Well stocked store and polite helpful staff. Large and spacious inside as well as clean. They helped me find a part for my equipment and are having it shipped to the store. Seems pretty smooth.

These guys are great. Awesome customer service. Im new to the welding world. Getting ready to go to school. These guys were so helpful with getting the supplies i needed. Best place to go in the Murrieta/Temecula area. Dont waste your time at any of the other nearby welding supplies stores. They dont have nearly the selection that Camerons has. Do not bother with this place! By far the most rude people I have ever encountered. We showed up on Black Friday to fill tanks for my buddys fabrication business. First Mike is coming out of the back yelling at a coworker in a vulgar manner. He then rudely asks what we want to which my friend advised he needed his tanks filled in the back. We go out there, Mike takes one brief look at the tanks and says, Cant help you! When asked why, he claimed they were rental tanks. He was told no, theyre not rentals. They are owned tanks as his business relies on welding steel! Mike retorted back in the rudest way possible, No you dont! And shoved the tanks towards him almost dumping two cylinders to the pavement. Then proceeds to laugh as he walked away. This guy is by far a toxic example to what is wrong with customer service and lost the business of a successful parts manufacturer. Today was a few hundred, potential long term was tens of thousands.

Been going there since 2014 to get my vintage propane tanks filled Thursday the guy drops my tank deliberately. I asked him to be careful and he smiled and said sorry last time I go there.

I needed a CO2 tank last minute, late on a Friday, and these guys took great care of me. Ill definitely be back.

Awesome place! Just got my first Tig welder, to which I have ZERO experience. Matt literally spent half an hour guiding me to all the stuff to suit my machine, cheap and basic upgrades for my Tig torch, and didn’t try to sit there and upsell me all day. Just a super cool dude and extremely helpful. Like wayyyyy beyond basic customer service. Bought a flow meter, some consumables, torch parts, and an 80cf tank. Told him I was gonna take the small stuff to my car and come back in to grab the tank. I look back and dude already has it on his shoulder to carry it to my car for me. And THAT is how you earn repeat customers. Was talking about upgrading to a newer self-dimmer cause my old one has seen better days, and he told me about an awesome one he bought and said when I’m ready, come on back in and he’ll help me out. Walked me around to grab all the stuff I requested, and about another $20 in torch parts he recommended, and gave me some “newbie” Tig welding tips while we talked shop. Very cool dude, very cool shop, and EXCELLENT customer service. Will definitely be back for that hood.
