First time visit, did a pretty good job on my car.

Its bad when the cashier wont even say hi or hello to a customer. I was there today around noon time to pre-pay for gasoline and the girl didnt say one word to me even when I said hi. The customer really shouldnt have to be the first one to say anything. You would expect the cashier to at least be somewhat friendly and welcoming to the customers. If they dont like interacting with people which the job entails then perhaps it isnt the right job for them.

Never put a bag on my back windshield wiper so of course it got ripped off should have listened to the gentleman but Jake at the car wash took his time out to fix it and replace it for me after Audi told me 200 also lost a cap he took his time to find me one Thanks Jake a whole bunch for your time and consideration you are awesome!!!!

The first and last time I went through this car wash, it ripped my entire back wiper arm clean off. A replacement (blade included) is about 50 dollars on amazon. The problem I have here is that when I filed a damage claim I was told that I would receive an email from the owner of the place within 48 hours, its been 3 months and I never got anything back from them. Another thing that I am upset about is that apparently I could have gotten a little bag to protect the wiper arm, had I KNOWN about this I would have gotten one, but I was never asked if I wanted one. So because they never paid for the damage that their equipment caused (not like I expect them to at this point anyways), I will not be returning to this place, just be warned, those machines are strong and they will break things.

I go here for car wash. The deal is great but sometimes it doesnt always do a thorough job but it still isnt too bad for now. Associates are really friendly and treat customers with a smile Everytime I am there. Basing it only on my experience.

This is a wonderful gas up place they offer a car wash at the pump which comes in very handy some days. The car wash is nice and quick, they also have free vacuums which I love and helps tremendously. Service is very friendly and helpful!

Cherrilynn Bell is an amazing lady, everytime i come through the car wash she is very up beat warm and polite. She makes my experience there pleasant and enjoyable and is honestly the reason I continue to keep coming back. As long as she is there quality car wash will have my loyalty and buissness and honestly she deserves a raise. She gives the feeling of southern hospitality and makes me feel important and welcome

Ive been visiting this quality station for about 2 years now and have been amazed by the employees that work there. They are all SUPER nice and always have a smile on their face. I see a lot of people complaining about the car wash. Well.....No car was is perfect. Personally I pay for their monthly plan and use it 2+ times a week. I drive 3 miles out of my way to go there because of the super nice employees. If you would like to see what a bad car wash is all about, go to the J&H on sternberg. I just left their after washing my wifes car and came straight to this quality wash to get a real car wash. Try the difference and you will see......

The store on Sherman by Walmart is absolutely terrible! The general manager came into the car wash screaming at me asking if I was an idiot because I was supposed to be in neutral.. I was in neutral but it was making a grinding noise and rocking my car back and forth so I put it in drive and moved up a little then planned on putting it back in neutral. After that incident I was on my way into the store to talk to a manager because I was livid, && at this point I did not know he was the manager. Before I even went into the store he came out and said what do you want.. really? All I said was Id like to speak to a manager, he cut me off and said I am the manager.. actually the general manager so what is your issue now? I was shocked, he was very unprofessional, rude and honestly just mean... he started screaming at me again saying I was being a dumb ass because a car wash is not that hard to go through, I lost it and started yelling at him as well at this point! He then told me to get off the property and that I am no longer allowed there! I will NEVER go to this place again!! I will be calling the corporate headquarters today and complaining! As a GENERAL manager you should be more professional then that, and the name calling is beyond disrespectful!! Do not go here, its not worth it!!!

The Quality Car Wash in Holland on Chicago Drive is where I have my vehicle washed and I have the unlimited works sticker. When I entered the car wash today, the sign read that I would be receiving the Quality Wash. When the wash was done I circled around to let the person at the window know and asked the if he knew why I didnt get the correct wash. He said he didnt know and for me to go through the wash again and he would make sure I got the Works. Once I got on the belt, the sign read that I would be receiving the Quality Wash again! The guy I spoke with was there and he manually made sure I got the Works. Hmm, twice in a row the sign reads Quality Wash. Maybe that is what is on my account so I went inside and asked to speak to the manager. He confirms that I have the Works and I started to explain my situation. The clerk at the window interrupted​ by saying, you got the Works. I asked him if I could finish explaining and he put his hands in the air and said fine, very rudely! The manager waited for me to finish and he repeats the same thing, you got the Works. I said you dont want to investigate and find out why this happened? He said someone maybe cut in front of you? I said no, there was one car in line before me. Then he says its not a perfect system and you got the Works.Your website brags about striving for customer service. No apologies and/or understanding that a concerned customer is worried this will happen in the future, instead my concern is not valid enough to listen to so its dismissed by saying, you got the Works! Several places on my car didnt get cleaned

Car wash and service was ridiculous. Paid 14.00 for a car wash that left tire cleaner all the way down my Yukon. Drove it back in to them and they said I could buy a car wash for 6.00 that doesnt have tire cleaner to get rid of the tire cleaner. Um What? !! Unbelievable left there for my last time ever! 11/12/16
