My husband always handled all the needs of the cars we have had, but he died recently. I had to bumble around at the Witt Buick dealership, for the first time. The employees were kind and compassionate and took the time to assist me through the process very kindly. Of course, the work that needed to be done was accomplished quickly and professionally, as usual. It was their attitude that made the time bearable. Bless them!

I was surprised by how much the oil change had gone up in price, but I still feel the dealership is the best place to have his done. Also had concerns about my brakes and Archer checked them out and indicated they were fine.

Bring your vehicle elsewhere for service. Took a week to fix vehicle, charged $800. 3 days later vehicle was brought back for some of the same symptoms that were supposedly fixed. After another week, I was told they could not find anything wrong. Upon picking up the car, I was charged $100 diagnostic fee despite the fact that they were unable to find the issue.Edit. Less than 24 hours later, customer has returned with same issues. No communication, intermittent no start, erratic gauge opperation.

Communication, communication, communication, in this area your dealership failed miserably through this whole process of repairing my vehicle and it wasn’t till I called and complained that you finally started to let me know what was going on. If your dealership is striving to be the best then you need to concentrate on all points of customer service. Leaving the customer in the dark is not one of them.

Tom helped me out a as a person whoknows some things about a car. Thecharges are expensive but my repairswere completed and if I had any problemswith repair I would returned to get itdone correctly. Plus, any suggestionswere given any other choices forme to decide. I know this is typicalfor any service dept. It just madeit simpler for myself.

I always get treated pleasantly every time I have my oil change at Witt Buick place people like Archie,Tom and many others always very nice and kind i surely appreciate them all. Witt performed a thoruogh pre-purchase inspection as well as checking one more item while I was picking up vehicle. Found one item that should be addressed and I was able to notify the seller who took care of the issue as part of the deal.

Went on for an oil change. The stage was very friendly. I did have an appointment, so i fit in pretty fast even with me being early. They even washed my car. I highly recommend this place

The service department is top notch! Dont expect a fancy waiting room like My Auto Imports, but you will get good service, a fair price and nice people to deal with. Witt was able to make a repair at a good price that another shop was unable to do and it kept my car on the road. They also have been honest to deal with and helpful in finding parts. I have had other family members who have also used Witt and have been satisfied. Tim in service department is a great guy. They seem to care about their customers. Thanks Witt.

The repair service at this dealership is top quality. I have had engine work and body work done here and have always been treated very well. I recently purchased new tires for my car. The service team that helped me were amazing. From the very first time I set foot in the door, to listening to my likes and dislikes of my current tires, to helping me navigate my options and finding the most economical choice for me. I was impressed that within a couple days I was getting the tires mounted on my car and I was updated on the status on two different occasions. Service and Communication go hand in hand and I was pleased with both at Witt Buick. I would highly recommend going here for service or if you are in the market for a car. I wouldnt hesitate to buy a new car here when Im ready!

I have never before had a problem with Witt Buick, but last month I had two wheel bearings replaced on my front tires and they told me I needed a brake job urgently. I just had my brakes checked last week and was told they looked brand new and even given the specs for them. Not only that, but now I have to scrap my car because the piece of metal holding my tensioner to my engine block snapped clean off. I don’t know how they could have missed that kind of damage at a professional mechanic but needless to say I very disappointed and will not be taking my new car to them.

I would have given zero stars if it was an option. The Service Manager Tom is a unstable individual. While going back and forth between parent company GM and local dealership Witt Buick this Manager refused a bumper to bumper warranty fix (the transmission) because he didnt want to deal with obtaining a loaner vehicle like Parent company was directing him to do. He got so irritated when the Customer (me) asked everyone to get on the same page and why the Parent company GM was saying something different than him. It was at this point he told me to forget it and he was refusing service, you need to get your car out of here by 5 p.m. or I am going to report it stolen That was a funny denial of service and an odd thing to say when the car was in his possession. This place might be fine for everyday oil changes and tires but think twice before getting the Parent company GM involved they do not like that at all. The second complaint he wanted us to drive the car off the lot after being diagnosed, the Parent company was furious the car was diagnosed first than told to be driven off the lot. You might ask why? It voids the warranty they explained. Needless to say they arranged a tow truck to bring the car to Preferred Chevrolet Grand Haven. Upon arrival there an instant loaner vehicle was offered as well as a shuttle if needed. What a difference in customer service.

Stopped Saturday morning to inquire about new model, Buick Regal Sportback..felt salesman, who was courteous enough, was disinterested. Requested a sales brochure, he was uncertain if they had them, and failed to offer me one. They have good overall service reputation, but I dont thinkI would return to shop there..plenty of competition nearby...

Came in for an oil change, after about 45 minutes I was told that my car was finished. The counter person told me about the tire wear and alignment, told me that both were ok at this point, but were getting to the point that an alignment would be in the near future, I was also told the cost of this. My car was washed when returned. Overall the cost was good compared to other places and the staff was able to answer all my questions.

We were quickly greeted when we entered the service area. The service person verified what we wanted done. He gave an estimate for how long the repair would take. He offered us a ride if we wanted one. The waiting room was comfortable. There were coffee, tea, orange juice and donut holes available. The repair was completed during the time estimated. They washed our car. The service was friendly, fast and professional when he did the checkout.

These people are great. They fix things right the first time. They shuttle customers who need rides. We have always been very happy with the quality of work we get.

I needed a key fob for my Chev HHR. They had one in stock and installed it for free also gave me a military discount. The cost was still a little high but now days it was only about 40 buck more than a parts store and the store wouldnt install it.

Im glad to fill this out because I love going to Witt for service, but I have an issue Im not sure how I feel about. The brake light on my car has been coming on since last summer. It didnt stay on, but was on the majority of the time. Ive had it in to Witt for a couple of oil changes, but the problem was not resolved or even noticed. Last Friday, I discovered that the brake fluid was EMPTY. I had just had an oil change that day, so Im a little unsure of why that was missed. However, considering the problem, the brake fluid might have been refilled when it was there. The service that was recently done corrected this problem after I discovered the fluid was empty again after I had just refilled it the previous day.I always come to Witt because I like the service. Im trying not to let this cloud my opinion of the service I receive, and I feel better now that Ive had a chance to express my reservations.

Had a appointment to check out my car battery charge showing low voltage. Battery checked out ok. Just needed to avoid short trips to aloud battery to properly be changed up.Received a 27 point inspection and a car wash all at no charge. They earned my future car service needs.

We have been bringing our car and van to Witt service for several years. The service reps have always been up front and honest with my options. They always give at least 2 to 3 options of repair and cost. I have never been surprised or disappointed.

Im looking at used cars and had to stop by after work. The sales agreed to stay after closing time to.show me the car. He was nice and helpful and would stay late again if thats what I needed to fit my work schedule.

We have been driving Hondas for the last 20 years. Our last one was a 2 door and it was a beautiful car, but it was hard to get in and out of. It was also hard to get things out of the back seat. There was a lot of road noise. We were looking for something that had 4 doors, sat up higher on the road like an SUV, got good gas mileage, had little road noise, had heated and adjustable seats for both passengers, and had a comfortable ride. I had driven a Honda CRV before and was not impressed on the comfort side. My sister has a Buick Enclave that I got to drive once and thought it had a wonderful ride. So we decided to drive the Encore. We were very impressed from the first drive. The same night we also drove the Ford Escape that was also very nice but did not have the ride that the Encore had. I have read reviews about the Encore being under powered. After driving it, I know that is not a problem for us. It seems to have adequate power for everything that we want to do. It is like movie reviews, you cant always believe them.The sales staff is not pushy and very friendly. I will have no problem working with them in the future.

This was my first experience having my car repaired at Witt Buick. They were very professional, friendly and wrote everything down as I explained the problem. Since my car was over 100,000 miles they suggested some maintenance needed to be done and I agreed without feeling pressured.They called me before doing anything and the repairs were completed the same day. They also surprised me by hand washing my car--complementary!!

Making the appointment (online) was simple and easy. Staff dropped me off and picked me up across town after the service was done, in a timely fashion. Bill was less than the quote (yay) and the product appears to be as ordered. Overall; the service Ive come to expect from Witt Buick.

So glad Witt found my problem...especially grateful they had a loaner for me since my schedule was a difficult one that day. The part wasnt available...but it came promptly the next day and I was able to keep the loaner overbite. The service was GREAT...friendly and prompt. The only gripe I have is that their prices are alittle higher than others...but cant get into others as quickly. Witt got me in based upon MY schefule and needs. I appreciate that. And I found a 10% off coupon that made the expensive work comparable to a competitor. Thank you.

I brought my 2012 Equinox to them after I was told by a different shop I had a cracked exhaust manifold. Witt Buick can perform warranty work on all GM, so I took it to them. Once they found my cracked exhaust manifold, they also found that I was leaking oil after the dip stick showed no signs of oil (lesson learned to check my oil more often). After essentially rebuilding my engine all on GMs time and money, I got my car 2 days ahead of schedule.For whatever reason my check engine light was still on after I picked it up, so I called them back two days later about it, and Jason walked to my work (about 2 blocks away) to get the keys and take it back to the shop. After about 30 minutes, he brought it back with another sensor they replaced, yet again on GMs time and money. Ill be going back to this shop for the rest of my repairs and oil changes, top quality service.
