Walked into the showroom and was standing around for 10 minutes before we walked out. Not one person acknowledged us and 4 people who worked there walked by not one word said. VERY RUDE and lost out on a big sale today.
Nice selection, high prices, sales are only interested in your money, not what you need.

This company has the worst customer service. They have had my golf cart for over 3 weeks and have broken promises to get it fixed THREE times! The last time I was told that they finally have the part but will have to see if they have a mechanic who can fix it! UNBELIEVABLE! Take your business else where and avoid having your cart IMPOUNDED FOR WEEKS without knowing when you MIGHT get it back.
If youre going to order a part (that shows in stock) from their website do yourself favor and either A.) Call to verify they physically have the part B.) Be prepared to be told its unavailable only after youve ordered, and waited 3 weeks or C.) Shop elsewhere.

I have to say my experience with Prestige Golf was very good. I took the seats from my 2007 Yamaha Drive to replace ulpostery while visiting family nearby. I described my objective, type of fabric etc. seats were returned on time at quoted price. After 2 seasons I continue to receive compliments on comfort & appearance. Would highly recommend based on experience.
At the last minute, we decided to rent a golf cart to go camping at Wilderness Lakes Resort. These guys were able to come through and get me a cart. It made our camping with our grandkids very fun. Thanks guys for being there for us.

They nickled and dimed us to death,Never ran more than a few weeks then had to pay to have them check it out again, Sitting in our garage now for almost two years.
We recently purchased a refurbished EZ Go Golf cart cart at Prestige Golf Carts. We arrived on a Saturday morning and shook hands and paid in full ((paid on full noted on invoice) by that afternoon. Delivery was to be in 3 weeks. Early in the week following purchase, we recieved a call from the salesperson stating that he was emailing us a revised invoice, and that would we sign it and email it back. Upon receipt of the new invoice, we discovered that there would be additional charges approaching $900! No, no said I! The following day, I returned to the dealership inquiring why they were reniging on their deal. The salesperson stated that the accounting office had noted that we wernt properly charged for the rear seating we had picked out. I stated that this was a deal-breaker for us. The salesperson said that he would check with his manager. OK, upon return his return, our deal was back on, but that now they wernt going to make any profit. Oh well. Three weeks later, our cart was delivered. The expensive seating that we had ordered . . . well, the wrong seats were on the cart. A call to the salesperson and he promised that the proper seats would be put on well, hopefully, the next day. A week later, a technician arrived with our seating. . . but oh my . . . the seat back was so poorly manufactured that he couldnt even install it. A few days later, the same technician returned with the proper seating. He also had to repair a piece of trim that had not been installed properly. WHEW! Finally, our golf cart is here as ordered, oh so long ago it seems. Can anybody say incompetance?

On professional drivers almost hit my car on the road the straps were flying out and one golf car fell the driver started telling me things too. Bad services
I had a starter replaced took almost 2 weeks to get done. Got the cart back took it around the block a few times.Then cart stalls then dies. Look under the seat and there is smoke coming from the starter. Called prestige they take the cart back and I asked if I was going to be charged for them to LOOK AT THE CART. And was told NO, and then they tell me after a week that the starter is bad. Did not decide to get the work done which would have been just shy of $600( for a starter) was only supposed to get charged the pick up and deliver fee. But they still ended up charging my credit card what they quoted me for parts and labor for the starter. I called them back to get refunded what was not done to the golf cart. No one answers. Leave a message. No call back. I call a few days later same thing. A week passes and finally get a hold of someone else. I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor or the owner. 7 days pass and no call from the owner. So I call and they said he has been very busy. I guess a paying customer doesnt deserve his time. He finally calls me back after 2 days after I called again. And right off the bat he was snubbing and said he should have to eat the price of the labor because its store policy. Anyways just dont go to this store!OUTRAGEOUS PRICES FOR SERVICE AND PARTS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR TURN AROUND TIME ON SERVICE, WHEN CONFRONTED WITH AN ISSUE FROM AN EMPLOYEE THEY DONT DO WELL, OWNER/SUPERVISOR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.OVERALL HORRIBLE PLACE DONT TAKE YOUR BUISNESS THEIRBETTER OFF GOING TO 19th HOLE, OR CRAIGSLIST
