I switched to T-mobile after 20 years of us cellular. The team that helped me were very knowledgeable and convinced me to change. Besides being cheaper they covered most of the country. I travel for my job and that was one of the main selling point. I did have some trouble but it turned out to be the phone and not the service. They spent alot of time and worked as a team to solve the problem. I only remember the young mans name, Bryan, because he was the one who was with me the most. Thanks to both team muscatine t-mobile.😁

They said they open at 10am to 7pm on Thursday,But, I waited till 11am on Thursday. They never show up 🤣 September 30.2021

We got 2 top of the line phones with unlimited talk, text, & data! i got full coverage insurance on my phone for 10 bucks! i got a free google one subscription as well as amazon prime! i am already so in love with my device! The manager got us in and out very quickly! Thanks Alyssa and Metro!

Came into the store with my wife, wanting to get a new phone. we had a price range, cause we know cell phones are a big expense days! i got a phone family plan with everything unlimited and 15gigs of hotspot, insurance for both phones. i also got a free amazon account! plus 2 devices all for $230.00! thanks metro crew really enjoyed today!

Beyond impressed with the Manager Alyssa, we switched from US Cellular. she got us two brand new Samsung Phones, with full insurance coverage. we both got great cases and glass screens, with unlimited talk, text, & data. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! she handed us bottles of spring water while we waited. she even made us laugh the whole time we were there!

My wife and i came in to possibly get connected with a new carrier...well lets just say it was the best choice we ever made ! US Cellular was charging 120 bucks a month for practically nothing! we got two brand spanking new phones (Samsungs) for free, with a truly unlimited plan, with 15 gig personal wifi on the phones, full coverage insurance (10 bucks a phone a month). with the full coverage insurance added its only 100 bucks a month but we save 20 bucks and get more for our money. feels good to finally have service in muscatine!
