This place has always been good and does good jobs. Always been fair and competitive and they honor there warrantys.

The team at my local Midas is wonderful. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. They are willing to take the time to answer any questions that I have (and there are usually a lot). They also provide service that is second to NONE at an affordable price. I have been taken advantage of by other less reputable service shops in the past. I know that I never have to fear that from these PROFESSIONALS! I will take my vehicles to no other place. If you (the workers there) ever read this Thank You for all you do. Not just for myself but for all of the people that stop in!

I called about getting tires changed got told they dont do stock rims on a bmw because it cost them 600 when an employee messed up a rim on 1.I advise going else where never been turned down by any tire place but this 1.

They do a decent job. But to expensive. And some employees are kind of sketchy.

Always trustworthy. Have to book in advance due to lack of good mechanic in the area but Worth It. Oil changes are the cheapest for full synthetic vs instant express oil change but you have to book It in advance and takes longer. So depends on your schedule

Had exhaust work. Quieter, but still noisy. Had oil change but they did not top out coolant. Made appointment, but it took them more than 2 hours to get vehicle in the garage. Shocksand struts work is satisfactory.

I got my car fixed in April. Spent almost $1500 to get everything fixed & they fixed all the small things didn’t even mention the big important parts like my drive shaft. The winter is here & my brakes are still going to the ground & they’re saying that the person who installed my brakes could’ve did it wrong or it couldve just been a “bad part”. Now I have to pay to get redid when it wasnt my fault whatsoever. I truly think that they be trying to get over on females because I k ow at least 4 other females who have had this problem as well.

Timely service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Car needed a new battery. They identified the issue, fixed it and didnt try to upsell anything else.

The team here was great. They were back to back with appointments when I rolled up with a flashing engine light and still managed to fit me in. Midas has been a place where I go when I need service done and I feel very Pleasant and happy when I entered the doors and I see Brian the manager who I appreciate the way he treats his customers he has been there since I have been going and its been a while I usually buy a new car and then I go to the dealer and after I pay for my car then I go back to Brian a breath of fresh air after I have dealt with the other car places and attitudes thank you Brian for being who you are and I appreciate you very very much

2012 Chevrolet Sonic 1.8L, no heat 0 degrees F... Fixed for under $100 in under 2 hours. Minor come-back for a loose connection - oops. Brian knows how to fix things and DID NOT try to sell me parts my car did not need. Used them before with good results and fair prices.

Had appt.@ 930a ...didnt get the car in the back til noon. Was quoted $220 for having brake pads redone now its costing me $420 for pads n rotor to be replaced let alone another 2-3 extra hrs so $200 extra dollars spent and 6-7 hrs later....yea if I could give no stars I would.

Very knowledgeable and fast technicians. Brian was great on working with me on a very expensive repair recently so I could afford it (easier). I have taken my vehicles here over the years and Ive always been satisfied with the service. (And with getting my car back the same day!)

Brian and the guys did a wonderfull job putting a ball joint and alignment on my mini van...it was done in a reasonable amount of time..and not too expensive.. it drives and handles like a new van..I strongly recommend norton midas .

Good experience. I went in with what I thought was a need for front brake pads and possibly rotors (due to the awful sound it was making). I was served very quickly, and the technician told me that I didnt need service, explained the noise (took me to the vehicle on the hoist and demonstrated), and, at my request, rotated my tires without extra charge. They charged me $25, which think was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys for brake (or other) service any time. Very honest.

They are great, but 1 star take away because as a Customer Base business. They are NOT open on the weekend which is hard for the working folks.

Thought I had a brake problem, it was wheel bearings/abs sensor. They got it right in and fixed it before they estimated it to be done.

Misdiagnosis my car and would not own up to. Took car back for same problem the claim it was AVS a pump this instead of Mater sealanoid. Which is what they replaced the last time. Charged me again

Great mechanics and good customer-service

I had one tie rods and stabilizer link fixed on drivers side of my 2010 Ford Flex paid $426 for the work. I called Ford Service who quoted me $535 for both sides and alignment Midas parts were over priced over 60% from the store they get them from NAPA thought I would give a local business my money wont happen again. I could have done the job myself for less than a $100.00 but knowing business need work I went ahead and let them do it. Shop around before you go to Midas in Muskegon.

I went for a transmission flush. After I had it done had a leak. Brought it back. Said they fixed it. Cost me over $200 to be fixed. Think I should be reimbursed for at leasthalf I spent. Very unhappy with the service.
