After receiving sub-par customer service from various companies, it’s refreshing to have a great customer experience with this one! A big shout out to Rachael at PatioShoppers.com for assisting in my purchase of a pool umbrella. Answers to my questions were prompt and complete. When the type of umbrella I wanted did not come in the size needed, Rachael provided a recommendation of another manufacturer that was perfect for my needs. She also provided updates for my order, as it needed to be manufactured specifically for my order due to its color.The umbrella shipped and was delivered as estimated by Rachael. Since our pool was still under construction, we did not open up the package until months later. We noticed the umbrella cover we ordered was never delivered. I emailed Rachael and received a response within 24 hours. She said another cover is on the way!!We love our pool umbrella!! Thank you Rachael and PatioShopper for a great customer experience!!

We ordered about 50 pieces of pool furniture for our community pool. Rachael Stacer handled the customer service and was great. Everything arrived yesterday and it is BEAUTIFUL! Totally exceeded our expectations! And the service by Juan & Sons was the best delivery experience ever. They were friendly and polite, didn’t rush, unwrapped and handled every piece with great care, asked where we wanted it placed and made excellent suggestions when a couple pieces didn’t fit as we’d envisioned. They were fantastic -- super nice guys. I highly recommend PatioShoppers!

Patioshoppers is the place to go for the best outdoor furniture and customer service! I manage a mid-rise in Little Italy (San Diego, CA) and the new cushions and pillows in our pool/spa and lounge areas are a huge hit with my clients and residents! The sling like material looks great and is very easy to clean. So happy!

Customer service doesn’t even qualify. This is a chop shop company that funnels internet traffic. I waited 6 months for an infratech controller only to find out that someone thought it necessary to cancel the order after 4 months without telling me because I also bought Bromic heaters- thought being they aren’t compatible. Thing is that I ordered them on purpose because they are compatible (I have 2 patios set that way with many heaters)- the proprietary Bromic heaters cost 3 x per heater and can’t control multiple units. After all the wait and all the delays- in an environment where everything is hard to get- I don’t even get a sympathetic ear- just a transfer back to a sales person to reorder if I want to go through the whole hassle again- after waiting a half hour to talk to someone who couldn’t have cared less if I paid them to. Experiences like this are just discouraging- this company sucks.

Had a great experience with these guys! I accidentally ordered the wrong color fabric and explained the situation to Amy in customer service department. They had no problem exchanging the product. She had the new one shipped out that day. I am much happier with the replacement.

I needed to order a few umbrellas for my restaurant and due to the covid 19 situation, alot of the staff was working from home. I connected with the owner and what a great visit we had on the phone.Ive been a customer for 14 years and wouldnt go anywhere else

Amazing staff. Extremely helpful! The product was perfect for what i needed Except the color wasn’t exactly what I wanted. So I called up and they did an exchange and made it very easy. I’m a very happy camper!

I bought an umbrella and mis-judged the size I needed. Because I ended up exchanging for a larger, slightly more expensive one, they waived most of the shipping costs on the return of the first one. I now have the correct size for my patio, and an awesome base that rolls. I love the set-up and the color suggested by a customer service, that was based based on my description of my yard and furnishings, looks great. Very happy!

We have bought a few umbrellas throughout the years and have always had a great experience. Products are of great quality and their customer service staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will continue to buy our outdoor products from these guys!

Horrible customer service and doesnt stand by their product-SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Purchased umbrellas that broke within the first month of use. When I contacted the company about a refund all they offered was a credit towards different umbrellas with a discount on the more expensive product. It took weeks to get through the communication process because they arent prompt in returning email and although they said they were sorry I was disappointed they only offered solutions that put additional money in their pocket.

We ordered and received a Patio Heater for our outdoor jamming space. Playing guitar in the cold is not fun. The heater was a better solution than those hand held warmers or buying wood for the pit all the time.

Awful company to work with, I bought two umbrellas that were broken in less than an hour. There was no wind or reason other than poor craftsmanship for this to have broken in the manner they did. The only thing worse is their horrendous customer service! Ive called, sent them emails, offered to ship the umbrellas back, and have gotten nothing. I just want a refund and they are not responding. Do not buy from this place.

Beware - buy at your own risk. Once you indicate you are unhappy with a product and want to return it you have a very difficult time getting a response or getting credit. Still waiting for a response or credit for weeks now.

Please do not order from this place. I have been waiting since June 6, 2017 on a credit for a return. Yes they deduct money for the return and then you have to wait such a long time. Take this into consideration when you are thinking of this place. I would be very skeptical of ordering anything from Patio shoppers in the future. I have called and all I am told is that they will send the request for reimbursement to accounting again. This is so unprofessional. Buyer beware.

I guess I’m kind of partial. But I really love Patioshoppers.
