Top notch customer service. Worked with Dwayne to buy a toy hauler from them. He was excellent, extremely professional and patient throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and didnt apply high pressure sales tactics like some of the big RV dealers do. He came through with everything he said he would. We just went camping this past weekend or should I say glamping and rented the Coachman Leprechaun from C3RV. The pick up process was easy and Dwayne always gives a thorough tour of the RV. It was also very clean and filled with fresh water for our trip. We also rented a year ago from them and was great. One of the best parts was the RV had Directv and we were able to watch Sunday football. Great experience!! I definitely recommend C3RV to anyone. This place is over all awesome! Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, helpful & very pleasant. I got a very relaxed yet professional at home vibe upon first arrival. When the big day came for delivery and set up Jose was our guy! He took care of everything!!! He went over and above making sure we were taken care of and set up properly. He really made sure that everything went smoothly & took care of all our needs and then some! He took a highly stressful event for us and turned it in to a peaceful transition. If I could give higher than 5 stars I most certainly would! Great place!!! Great people!!!

Code 3 RV delivered their Puma XLE trailer for my birthday weekend. The unit was nice and clean. Provided plenty of space for 7 people. I gotta say, I never knew about this place and Im glad I found them! I usually go to another local RV dealership for RV Parts, but decided to try this place out since the other place is moving soon and I wanted a new place that I could trust. I went in specifically for parts and I was greeted with nothing but smiles! They had the parts I needed and come to find out, they even do RV Service. Ill be returning for sure! Awesome company. Let me tell you all how amazing this company is! From the first phone call I made they jumped through big hoops in order to fulfill what my family was needing.We are a family of 5 in San Diego county Our entire kitchen and dining room flooded causing severe damage which ment we were out a kitchen etc for possibly a couple months to come or even longer for flood cleanup and then re constructing. Amber along with wade and the owners went above and beyond getting us a 32 foot trailer on our home site that we could use as a temp kitchen and dining area. In order to accommodate us they had to ask a renter currently using trailer to move into another which they so graciously did for u . Then they even agreed to work with our home owners insurance. Something they normally do not do. The day before tearing out damage the trailer was deliverd and setup for us to use . Very nice guy that did the drop and set. When no other trailer company could meet our needs c3rv stepped up and got us what we needed . Simply amazing company to rent fro . Nothing but great things to say about them all. We rented an RV and had it delivered to us, YES THEY DELIVER THEIR RVS. Everything was super easy and kind of fun. I knew exactly what I was going to pay without any hidden fees. Anna, the sales woman, was very sweet and knowledgeable. She is awesome! The man who delivered our rental was amazing! His name is Jonathan and I have never seen such an amazing driver. He backed it up into the tightest spot without any hesitation. He also showed us how to use Everything in the RV and boy, let me tell you, for how young he is, he is very knowledgeable! I wish I would have thought of this sooner! Vacation has totally changed in my family since I found Code3 RV! As a single mom trying to have vacations made easy and affordable, The service Code3 offers of delivery and take down was a game changer for us! I have 2 boys who love to camp and 1 girl who loves to #glamp... that is they love the activity, not the put up and take down- or tank maintenance! Not only do we use Code 3 for all local camping now, we use them for special events, or guests spending time in town! The service is always friendly and extremely helpful. They are available 24/7 if you need help for some reason after hours... which is such a reassurance for me! Every rental has been super clean, and easy to operate! After spending thousands of dollars having my RV repaired by this company, I found out how they really treat customers. I had four jacks replaced on my RV. They installed three properly and one improperly. That is the one that broke six months later. At first they told me that they were going to fix or repair the jack. After a month in their lot (for something they say would only take a couple of days) they told me nothing could be done. I went back and fourth with there manager to get things resolved. He told me that it was the owners decision to not replace it. I asked to speak to the owner and after multiple phone calls and almost Two weeks later the owner, Mike,finally called. When I explained that this was an install problem by his employees he tried to play it off as a user error. Their employees had left the bottom set of bolts out. Those bolts according to the manufacture always get placed as they are the ones holding the jack in the area with the most stress on them. He then tried to tell me that they cant afford to replace the jack and that they were falling behind in their rent and could not afford it. We are now taking them to court where the outcome for them will be much more expensive then the repair itself. All we ever asked was that the company stand by is service and do the right thing. This is obviously a company that puts customer service second or third to profit. They feel by ignoring the problem we will go away. They were wrong. I am also a business owner who thinks quite the opposite and I will make sure all my business and personal relationships know to never use this company. We will also file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of commerce. We dont need businesss like this in town

This review is for Code3RV. I recently rented a travel trailer from them (my first time!) and I got a great deal on an 18 trailer to take for the weekend. I had never hitched/unhitched a trailer before, and had just gotten my truck and they were really nice and thorough, explaining every bit until I felt comfortable. They were knowledgeable and really wanted to do whatever they could to make sure I had a good trip with their trailer. I had even forgotten to bring a frying pan with me (I had everything else) and they let me borrow one of theirs! There was one hiccup where the generator had not been filled up, but I think it was just an accidental oversight and they resolved it to my satisfaction.Its a family run business who obviously cares about their customer service and quality and believe in treating customers well. I highly recommend them!

I had mostly a very positive experience with Code 3 and would recommend them. I rented a 23 travel trailer for a 30-day vacation that ended up covering over 4,000 miles of travel. Their rate was by far the best I could find, and my communications with them was great from the time I reserved the trailer until I picked it up and returned it a month later. I did have a few issues with the trailer, but for the most part it was comfortable and served us very well.I think the problem with Code 3 is that they are a relatively new business and are still learning. I had an extensive conversation with new head mechanic when I got back, and I believe he gets it. I think if they follow his advice about checking out the equipment and maintenance, theyre going to be on the right path. I dont think the issues I encountered would have happened if he had his program fully in place when I left with the trailer, and I know theyre making changes.I cant speak for anyone elses experience, but mine was ultimately a very positive one. Will I rent from them again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Yes.

Rented a trailer for a weekend at Vail Lake campground. Arrived to a trailer fully set up in my campsite. The fridge was ice cold and all I had to do was nothing but enjoy myself. 2 other families in my group rented from Code 3 on my recommendation. They were completely satisfied and said they would use Code 3 in the future.

Code3 RV is a great find! I was looking to rent a travel trailer and they have a great selection including several brand new, 2016 options. Every interaction has been very professional and they have made the rental experience easy. I have rented from other companies before, and none of them have been even close in terms of their quality of experience. One thing that sets them apart is their simple rental experience. Everything you need is included with no extra costs for hitches, dumping, cleaning, or insurance binders. They even asked me how much water I wanted in the tank before I picked it up so I wouldnt carry any weight I didnt need to. Vacation should be fun, and Code3 is doing their best to make it a great experience. I highly recommend checking them out for any RV rental needs.

Great place to rent a trailer from. They will deliver to any campground you choose. They set everything up, do all of the heavy lifting. It makes it all so much easier. I will definitely be using them for my future rental endeavours.

Talk about bad customer service, get a hold of the people to pick up our RV as our power is out at home and have a baby 6 monthsold and 3 year old and in the heat we needed some place to sleep and keep cool. Per the person we spoke with we asked them just for the keys and they said yes we can have the keys tomorrow. Never again will I do business with this company! I would not recommend them to anyone! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

I want to thank the crew from Code 3 RV, especially Mr. Padilla :) he was extremely helpful with maps and information on our travels. We caravanned with two other families that own their campers and when they saw how easy it was for us to have everything set up all they could talk about was how they wished they would have just rented instead of buying and having to deal with taking care of their camper. Got to say I felt pretty good about my decision to rent!

Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency due to these fires. I have tried calling numerous times. No answer. Then I remember one of their employees texted me. I set the context i had to water, electric, or basic home needs with my house at 95 degrees. The employee didn’t respond... I requested he forward my number to the owner, or manager. No response. I know he received the texts because he related there was nothing he could do via telephone. This company doesn’t go above and beyond, has no urgency! Do the right thing tonight and this comment goes away!

Fast friendly service from start to finish. RVs are clean and well kept. All the delivery and takedown was done by a polite, efficient staff. That meant I could just enjoy and not worry about the mundane task of getting the trailer ready for use. Would highly recommend Code 3 RV.

I would never recommend these slime balls to anyone for any purpose. We were letting them rent out our RV and are now using it again with the intent to never rent it out again after seeing it. It’s easier to count the things that still work rather than those that are broken. It seems as though they asked someone to go through and defile as much as they could. There was trash left in the loft, cabinets broken, the door barely shuts, there are stains all over the curtains, the list goes on and on. Their definition of “normal wear and tear” that they won’t fix is stretched almost beyond recognition. The only thing they did fix was a stain on the tile by replacing what little tile there is, but they even messed that up as the tile is now coming up and looks terrible. Don’t make the mistake of giving these people your time or money.

Just really disappointed. I rented a trailer and took my 10 and 11 year old to the desert. No bikes or toys just a place to chill is all we needed. The trailer was broken in but fine. One of the stabilizer jacks were bent but it worked. So after using it for 2 days I turned it in with they guys saying no problem, then they charged 2 hour excessive cleaning. and 2 hours labor bunch of money for the piece of junk jack totaling almost $400 to fix this problem they rented me. Im never going to let them rip me off again.STAY AWAY

Called and told them what was going on with me generator, they said no problem we can fix it. Dropped trailer off talked to the mechanic who also told me no problem, a week and a half later I get a call saying we dont do that type of repair and to come pick it up.. So a week and a half to count how many times the red lights blinks to figure out what code it is throwing?? Then when I pick it up one of the legs on my rig wont go all the way up because it some how got bent. Guy tells me he is not going to charge me for the diagnosis like he is doing me a favor!!!! So many other choices in the area.

We used the 35ft. Yellowstone RV.. Loved it. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and the kids friends. We took it to the dessert to camp,So relaxing. We also took it last year to Havasu. Nothng better than to pull up park and have fun. Code3rv staff are very nice and friendly. We will continue to use this company for our vacation needs.

Wow!!! What a great experience!! My family and I decided to rent trailer for our annual camping trip to the beach. Every year we pack up and head down to the beach. We set up our tents and spend the week at South Carlsbad State Beach. This year we decided to try something different, we decided to rent a trailer. I was a little apprehensive to do so given that it is a big responsibility renting a big trailer. I have never towed anything before. I didnt know where to begin, so I started with a google search. Several RV companies popped up and I began to call them. The first two companies (which shall remain nameless) we not very friendly on the phone. Then I came to the third company I called Code3RV. The woman that answered the phone was inviting and friendly. She invited me to come to the lot and look at the trailers. Given that it was local and convenient I drove down to their location. I was able to look at what trailers they had on hand at the time. The gentleman that showed me around the lot was very informative and reassuring that I would be able to tow the trailer with my truck. I found the trailer that I wanted to rent. I went into their office and spoke with the woman at the front counter. Please forgive me, I am terrible with names and cannot names for the life of me (hahaha). I made the reservations and went on my way. The day of my trip came and I headed down to the yard and picked up the trailer. The same guy that showed me around was able to set me up with the trailer. He gave me a quick once around to make sure I knew how to work everything on the trailer. Once I got set up the family and I headed down to the beach. We spent a week at the site. The trailer provided everything we needed for luxury camping at the beach. The kids never came out of the trailer. They thought it was coolest thing ever. We had always camped in tents, so they never had experienced trailer life before, hahaha. Having the comfort of a bed, shower, toilet and a stove was a great bonus to our trip. We returned the trailer and I wasnt comfortable pulling into the lot, so the same gentleman that helped me earlier, backed in the trailer for me.I know it was long winded, but I really wanted to give credit to where it was deserved. Thank you again Code3RV for adding to the experience of our annual beach camping trip. We are looking forward to next year and renting from you guys again.Roufs family

My mom rented one of these for a camping trip and I loved it. I normally dont care for rv camping, but Code 3 Rv changed how I look at it. the set up was easy, we hardly did any work and it was easy to clean up. The Rv we had was very spacious and warm when it was cold outside. I highly recommend Code 3 Rv if you arent a tent person.

Do not rent from this company. We rented a 23ft trailer for 7 days. Before we left their establishment, we noticed one of the wheels on the trailer was a little cocked. They said it was fine. Well it wasnt, and the wheel bearing exploded while we were driving on the freeway on the 101 in San Luis Obispo. We had to call a tow truck and find an RV mechanic. I thought we could just detach our truck and let Code 3 deal with it, since it was their error. Nope, we had to find a mechanic and get it fixed, then drive it back to them. Now mind you, it almost caught on fire, while we were driving. AND, there are 2 propane tanks attached to the trailer. So they let us leave with an unsafe trailer, then made us front the money, and do all the foot work to return it to them. They reimbursed us for the repairs, but you would think they would have refunded our rental money since we couldve been seriously injured by their error. Nope, they didnt. I will never rent from them again, and tell everybody I know not to rent from them.
