Went in today with my brother and scored 20 or so pairs. The manager and gentleman working were both amazing and very friendly...we will be back!! Thanks guys!

Im a lil upset they are keeping people outside waiting in a line. But what really got me is the people that were not buying anything in the store just hanging out, sitting down, talking on their phone while people have to wait for them to come out. But we found a few Jordan shirts for great prices.

Ordered two pair of shoes one came and the other was out of stock. I was not aware of the shoes being out of stock, that was January 25th,2020. I still have not received my refund on one pair of shoes. And everyone is giving me the run around.

Shopping was going fine until I noticed that the female (yes I’m a gentle sir) cashier had open toed shoes🥴

The staff are not very friendly unless they know you. One young guy started to wait on me then I wasnt finished he went to someone behind the cash register. Paid for the shoes that I thought I picked out and got home to find out they werent even the shoes that I picked out. So now have to drive 15 miles back to the store. Hopefully I get the ones I had picked out. Tried calling and got to talk to someone that obviously didnt have her mind in the game as to where she worked. Called back to talk to a manager and they never answered the phone and yet they were still open. Called back the next morning and same thing no answer. Once I go pick the shoes I purchase that will be my last time to foot locker in the muskegon mall. So sad for your business that is bringing your store down. By the way bought boy shoes and ended up with girl shoes when I got home. Smh

They backdoored my shoes lied and said they closed at 5pm but the app and website said i had till 7pm to pick them up they shouldnt sell other people shoes to put extra money in there pockets please contact me asap

I went to Footlocker in the Muskegon Mall and let me say, VERY RUDE customer service. I went in and maybe 3-4 workers was just standing around talking with each other’s. I asked for some help and the one girl came over and was very rude like I interrupted their conversation and said “what can I help you with” first off it’s uour job to check on customers and help them out, second you are getting paid to work! I will never go back to that Footlocker let alone maybe not go to another one. I can buy my stuff online and get better service. Come on Footlocker manger get better staff!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service at the Muskegon Footlocker is ALWAYS rude, unfriendly and not knowledgeable. The last visit was it for our family, we will never go to the Muskegon location again. It is not Footlocker that is the issue it is the staff at this location. You always have to go to the employees (who are usually hanging out at the cash register goofing off) to ask for help. There is NO customer service and heaven forbid if you ask for help. The last visit I had to ask the employee to measure my sons foot twice. She was very rude through the whole process. She said he is a size 8, however when we came in his shoe size was a 10 1/2. We were there because he needed a bigger size than he current was wearing. So how did his foot shrink more than 2 sizes?? I pointed this out to her, and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I swear every employee at this location acts like they are drugged out, its nasty and uncomfortable. The other issue is the music. I am frustrated and disgusted with the words that are blaring in this store. My kids are with me and there are songs talking about girls’ parts and drugs. The CEO of Footlocker needs to make a visit to this location and make major changes. These employees are making a horrible name for Footlocker.When I visit other Footlocker locations, I do not have these issues. I love that Footlocker offers Military discount to our family as well.

Great shoe selection but I wish that they had a greater selection of air max shoes

I needed help with finding what my proper shoe size was but couldnt get help from staff or the manager but ended up getting help from a customer. So I guess if u need help ask a customer and let the staff stand around and talk

I bought shoes online had to 7-25-20 (today) to pick up at 7pm went in to get them and the manager on duty said they sold them I need the area coach to to contact me ASAP this is unacceptable

Prices are high but shoes are cool.

Terrible customer service! This one and Finish Line I swear! Cant put down there phones long enough to see if customers need help. Left and went home to order online from Nike instead.

Horrible experience...The sales person acted like I was a nuisance for interupting his conversation with who was clearly his buddy about his current girlfreind.The service was terrible and I went to back.

Didnt have my son size in six different pairs of sneakers that he chose disappointing.
