I get blood pressure pills there everyone who works there is real nice

Great service and kind people to deal with.

They are always so polite and go out of their way to help me. They always seem to have what I need.

They do have one good pharmacy technician and only pharmacy that had the medicine that was prescribed. Absolutely horrible customer service at the pick up window. Waited 45 minutes to be called to fix insurance, got that fixed and told it was going to be another 20 minutes to fill. Okay. We go up after 25 minutes and are told it was going to be 45- 60 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE!

I have never had a problem to speak of with Walmart Pharmacy

Its okay. Ive had better service at other local pharmacies. However they always seem to have the meds you need.

I was told that my medication would be ready for pickup when I arrived I was then told the medication was out of stock and to come back the next day. I would look elsewhere for a pharmacy

They had my order that was called in for 7 hours before I cane to pick it up and only after I got there and waited got 45 min did they tell me they couldnt fill it. I was very upset it being late on a Friday I had no other options to get it filled by another pharmacy that day. After I left very upset The head pharmacist did call around and found a place in North muskegon to fill it but I had to race over there to make it in time. Not impressed with their policy on not filling a prescription untill you are there waiting.

Absolutely the worst Wal-Mart Ive ever been at. Huge lines..no carts inside..left without buying anything.

I dealt with a pharmacy tech whose name was Laura. I was trying to find out things to help with tight muscles near my neck and shoulder. She was rude and nasty. She seemed distracted and told me to go near the gimp in the wheelchair and used her head to motion towards a woman in a wheelchair in the next aisle over. That pissed me off. I tried to contact the store manager before leaving and was told to get in the customer service line, which had like 20 people in it and I couldnt wait that long. I tried calling and got hung up on three times. So dont go to this pharmacy or store. Its ridiculous that an employee should get away with calling a customer a gimp because she was in a wheelchair, let alone say it to another customer.

It is not a good place too go. Went in there at 12, and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later I go back to window, then they tell me 30 more minutes. This happens 5 more times. It is now 3:00 and still no prescription.

Ive never had any problems with communications or refills with this pharmacy.
