Terrible customer service from this company! I ordered an item and 6 days went by without communication. No calls, no emails. So I called them and was told the servers have been down over the weekend. The person taking the call was apathetic and explained that they were just now entering orders and blamed it all on the servers. He could not offer any shipping date or information. He could care less. Dont buy anything from them unless you want to wait weeks for shipping...
