We called and made an appointment to see one of their cars. When we showed up at the scheduled time the car was covered in snow and i had to take my own brush to clean it off. The car had a broken windshield and the engine light was on. He told me to take it across the street and have it checked out. we showed up at he time he set and the car should have been ready to look as we had driven for and hour and a half to see it. We left there and drove to Holland and bought a nicer car at a better price. Do not waste your time!

$5,500 For a truck that the frame was rusted completely through. Just knowing they have this unsafe rusted heap on their lot And wanting to sell it to someone was all I needed to see. Price of this truck was laughable,However the condition of the frame was not.

I have bought 2 vehicles from here a couple days apart. The truck I bought Keith said it was the belt noise coming from under the hood. I beleived him come to find out over 10,000 dollars later was a lifter going bad. Bought my truck back in May and only been able to drive it about 2 to 3 weeks. Other then that its been in and out the shop. Where it sits now. He said the first time he got the truck in the shop he would replace the blower and other things. Got my truck back 2 weeks later no new blower in it. I finally reached out to my lawyer 2 days ago with 3 mechanics backing me up we are taking this issue to court. My daughter bought her car from here and the motor went bad and Keith blamed it on the oil change lube. I have other vehicles I bought from betten and never once in 3 years have had any issues with neither one of them. I would highly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM TRADEWIND MOTORS THEY ALSO OWN SHORELINE ON HENRY TO.

Bought used car I know things would need fixed you know (breaks, plugs, typical stuff). I put 1700miles on it to have rod bearing go out. Warranty they push wont fix until I pay 2000 to tare motor down to give physical proof of failed part. So payed 6000k total to drive for 45days. Then junk yard. Better off buying for Joe nobody on the corner. The mechanic should have his certificate pulled. With all the little things that are not done right. Thanks for nothing. I get told sell it and refund warranty money was their response. Thats the kind of dealer this is. I had a second opinion on on the leak watch was a valve cover gasket not the reason for a failed bearing. Then tried to cancel warranty they push and dealer ignored me and the warranty company to sign cancellation form. Scammers oil leak was not in May at oil change it was two weeks later when I got and oil pressure fault.

Very grateful for the way they handled my trans-action. Set up financing and offered many options.Thank you Trade wind!!
