Everything went great, start to finish. No delays longer than expected. They were up front and fair about everything. Moved into my new home on 5 acres with instant equity and a big big savings.

Big let let down! After 6 months in the works, contractor for Factory added $25,000 more to my already set budget because he said he forgot to add pricing for a water meter and trenching.This all happened right before signing final loan docs. My bank said Factory Housing had their numbers all over the place. I spoke to the owner Jaime, of factory Housing, after all this happened. He apologized and said his sales person had quit over some issues because of this unforeseen mess. I suggested to Jaime we revisit this whole situation...his answer was he no longer had a sales person to help me. So basically, I lost out and was forced to find someone else to work with at an entirely different company. I was left feeling very hurt and frustrated because they basically left me hanging.In my opinion, this out fit needs to get their act together...everyone on their team needs to be all on the same page and face up to their delayed mistakes !L :(
