisfied. The staff are all friendly and helpful. My hearing aids have been a life changer and I am so happy I was referred here.
I would confidently recommend Hear Michigan. I brought my 89 year old mother here last year, and they have been wonderful to work with. We are very glad we chose Hear MI and they have offices throughout the state. Please consider them when looking for a company that will continue to support their patients.

Live near the Muskegon office on Henry but since I have medicade insurance the Muskegon office tell me I have to go to the Zeeland office. So instead of a 4 minute drive I know have to do a 45 minute drive
