Good store. Good options, sometimes crowded during peak hours. Offer good discounts with their rewards programs, but not sure if that brings it down to the real regular. Other than that the prices all seem reasonable. People are friendly.

Great, looks and smells like it was a Northgate at some point. Two employees in the bread section were playing shooters with their handscanners and I think that if anyone else (customer) might have gotten angry at that, it wouldnt be unjustified.

Was in last week and Lester gave the best customer service. He helped me find what I was looking for. Honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Thanks Lester- the salsa was the best- I’ll be back for more.

The Starbucks team is AMAZING!!! The manager always has my beverage ready to go before I even get to the register and always greets me by name. Very fast and friendly. They really care about their customers. Highly recommend over the Albertsons across the street

Got our first vaccine today. It was very fast. Also did some shopping. The store is so clean. Reasonable prices and checkout was easy. Overall great experience.

Vons is where I feed my family and in some ways my soul. This store in particular is great. The staff here are like my market family. They are always super nice and welcoming. The store is clean and always fully stocked. In the beginning of Covid they faced it head on placing their lives on the line so we as a family and as community could continue to eat and live. Prices are reasonable and with the Vons card I save. If you dont have one get one it makes a heck of a difference. They have plenty of coke. I used to snort coke but I had to stop because of the ice cubes getting stuck.

Got my second Covid-19 vaccination, no problems, no worries, no waiting. Outstanding service.

Vons has the best bakery items and the store layout just makes sense. They have a lot of sale priced items and through Covid have been able to keep their shelves well stocked. I drive 10 minutes further to shop here even though there is another store less than 5 minutes from my house.

Just moved here and so far the staff has always been helpful when I needed assistance. While speaking to 2 other employees in an isle, 1 of the managers personally lead me to an item I was having trouble finding. Ive never been harassed either for not wearing a mask, which I appreciate. I obviously choose not too and unlike some places, their employees havent belittled me, treated me any different or mentioned the policy so I feel like they are respecting my personal rights & freedom. That goes a long way. Otherwise the store is clean and as well stocked as possible under the circumstances.

Great place for meat. Always seem to have a good sale. Produce is good too. This store has a Starbucks. I dont recommend it. Ordered a hot drink that was half full. Ill attach a photo. Young man working their said this was how the foam drinks are. For $4.75??? That is not good. I drew a line to show the actual level in the cup.

Good store, bad experience with customer service. Not saying all the employees are like this, but the ones I met were lazy and rude. Also, I got a message to call them back for a job interview several months ago, and the lady who picked up was rude and didnt want to help me in any way. Its safe to say that I immediately decided that I wouldnt be working there with those kinds of people. Next time do your job, lady!

I love Vons, its clean, they have great specials and the people are friendly. My only negative is that they seem to run out of their meat specials early... its Labor Day weekend and they advertised Ribeyes at a great price, gone before 2:30PM Saturday. This happens more frequently than it should on Holidays. Thankfully I got the last package this time, but normally Im left looking for alternatives.

This is my favorite grocery store in town. They have the best frozen prosciutto Pizza. They also have an olive bar which many grocery stores around here dont have. One of the best wine and beer selections of any grocery store out here. The only thing that I couldnt find when I went there was lobster tails. But they do have lobster tails for like holidays such as Valentines Day.

For thier delivery service:This was my first and last time using Vons delivery service. First of all HALF of my order was not available after ordering a WEEK in advance! Hot dog buns but no hot dogs, cereal but no milk, even basic soups. I followed all the instructions about ordering small to help others and didnt receive notification until after my delivery time that the order was half empty. I called customer service to try and cancel the order and waited 1 hour and 4 minutes to get through to someone. The delivery was overbooked and didnt arive until after 8:30pm when I had a 6-8pm window. I get it that things are crazy right now, but basic customer service and communication would have gone a long way. I was told the delivery fee was going to be refunded, but havent seen that, and I think the service fee should also be refunded. I felt bad for the driver so I gave him a generous tip, as this wasnt his fault, but I am very disappointed in Vons. Furthermore, the next day I went to Stater Brothers and found all of the items Vons could not delivery with a week advance order. Horrible experience and zero customer service.

If you’re thinking about going to the Vons’ bakery to get a sandwich, allow yourself between 20-30 minutes for a member of the staff to acknowledge your presence as you have been patiently standing at the service counter (and that’s if there is no line) then add another 5 -10 minutes after the “customer service to bakery” announcement for someone to actually answer the summon. Most importantly, bring some happy thoughts and a positive outlook on life to counter-act the piss poor attitude that will inevitably come with your server. Oh and also, because I would be remiss not to mention this, bring your own ingredients because chances are they will be out of 70% of the things you want... at the top of lunch hour... on a Monday.

Great meat department. I get my porterhouse and t-bones here. Always the very best most delicious steaks available locally ( dont get me started on the meat catalogs or speciality butchers) but for a corporate entity, they are the place to go for good meat. All the veggies are crisp and fresh as well. They are slightly higher than some competitors but the quality shows in the difference.

Something is wrong either with Vons Online service or their delivery contractors!!! Can not be trusted.....I dont know even if someone is considering these reviews,I had an Order#13183724 placed more than a week ago, The delivery was scheduled for Sunday Morning.The driver texted me in the morning to let me know he is gonna be later than the ETA.then He called 1.5 hrs later, that I am sorry apparently we were out of stock for ur item.I just wanted to share the experience with all, I dont know what happened to us but, we even can not trust our local store anymore, since 8 days before the delivery you set the delivery, why in the world, the driver even texted and headed my way then??something is obviously does not match up and since no one is accountable for these mistakes, I assume this review might help others to not go through the same trouble.

Nice store, lots of food to buy, okay staff. The bakery and deli are VERY SLOW, so allow yourself some time (10-25 minutes) to get what you need. Relatively expensive, but good quality products. Bathrooms are somewhat clean.

This is a top notch Vons Ive been in this area since 2004 and this has been my go to grocery store. You mind find a little better prices but your going to loose it with lower quality produce, meats, and bakery goods. Customer service and an open bank 7 days a week. Never thought Id promote a grocery store before but heres the best part this place sells freeking gas! Cheapest around too.

Horrible Experience from beginning to end! It started with Vons Cart the service where you pick up your groceries. My order pick up time was scheduled at 8 am my order was not ready until 4 pm that day. My order incorrect from the moment I started to unpack it. Missing items and substituted items that made absolutely no sense! I called the customer service line and was told “ no problem” I could return any items that I was not keeping to my nearest VONS. I took my items closet to me which was the 38995 Sky Canyon Dr. Murrieta location. I walked in with four bags of groceries and the customer service dept. was closed. I asked to speak with management I needed to return some items. The manager was a called and an employee named Bradley Wilkinson was about to assist in my grocery return. As I explained to him I order through VONS CART and they had completely botched my order and needed to return these items he cut me off and said “we don’t do VONS CART here” I said I was told by the your customer service management that I could return them at any VONS. Being a 20 plus year Safeway and VONS shopper I am very clear on their return policy. They are more then happy to take back any items that you have an issues with no questions asked. I had all my receipts and order print out in my hand and he tells me “ wait a minute I need to make a call” . He returns from call and says “ can’t help you if I take these back here we will loose the sale, these are not from my store and I can’t take them back sorry” I proceeded to tell him how long I have been a customer, I spoke to his management customer service team as told I would have zero issues. He shrugged his shoulders and said “ don’t know what to tell you I’m not gonna sit here and argue you with you” I then asked for his store manager and corporate number and he said “I don’t have to give you that either” I said you do need to provide that. In front of my husband and two sons this “ shift supervisor” made a horrible choice. I then asked again for his manager and he tore off a piece of a receipt and tossed it at me it had APRIL LEY as the director of store. I am very disappointed in that manner this location chose to treat a long time paying customer. The lack of respect was disgusting. Do not shop here!! I will be boycotting this location. Writing a letter to corporate. I have 4 bags of groceries in my truck that needs to be returned ASAP as all of them are not items we will be eating in our house hold. In these times we should not treating paying customers this way, these times will pass and I will ana my family will always feel how we were treated!

Pepsi and team in the meat dept can cut meat that will serve your needs, taste delicious and provide a better value than anywhere else around. Rib roasts, trimmed cuts or NY Steaks. Awesome.

This Vons is so nice and pleasant..I prefer to do all my shopping in this Vons. Greg the pharmacist has been helping us for years. He always helps us out when we are having hard times financially. All cashiers and the current manager are always pleasant. I always recommend this Vons
