Oil filter wasn’t installed correctly. Which has made my 6 year old car start making a ticking noise.

This is the last time I use Walmart for any auto needs. For the past 3 oil changes I have waited over 2 hours. Usually I would understand if I came in the middle of the day but every time I have pulled up as soon as the auto center opens to be first in line and whether I come the beginning, middle or end of the day I always wait close to 2-3 hours for an oil change.

Good pricing, friendly service, good selection. But waiting 2½ hours for an oil change and a battery is just ridiculous

They told me that it would be an hour till they got someone to change One Tire on my car. So I went on with shopping around. I then came back after I was done shopping, it still hasnt even been touched. Ok, so Im thinking if I go check out and come back that it would be in getting changed. Nope still not touched. Idk, I guess Im a impatient person. Alls I know if your going to tell someone that itll take probably an hour. Then it should take probably an hour..

Got us in last minute on a Sunday in and out in about hr. 4 tires mounted balanced for under 330 tax included, friendly staff as well
