I paid $1,300 to have my Cadillac converter fixed and my exhaust manifold fixed one month later I had to return for the same thing But instead this time they told me I needed a tune up so I paid another 200 for the tune up and 2 days later my light was back on for my convertor i simplyask for a refund which was denied so could take it somewhere else to get the job done right And one of the guys comes from out of the shop and says how many times do you go to the doctors until they find something wrong Which in my opinion was rude and unprofessional Especially considering I had just left from an appointment where I just found out I had a brain aneurysm. By far the worst experience Ive ever had inshop to be honest anywhere with any person

Had a muffler and some piping replaced on my 2000 4runner for a very good price. They were extremely busy but they got me in Monday morning and I had the truck back by Tuesday mid-day. Overall very pleased.

Ive been here 4 times now and each time theyve fixed my vehicle, with no further issues. They also have had the best prices I could find in town.

I picked my car up June 10, 2021 to find my car ransacked I spoke with someone 30 minutes prior to me picking up my car I was told it was ready as soon as I went to get my car I opened the door to find all my belongings all over my car they went through my glove compartment pulled out insurance information broke my steering wheel cover stole money out of my car and took all my change on top of this they didn’t even fix the problem my car had which was the throttle body I paid for a service I didn’t get I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take their car here horrible establishment and muffler man can’t say none of this happened I have pictures and recorded conversation with them about the incident stay far away

Had a complex aftermarket exhaust system that needed to be fit to my car and they did an amazing job fitting it, and it sounds amazing. Would highly recommend!

They do an excellent job never have any issues theyre very competitive and very friendly I do all my own car work but if I dont have the time I will take it there I drop it off leave my keys and I usually get a phone call Within Heyday letting me know whats wrong or if its reasonable its usually already fixed I would highly recommend Muffler Man to anybody I know

3 years ago I had muffler man put straight pipes on my 2011 ram 1500, today, Ive had to patch my exhaust numerous times because the pipe they use is garbage!! An exhaust should not rust out in 3 years!! My stainless tips they put on ARE NOT stainless, very disappointing that they took my money and used garbage to do the job!!

They done a decent job but does try to sale parts you dont need,i pulled my car out of a field a year ago got it running and been doing all the work on it myself but when my flex pipes in the exhaust rusted out I had them do them and they tried selling me cat converters like I dont know my car and the symptoms of bad converters.

We went here on a whim after hitting a pot hole and cracking the exhaust. They saw us right away, got to work on it instantly and finished the repair in less than 30 minutes!!

08/10/2016I bought a used truck that needed the brakes bled. I called down there to ask if they would do it, they said yes. I had my buddy go down there as I was working and was going to have them bled. The mechanic that came out was incredibly rude, said rotors and pads were junk and he wasnt touching it, turned his back and walked back in. I called the the guy who I talked to earlier, (Bob), and told him what happened and that I too had employees. If one of them talked to a customer, or a potential repeat customer, like this one did, he/she would be out the door. He said, thanks for letting me know, then, hung up. I cant believe that a small business owner, who had the potential to capture a new customer, would allow the employees to talk to people that way. I will never recommend this brake place, I will make sure that I post on social media and by word of mouth that this small business thinks its customers, and/or potential customers, are theirs to abuse. With so many other places to go, this wont be a hardship on me, just the Small Business Owner that is trying to capture market share. Congratulations on being what people fear most from an automotive place. Completely and totally unprofessional.

Great service. I was able to get in and out quickly getting exhaust work done. Only thing I disliked was the mechanic smoking while leaning into my vehicle after work was complete.

This shop is only certified in brakes. Check your shops certifications before you get work done.
