I have had issues for about a year getting a specific medication and syringes. This pharmacy has entered information in wrong so that insurance wont cover the medication when its due (they enter that he got a 30 day supply when he only got 20). Then one month I am told I dont have to pay for syringes, the next month they want $7.00 for 2 (they cost about $0.40 each). I would rate 0, but yhat is not an option!
I really like this place always kind and professional. Diamond is truly a gem, seeing her sanitize her workspace speaks volume during times like these!
They are horribly rude here! Do not know how to properly bill insurance companies, and when they do not know how to do something, they make up lies and excuses. When the inly excuse is that they are under-educated.Boycot this place 100% you wont regret that decision.Class action law-suit if anyone else is interested.
Unfortunately this pharmacy has not been very helpful. Its usually the third time I call that someone will pick up to assist. The staff seems unwilling/unmotivated to problem solve when it comes to issues regarding my prescription.
I wouldnt even give them a star. More then 3 times I have went to pick my kids medications up and was told 30 minutes to then go back hours later to be told they still werent ready. 2 times I have had them cancel a prescription because they thought it was a duplicate when actually it was the doctor changing the dose.

They were incredibly rude over the phone. It was almost impossible to simply switch my prescription to a different Meijer. I will be going back to my original pharmacy.
I went in to pick up a prescription that my Dr called in in the a.m . It was 6pm when i went to get it. After a long wait in line..the counter girl came back without my prescription and said your Dr didnt let us know you would be picking this up today so we have it on the list for tomorrow. She was rude and actually rolled her eyes when i questioned when did Drs start letting you know when a person would be picking up the med??I will not use this pharmacy again.
They never have meds available that I take on a consistent basis. Toddler was just prescribed meds they didn’t have on hand for her coughing. We waited a day. Called at 2 to verify it would be ready. They said yes by 3. I showed up at 5:30 and waited in line for over a half hour. The attendant just walked away without saying anything. Minutes later another attendant showed up and began getting people from behind me. When I spoke up and they looked up the med for my daughter, they said it wasn’t ready yet because they had “a lot of call ins”.
I go to Meijer for my scripts but they always seems like they in a hurry, bad customer service. There is one staff in the pharmacy named Nichole I think she spells her name, very snotty and rude, dont get mad at me due to YOU at pharmacy have my insurance wrong 😡 so in a hurry dont even ask about Mperks just hurry and cash you out, now you mad due to you have to go back and redo my insurance payment.

Only filled here to get Mperks. Had no problems getting my scripts filled when I would bring my scripts in with an actual paper script for refills, but when my doctors office tires to fax the order over it is a complete nightmare. It seems to go through e-fax at every other pharmacy expect meijer. It’s just a hot mess, and staff are not pleasant.
Well since I have the page pulled up for the phone number anyway .... MR SUNSHINE “Ryan the technician” was just a total PR*CK on the phone to me just now! Are you serious??? I was calling about immunizations for my son to get today there asked if I should give him Tylenol because I heard the tetanus part of Dtap shot can be painful. He then asks if he’s had Tylenol today I said Nooo I wanted to know if I should give it to him prior! He says umm I don’t see that here. I said so no then? Well I guess I was taking too much of his precious time and brain power because then he says I don’t know just ask the pharmacist when you get here and hung the phone up on me!!!!! Real professional Ryan!!( had learned after the fact that Ryan was from the call center my call got forwarded to and not from the actual pharmacy)

I used to be a loyal customer, but my husband and I take lots of meds. The pharmacy had us on the sync program, which was entirely useless, even added confusion to an already confusing situation. We finally ended up taking our business to Walgreens.
Pretty good but hate how you sometime call a few times to remind, or ask for meds 😕
Went there to get a prescription filled they would not give us a price before they processed it. Then no discount card. So asked for the script back to go to walgreens they said i couldnt have it back. They said have walgreens call for the transfer. Got to walgreens and they said they called mejier to transfer and they would not. So had to drive all the way back to get hard copy they would not give to us in first place. Worst expirience ever
Perscriptions are never ready when they say & half the time they are missing more than one of them.
