Vision center can fix your glasses only if you have and bring the new parts to replace.You would think Walmart would stock nose pieces and temples in their vision center.They only have new glasses they stock no simple parts like I mentioned at the Muscle Shoals supercenter.I had my own new temples and the nice lady did put them on free of charge in 5 minutes.

Muscle shoals Walmart is so stocked well and has so much more than Russellville Walmart does it was so unreal and unbelievable when we walked in to just get a couple of things while we was up there it blew our minds completely how much more stuff and how much more they were stockedand the stuff that they carried that are Walmart doesnt I give them a 10 starMary and Ronn👍😁

If I have to use self check out then its ridiculous for the price increases. Also most of the time you cant use cash at self check out. Always long lines for a register with cashier

Went for 2nd vaccine for husband. Everything went well. Appointment was within 10-15 min. Wal Mart is a Favorite store.Wal Mart in Muscle Shoals had stocked product, helpful, knowledgeable personnel and clean store.😃👏🏾❣

Since all this stuff going on in the last year I can say I have never seen it cleaner. Its the Muscle Shoals store. It has so many empty shelves and the variety is no where near surrounding Walmart. I usually say everytime I leave there I wont go back. This time I mean it

I was very surprised when we went here. I was expecting the way it used to be in there and that was people running crazy, nothing ever being in stock, etc. My son is a pokemon fanatic and we had already been to the Florence Wal-Mart to get him some cards, and they were all sold out. We went to Muscle Shoals and they only had a few packs of Pokemon cards left (which we did get), but I was very surprised that the entire store was very clean, very well stocked, and even the employees seemed to be nicer and had a little more knowledge about things. ☺️

Every time I go to Wally world I feel like Im a kid again the place is so busy you see people that you havent seen in a while meet people that are great while the world is a great place to shop like its also love Wally world thank you Wally world for being part of our community providing us with the best of everything

Most of the time its a friendly and decent place to shop. Prices are good compared to other grocery stores and its a 1 stop shop. The only thing I dont like sometimes is trying not to spend all my money there because they do have most everything one would need in one place! And sometimes the employees can be rude and not helpful at all, but theres always a couple bad apples in the bunch.... Thanks

This location is okay..they’re always low on stock on some items or completely out. They do always have good clearance items stocked good. Some of the products that I buy at other walmart locations are never in stock in this location.

I always have loved Walmart. They have an excellent candy selection.

I go for the low prices and being able to get most everything at one stop. Im not as big a fan as I once was due to stocking selves during the busy times of the day. You cant hardly get through the aisles for skids of products on the floor. Its time to go back to twenty four hours so they can stock overnight.

This is my go to Walmart employee staff is very helpful and they always have plenty of registers open other than the self-checkout

Everytime I go in Wal-Mart here lately it seems that they dont have just about everything on my list. I understand that the pandemic has put them behind, but they have had plenty of time to catch up. Other than that I choose to shop at Wal-Mart than other places any day.

Theyre Always out of everything when i go there food shopping. How you going to run out of french fries for 2 weeks straight? I mean completely out not french fry in the section. WalMart is what it is unlike what it once was back 25-40 years ago saying that my love was Woolworth Woolco( 1964-1994 and BigK( not Kmart) . First BigK was in Town Plaza shopping center( FoodLand plus now ) like all good things was purchased my WalMart. Woolco was the main store in SouthGate Mall and this was a great time to be a kid growing up. I remember as a child with my parents shopping there especially around Christmas. Most things from cloths to appliances were American made/Times were special and people had a special feeling about themselves. Once again here comes Walmart and takes out Woolco and years later they built this massive building causing a flourishing mall to go under. I am still upset with the city for not forcing them to purchase the mall and tear it down. Then build their mom and pop killer on the ashes of SouthGate Mall. Like most people in small towns like ours we have no other options than WalMart for a lot of thing because we can not drive 200 mile round trips to get certain things. This day I was in this store and I was looking for something in Jewelry. I found a lady stocking and asked my questions . She did not answer my question so I turned and found another product locked in the display case. I said okay I would like to get this then but this woman was gone, just disappeared. So I just said forget it and came home and ordered it from E-bay. Since the induction of the no more employee design and self check-out. Self service has took on a new meaning but one day and I pray soon. Someone will build a new department store that has people working the floor at all times. A employee that will be there to help you find what you need. WalMart has passed its peak and now loosing the arrogance to the pundits sitting in a office somewhere without a clue. Muscle Shoals, Russellville, and Florence WalMarts go back to Arkansas . Thank You if you took time reading this and remember this is just my opinion.

The Walmart in Muscle shoals had pants that were stylish for school also shirts. Couldnt find anything like that at the Haleyville Walmart. S. o we bought school clothes there. Employees were curious and as helpful as they could be. Will be going back there next year if I cant find anything at the Haleyville Walmart.

Fully stocked. Lanes open. Unheard of. A Unicorn of a store if you will.

Lots of empty or almost empty shelves. There need to be employees who keep the items on the shelves neat. The pharmacy gave us fast, excellent service, as always. We like the self-checkout with the long belt.

Placed an order to pick up between 6-7pm. Was sent a message that order was ready. Waited an hour….asked about order and it had not even been pulled from the shelves. Very annoying. Was told I could pick it up tomorrow. Really? If I had wanted it tomorrow, I would have scheduled it for tomorrow. Walmart needs to either train their employees or hire enough people to get the job done in a timely manner. Foodland, Aldi, and Publix are looking very attractive.

Of the 60 or so registers, there were 4 that had associates running them. This led to the self check out having lines on both ends of the store. Its this way at all times.

Customer service took forever one cashier and a long line others workers standing around.

Great solution of everything youll need for your home and outside of it. Needs more self checkout registers especially during holidays. Friendly staff always helps me find the item instead of telling me about where it is.

Staff has always been nice to my family. The new layout of the store can be slightly confusing and kinda crowed feeling but all in all its good.

Walmart Pickup & DeliveryStarted out great. Always on time and received what I ordered.BUT over the last 2 months I have had 2 orders that were hours late. The second one I ended up canceling bc it was after 9pm (scheduled delivery was 4-5 pm), … they still had no driver. Whats more irritating is I had to hunt down another number and call to find out what was going on. Youd think they would have contacted their customers once they realized it was going to be late. I tried again a few days later … I was charged for $28 worth of items that was not delivered with my groceries. No answer this time, so I left a complaint message but no one returned my call. This is the second time this happened. Another time I didnt get my milk, was told I could come pick a gallon up (they kind of missed the point of delivery which I paid for!). worst part about THIS Walmart is THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I have called multiple times for hours and no one answers, and this is the number advertised online. I guess this line rings in a small room no one occupies!

This is a good store. Sometimes the aisles are a little crowded with stock. But you cant buy it if its not stocked

I love Wal-mart, I love the fact that I can get basically everything in one place. I especially love the pick up. However. Since theyve started the pick up, there at workers throughout the store. IN EVERY AISLE. with the huge carts to gather peoples orders. You have to maneuver past them, as they usually wont move for you. And Ive noticed lately no matter who it is working the pickups, they are extremely rude! My only complaint!

Was there working delivering for point pick up. They really have to step it up and do better for the delivery drivers and pickup customers. It took over 30 mins to pick up the order and the lady next to us had been waiting to pick up her personal order for 45 mins.

Should be renamed as devil-mart the only good deal they have is the milk. Everything else is at ridiculous pricing. I had4-4oz bags off pill pockets for my dog. Now think about how big a 4oz bag is. Not very big at all maybe 10-12 pcs. in it. The price read$1.01per bag. When I rang it up at the check out it come up almost $8.00 per bag. O asked the young woman about it well she double checked it come back and said that it was the right price. I told her the price and told her I didnt want none of the bags handed them all to her. Needless to say she wasnt happy and was rude about the whole thing. I shop there as least as possible just because of this reason. They have put the smaller chains that had great meat plus great meat sales out of business and whats worse is the people have helped them do this. Used to have dbl coupons plus match other store sale prices now none of that exists now that they put ma and pa out. Wal-Mart is the most outrageous priced unfriendliest store there is. I do my very best not to shop there at all just for these reasons.

Not having lanes open for check out is a hassle. Most times self check out with two baskets of groceries is not something anyone really wants to do. Need to keep more cashiers and let the lanes do their jobs

Some of the worst service I have ever had at a grocery store. The cashier at the self checkout walked past me multiple times to help other people. Then turned around and asked very rudely if I do need help with something or something.

Almost entirely self-checkout now. Only one register is kept open that has an actual Walmart associate working it. Theres also an employee stationed by the self-checkout lanes in case a customer needs assistance. Definitely cuts down on those long lines.

Getting more and more difficult to find what I am shopping for.Seriously could not find one can of any brand chicken noodle soup on the shelf. I feel as if I am no longer appreciated as a customer. The atmosphere feels as if everything is now dedicated to those shoppers who never enter the store and chooseThe Personal Shopper. I Feel Walmart wants to compete with Amazon Prime. It just may send us all back to our local, hometown grocer of whom we should have never left in the first place. I underdressed taking a business to another level. But, the mistake is forgetting who built you into the business you have become.

Everything in one place and they usually have a few checkouts opened along with self checkout for those that prefer.

Black girl in electronics was rude. She was very lazy and didnt want to check us out. We insisted that we would like check out there so she threw a hissy by throwing a cartiage in a Walmart buggy near us in anger. Her name tag was covered by her hair weave.
