I have never experienced such fast service. Before my coffee even cooled to drink, my car was complete and ready to go. AMAZING!!!

Jordan was ready for me when I arrived and was very helpful. Alexander stepped in when I didn’t like the vehicles I had been researching and was able to steer me towards another I had been overlooking. I’ve already driven 1500 miles in the first week and am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I was not looking at Nissans when I entered the dealership, actually I had two other vehicles picked out online that I wanted to see. Unfortunately, neither of them were on the lot. Shadrick suggested taking the Versa for a test drive and Im so glad he did. I have never owned a Nissan but since purchasing this one have heard good things about them. This vehicle is smaller than what I was looking for but after the test drive I felt I could overcome the size and learn to love it. I was impressed with the way it handled on the road, how quiet it was. It seems like a sturdy vehicle that will not start falling apart right away. Shadrick answered my questions and was very patient and friendly. He is definitely an asset to your team.

Terrible experience. Accompanied my daughter as she bought her first car. She was over charged for a Nissan Rouge with a bad transmission. Brought it back the next day and because of transmission issues and they said they could not find a thing wrong. My daughter didnt want the car, but they assured her it was okay and they would help her if it acted up again. Now a few months later the transmission needs to be replaced. They want 5,000 to replace and wont talk to us about that help. I will never buy a car here or recommend it again. So sad I told her she should go here.

I brought my car in for a recall repair. I was told when i scheduled the appointment that it would be about an hour. Upon arrival to my appointment I was told 3 hours. I didnt get my car back for 6 hours. The paper work detailing the work done to my car stated the job took 0.3 hours. What a joke this place is.

The overall experience was O.K. However, they cannot get my air filter cover back on!!!

Had an appt. for tire rotation/balance and oil change. All went fine--needed a new filter. The only thing that would have been nice would have been to have the car washed upon return. Otherwise, its a great atmosphere to wait while work is being done. Friendly staff!

Brought our truck in for warranty work. Diesel mechanic off training so took a week! Did not offer us a loner until I called and complained.

I stopped in without an appt. around 6:45pm and asked for someone to look at my back side panel. A service guy came right out, said he had a solution, fixed it right away, and I was able to get my oil changed—all within 30-40 min. I was leaving the next day for a long trip to the UP. I was very grateful. Thank you!

I was told by the young man that took my payment that this SHOULD take care of the malfunction light.....I HOPE it does! Also.... got to my car and there was a scratch on a rear door that wasnt there when I dropped it off....the detail guy DID take care of it! The staff is always friendly and it was an easy process.

My 2013 Nissan Altima with 105000 miles needed a new transmission. I called Nissan and was told by the rep I spoke with that they couldnt do anything to help me as I was out of warranty. The service department at My Auto Imports of Muskegon was able to negotiate and reduce my cost by 1/2. I am very grateful. It meant a lot to me during this stressful time of pandemic.

Everything I requested was done, plus they did other inspections as usual and found a couple of things, took care of what they could on the spot and ordered parts for the other. Their diligence keeps me safely on the road and on my travels!

Rob worked hard to get me to the price range I was comfortable with, and did a great job explaining the new features with my new 2018 Nissan Rouge. Very friendly staff (except the woman initially on the phone when I called- she sounded impatient and a little condescending.) The guys in the service department were great- friendly, happy, answered my questions. The only negative thing was that I was told Id get an email about my service that day with details, which I never recieved, but I have the receipt so not a big deal.

Shadric our salesman knew I was looking for a specific style truck but Im the kind of guy that will wait for a deal. As soon as the price drop happened Shadric reached out to me with the deal of the year (for me anyway). Im very happy he did. I love my new truck.

G was in the VA hosphtal for 2 months in Battle Creek Mi where they lost all of my keys. G took me a week to get a ride to the Nissan dealer in Muskegon. They made me a replacement key in a matter of minutes and then came out to our vehicle and handed me a spare jt no extra charge. Very excellant service. Thanks so much guys**

I visited for service and it was way better than expected

$85 for an oil change and tire rotation is very expensive. Same vehicle at another Nissan dealership was $45 for the same service. I specifically asked for the semi synthetic oil and I was told after it was done that all they use is full synthetic. My receipt even shows to use semi synthetic. The pros are the waiting area is really nice and has free drinks and snacks. Also pet friendly. Overall nice place and friendly people but super expensive service.

They were quicker than I expected. I had been unaware of the need for transmission service at 30,000 miles until I received oil change and lube service. Kris informed me so I could get it scheduled. Very accommodating. Thx.

I havent specifically dealt with the Nissan staff, but the folks at My Import are a warm, friendly group of sales and service professionals. Vehicle maintenance is expensive, regardless of where you have it performed, but I have come to have confidence in the service department at My Import to give me accurate, reliable, and thorough service and recommendations. In my observation, the service team provides reliable advice on necessary and optional maintenance. They dont just hand you a list of $2,000 in service and say you need all of these done. They take time to explain the options to customers, and sort out whether suggested items affect safety, reliability, or preservation for long vehicle life. They are very considerate of helping people plan out maintenance in the most affordable way.

(Last winter I slipped and broke/crushed 2 vertebrae/discs & 3 ribs.) I shopped around for a vehicle in which I could slip into and not squat/sit down into the seats. Stopped into Nissan of Muskegon, explained to Shadrick and he suggested the Rogue. We, (wife & I) took it for several test drives, there and at a couple of other dealers. We went back to Muskegon, because we liked Shadricks personality and that he/dealer was willing to work with us, cost wise. They met our expectations and got our business.

I took my Murano in at 12:30 and they were very busy. I left my car only to receive a call that they had the part I needed and they could have my car ready by 6:00. Very appreciative and will not allow anyone else but a Nissan dealer to work on my car.

Took more than 30 minutes as advertised. Also, I had an appointment and prioritized cars that were there before me without an appointment.

I had warranty work to be done and it was done quickly and professionally. They made sure everything was ready for the loaner car first thing in the morning and informed me as soon as the work was finished.
