Was able to get in and out with the balloons I needed, but they kept popping before I even left the parking lot. I went back once, but didnt have time to keep going in after that.

Walked in, told the girl behind the counter what I needed, and she said follow me. Took me to the back pulled out a letter climbed all the way to the top and found my little princess a whole bunch of tiaras for her little party. Party city, was a fun store to visit! They have all kinds of items there! I love how they have color coordinating supplies so everything can match. They have a wide variety of little kid toys for party favors. The lady working was very nice!

Amazing service and help; we needed some items for something special going on at work; to draw attention to some of our other merchandise we sell; the lady that helped me took the time to explain to me the rewards program and how it worked for future events coming up, how to save the mylar balloons, so that we can get multiple uses out of them and some other ideas to help with our budget and still have a great display every time we want to focus on certain products or events. Chantel was amazing and thank you so much for all of your help.

Friendly help, large selection, and had exactly what we were looking for for my daughters 3rd birthday party. Set up a pickup time for balloons, which was very convenient. They always have seasonal items that you wont find anywhere else, but expect to pay just a bit more. Its a specialty shop, so paying more should be expected and understandable.

All the associates were very friendly and helped us right away. They also had the Mickey Mouse decor for my sons party that we wanted.. and sooooooo much more for a childs or adults party. All the popular cartoon character themes, hula theme, color theme and all the necessary things for a party..banners, cups, plates, napkins, favors and so much more. Check it out even if you dont need anything. Its fun to just look at all the neat things they offer...not to mention the 10¢ candies. Love that place.

Mildly annoyed that nobody was around to help us while we were costume searching 7 days before Halloween. But at the end of the day the selection and prices were the best and it was the fastest process.

My go to if I am throwing an event with short notice... however even tho the prices arent horrible, online has many cheaper options... the staff is usually really welcoming but you should ALWAYS order balloons in advance.

We have never been to Party City before but went on Tuesday night to get costumes for our kids. We paid $19.99 for what appeared from the packaging to be a black fluffy tutu skirt for our oldest daughter. This morning, yes, it is 6:21am on Halloween, I took it out of its packaging. It is cheaply made to begin with, not fluffy at all, some rayon concoction, and it is torn away from the waistband in three places! This is a material that is really difficult to sew, but I guess I dont have a choice as school starts before I could ever hope to get to Party City to return it.Really, really, disappointed in the quality of the item and in the fact that someone obviously wore it, ruined it, and they accepted it as a return and then put it back out for sale. I could seriously have made a really quality item for less than $19.99 and just didnt feel like I had time. Now I have to make time, I guess, to repair a junky, damaged item.We will never use Party City again.

I bought a big ballon and three small latex it was over $20 at 8pm. Woke up the next day and the ballons were on the ground. I called to see if they would maybe fix it they told me i should have bought gel stuff for it that was never offered to me at purchase. They said and i quote we dont gureentee our ballons without it. So they will not do anything for me and told me if i bought it to bring my reciept in and prove it. If party city is the best and cost so much for premium ballons why dont they last without it or why not add it to all of them and raise the price a dollar or two. My son asked for a big red ballon and got the worst ballon ever. Happy 4th birthday your really expensive ballons dont even float it was huge when i bought it 12 hours ago. Better off at dollar tree at least its a dollar and last longer than that.
