I didnt get service here I just called and asked for information the service clerk was very nice and helpful unfortunately they do not have access to glass for older cars so I was unable to utilize their services.

1: Why are they charging me $125 to replace my window when Ive already bought the window? My window is a manual roll down window, the service should NOT be that much!!! 2: Why wont they let me come over there to repair it? It would be much more convenient to me if theyd just have a set location where I could take my car. 3: Why have they decided that theyre not responsible for the glass breaking if THEY ARE THE ONES TOUCHING IT AND PUTTING IT IN MY CAR??? Yes you ARE responsible if you dont got someone who knows what he/shes doing when they are touching my car!

Set up appointment 3 weeks in advance to have windshield replaced in my truckDrove in white out conditions for work to be done and the guy tells me he cant do it out side need to go to grand RapidsCall there to make sure they can do it if i make the drive the guy there tells me they do them out side all the time but they cant get me in there booked upWith fuel over 3 dollars a gallon and putting my safety and livelihood in danger for whatIn my opinion they are not very professionalSomeone is not telling me the truthIf someone in charge here reads this i wish they would at least try to make it right
