Im only able to give 5 stars but they deserve 10. From the very beginning this company has show nothing but the absolute BEST customer service. They were pleasant, patient and on top of things. The chair is amazing. To be honest it has put a little strain on my marriage, I cant get my wife out of it. She seriously comes home from work, bypasses the kids and I heading straight for her chair with a glass of wine and the TV remote. Weve had it for 2 years and its truly a high quality product.
