Get what you pay for. If you own a Cadillac and going to AutoZone, Advance, and OReilly parts for parts you shouldnt own a Cadillac.

Ed at advance is the man. I had a alternator that went bad 3 hours from home. Every auto parts store said sorry about your luck the numbers dont match our system. Not Ed he actually went in the back opened boxes found us a match. Thanks a bunch!!!

Received a bad part at the Henry Street location. drove to the Apple location to swap it since Henry didnt have an additional part. The part I got from Apple was also defective and had to be modified to work properly on the vehicle. Their initial response was you can drive to Whitehall or Fremont they have one... After Id already been to two of their stores.. after using a triangle file and some patients, I was able to get my brand new part to fit correctly.

Advance Auto Parts is my go to parts store for sure. They have more knowledgeable employees than Autozone or OReilly. All of their prices are nearly the same and their inventories are just about identical. So, if you dont go to Advance Auto Parts, you need to make sure you find someone that knows vehicles or at least knows how to use the computers very well.

Im so pissed to find out how bad I was ripped off at this store and Apple ave store as well I have a 04 trail blazer had to replace cylinder #1 ignition coil due to misfire on cyclider #1 And was told the part was 70 dollars the cheapest one and a 20 dollar core charge so I bought it thinking the prices are close to the same at other auto stores so I fixed the issue now #3 Is misfiring a few months later went online found the same part for 18 dollars free shipping omg Im so pissed off and to top it off I could buy a pack of 6 for a my cylinders for 65 dollars Im in shock they up charged me so much I mean yes I got it same day but I could see 30 bucks etc but wow 70 and a core fee Im just so sick over this I will never go back to advance auto I spend 100s of dollars hear for all are car truck bike needs and they wont do this to me again thank you advance auto u guys are amazing lmao !!!
