Honestly the best experience of any auto shop that I have ever been to. The owner Frank was very friendly and you could just tell that he is an honest man just wanting to help you. We were talking about my unfortunate flat tire that I got on my way back from Chicago and you could tell he was engaged with the conversation and felt bad. Frank and his team took great care of me today and I am very grateful for their service. Im happy to finally have found an auto shop that I truly can trust. Thanks again guys at downtown tire!

The guy who owns this company is a cocky and very rude man. I would strongly recommend that you do not do business here. If there is a problem he becomes unreasonable. He will not even listen to your concern. If you need to go there I wish you good luck and hope for your sake that hes in a good mood that day.
